The last four times my family stopped there to get lunch or dinner, the place was closed. The first time it was just the dinning room with the drive through open (which we wanted a place to sit with our child) and then the last three times the whole building was closed with a cone blocking the drive through (which is also floods every time it rains). Pretty lame because we love the food so much, but online it shows it's still open and it never is when we've gone. Maybe it needs to be updated with consistant hours of operation. we were standing in line for 25 min and there was absolutely no one in front of us so we moved up to the window and the workers were just chit chatting away and when they saw us in the window they didn't even bother to come up to us although we were trying to get there attention and they totally ignored us so we drove off and went inside and they still didn't wanna take our order. cars were backing up from the drive thru and leaving because they were tired of waiting. by far the worst experience ever with jack in the box. read more

This location is closed at random times . They don't employ enough people . Today I dined in and I was surprised they were even open. I was the only one in the dining room. The only two employees running the store told me they were going on lunch so they locked the doors and shit down the dining room. They told ME if anyone asked to tell them the workers are on lunch. Ok so I work here now ? People have to get mad at me because you're closed during lunch hour for your own employees lunches ? What a lack of boundaries . We had planned on stopping for tacos at Taco Bell down the road but the road was all torn up. Instead we decided to get a taco at Jack in the Box. I know I like their hamburgers but I'd never had a taco there. The taco was a mistake. We didn't like the tacos at all. We didn't care for the sauce. There was very little meat and the meat sure didn't look like hamburger so not sure how it was processed. I can just say we will not order a taco at jack in the Box. read more

Friendly welcome at the drive up window. Team Member repeated the order correctly and was patient as I decided on sizes, etc. Team Member at window was friendly. Food was quickly handed to me, hot, and accurate. Oliver was very polite and accomodating. We visit Jacks about 2 times a month and we always have great service. It's very convenient to have close to home for a fast and inexpencive meal. read more

An absolute mistake. Do not order anything from here to eat unless you like food shining with grease. Not only that but the food is absolutely disgusting and it is always served to me cold. The interior is filthy and the lady's bathroom is revolting. It always has a strong stench that makes me sick and it is always really dirty. Okay, this is a re-do of a review from last year. I deleted the previous one. After recently trying this location again after a long time, I had to give them some more credit. Something has definitely changed. Somebody got on the ball. I've now eaten here probably half a dozen times in the last month. Every time through the drivethrough. The person manning (or usually womanning) the orders is always polite, easy to understand, and asks you to make sure your order is correct before pulling forward. This is my go to fast food restaurant. The fact they serve breakfast all day rather than before 11/10:30 is just outstanding. Do you know how often I'll find myself wanting a sausage croissant at 2 am? Often. I also was given personally, by the manager of this establishment, a VIP card that is reusable all year round and saves you 10% off your entire order! What a savings! Love hate relationship with Jack in the Box. This location is SO slow.. SO slow. I work three minutes away, and cannot even take the risk to come on my half an hour lunch because I'm not kidding it sometimes takes that long. I love the 2 original taco's for $1. The shells are different in a good way, and they have enough spice to them that I don't have to add any hot sauce! The pre-sliced cheese like you'd find on a burger always throws my off a little.. So I stood there patiently for what felt like forever. Finally one of the 3 employees came up front and I placed my order. I paid and the kid walked away. My brother next in line stands at the counter 15minutes go by. They haven't brought my food they haven't taken my brothers order. But now I'm seeing drive thru pick up. Orders going out the drive thru. My brother looks at my and says. Man I'm not going to get anything here. This is ridiculous. So I'm trying to be nice. I walk up to the counter. I yell back to them. Hey guys is everything cool back there. The guy working the drive thru says back to me with an attitude. We are under staffed. So I replied back. I get that. But I was in the drive thru. No one was there. I've been waiting 20 minutes now. I haven't got my food. But I'm seeing orders being filled and people in the drive thru. Driving off with there food who ordered after me. It's been 20 minutes. None the less they still messed my order up. Didn't give me honey mustard for my son. They put mayo on my burger and my wife did not get the fries I ordered for her.
