Stopped for a meal while traveling through, so rude! Did not help us at ALL, after several minutes, an employee looked up and said for us to use the kiosk and kept doing something else. There were 0 customers waiting for food in the store or the drive thru, there's no reason why someone could just take our order. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to order just the burger and not the combo and being completely ignored, we left. SERIOUS HYGIENE CONCERNS While I was inside, I witnessed a cook leave the restroom without washing her hands. That alone is alarming, but when we brought it to the attention of one of the front workers, we were told that "cooks wash their hands in the back because they need hot water." 1 The water does get hot in the bathroom -- I personally used it. 2 Even if protocol is to wash in the back, there is nothing wrong with washing twice -- especially after using the restroom. Not washing in the bathroom means they touch the door handles with dirty hands, which every guest touches after washing their own hands. They also touch the kitchen door, bringing those germs straight into the food prep area. To make matters worse, the worker we told about the issue left the kitchen and went back in after touching the same door the cook used. So now he's spreading those germs to the register, the sauces, food he's handing out and anywhere else he touched. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of the hygiene concerns, almost every soda option was out. The only drinks available were diet or zero sugar selections -- everything else was empty. I really hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick. Cleanliness and basic food safety shouldn't ever be optional -- especially in a restaurant serving the public. read more

The employees are stealing money. All throughout the day they take card and cash but whenever it comes to the night time they only take cash. Thought to myself that's suspicious. I'm pretty sure the employees are running this business at night like this to pocket money. So that tells me they couldn't steal from that order so they took Card. Yeah, this Jack In the Box is garbage. And the employees are garbage. Every time I come here they have "technical difficulties" with their card machine and they only accept cash. They don't tell you until you're about to order so you get stuck behind someone and you can't back out of the drive through because someone pulled up behind you. And they still let SOME people use a card for $50 orders but they won't take everyone's card. They should put a sign on the first order box saying they can only take cash, but that would require common sense. Someone needs to be held accountable for these inconsistencies. read more
