Ive never been inside this Jack In The Box but drive thru is always quick and friendly. My tween enjoys their milk tea with boba! I LOVE their grilled chicken sandwhich, the sauce is delicious! My tween and I love their chicken nuggets and I think their fries are one of the best in fast food. I love to dip my fries in their ranch. Service was ok nothing great but nothing horrible. The menu prices have honestly just gotten to be more than the value of the food. Prices go up and quality and portion size have free falled. Honestly this will be my last visit which is sad as JIB has always been my go to fast food spot but these past few years have not been kind. It's just really disappointing. My tacos I used to love so much are getting to be a nasty fried corn shell and lettuce, which is NOT good! All the burgers are going up and the meat patty is so thin you can almost see through it. Drive thru, Asked for a spicy jack ..not spicy... cause I'm a cancer patient and no spicy. I got a piece of chicken that was half the size it should be and all the crust was falling off , went in side. 1st freckle face gal, I tell her..This is a mess and it's falling a part. Ok, you have to remember I'm rating a Jack in the Box so obviously it is still a fast food national chain and they serve what they serve. It's not where you go when you want a fine dining experience, it's where you go when you need something quick and cheap and usually at an odd hour. Now that that is out of the way, I am ashamed of how much i rely on fast food since I started working nights. There's not much else open on my way home, but JITB is always there. This location is the better of the 2 on my route. The wait is USUALLY minimal, the service has always been friendly, and they've never messed up my order. To be honest, those are the qualifiers for me when it comes to Jack. If you want a reliable jack in the box in town, this one fits the bill. read more

Holy hell this place is horrible, and I'm not talking about the food.. Its fast food so no I'm not going to review the food because that would just be unfair. The problem with this and possibly other Jack in the Boxes is the obnoxious loud beeping from what is believed to be timers to keep the employees on track with drive through orders. I made the mistake of stopping in on my daily walk for a quick snack. Immediately noticed loud beeping sounds from behind the counter, occasionally there were two loud beeps out of sync making it that much more annoying. The beeps are so loud and annoying I'm guessing the employees have just tuned them out and essentially rendered them useless, however it is not so easy for unsuspecting patrons of the dining room. I felt sorry for the employees having to hear this obnoxious beeping continuously throughout their shift. I almost wanted to let them know they could probably file a workers compensation claim for psyche issues related to this torture and subsequent damage to their ear drums.. Coming here was not planned, my friend needed to use the bathroom and we needed a snack. Medium fried and Oreo shake was needed on a rainy day. The shake has never failed me here and they are still winning. The fried was fresh and hot, they were so good no complaints. My friend reported that the bathroom was clean and the staff was ok girls at the front could have had better customer service other then that awesome visit. read more

Honestly I really hate this location, everyone is friendly and nice but my order was wrong and I can NEVER get ahold of anyone no matter what time of day. I previously ordered and when I went to pick it up the drive thru was closed with cones. I called for 3 days trying to get my food or money and I never got to speak to anyone and when I did the phone hung up or made loud ringing sounds. Have gone here multiple times, and it never used to be an issue........... until recently. Past three times I have gone, they have been out of something I tried to order. If you are sold out, LEAVE A SIGN on the drive thru menu to let customers know. Also, placed a mobile order and it took about 5 minutes to get there, once I gave them my name, they said they didn't receive it yet and told me that (with an attitude) "their systems are slow and next time give them more time for my order to come in". Came here to have a quick meal. Waited at the counter for what seemed like forever. In actuality, though, it was probably a bit over 5 minutes. We were the only ones at the counter. There may have been some customers at the drive thru though. Anyways, no one greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. There were about 5 employees in the kitchen area preparing food. We decided to leave after not being helped or spoken to. Some one could have at least told us they would be with us in a minute. That is basic Customer Service 101! Instead, there was nothing. Oh well, I'll just go to another Jack In the Box location next time I'm craving for Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich. Easily the best Jack in town. I worked here 2 years ago when the whole fiasco with veteren happened. I just want to say that's the very last reasons 2 people moved on from this location, If everyone actually dug deep and saw the whole story, theft beside the 2 tacos, closing store having each other clock I'm even when late, guarantee that employee wouldn't stay on your payroll either. I've been a customer here for the last 2 years, I left after being harassed by a customer due to believing everything they see on the internet about the incident. I will say this, the staff is virtually all brand new. New manager who has made good changes. I've never seen the store so clean, nor inviting. The standards of their burger is much higher then before and by far the best Jack I go to. I go to this 1, brimhall, Panama and Stine and Taft hwy. Get the new ribeye all American add red whine sauce and you'll be in heaven. If you have not been here in the last 6 months, go back.
