Used to come to this location often, but the last few times I have come here (late night) the lady working said they weren't cooking any breakfast, and it was the "cook's decision". If I could put negative stars, I would do that for this location. First we pulled into the drive-thru, but out of the kindness of my heart we went inside because my order was large. That was our first mistake. We went inside and ordered our food and waited with five other customers who had ordered before us. We waited THIRTY MINUTES and watched as they served drive-thru and ignored all customers inside. At leas fifteen cars were served in drive while we all waited inside hungry. My husband finally asked for our money back because we had been waiting for so long. They quickly made our order and we left. On the road, we found that we had not received our order -- the only thing that was right was the chicken on one sandwich and the Dr. Pepper which we serve ourselves. If you're going to visit this location in Brookshire make sure you only use the drive-thru! read more

We've been to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks .one time we waited inline at the drive thru with 2 other cars and no one ever took our order we all ended up driving off and this is between 10-10:30 at night. The second time we waiting in line for about 30 minutes we finally were able to get our order but only 3 cars and 30 plus minutes wait time ridiculous. Tonight we tried it again waited behind 1 car for about 10 minutes he ordered and drove up to the window waited about additional 10 minutes to give our and somebody said we will be with u in a bit 15 minutes later we drove off because nobody ever got back with us to take our order. The guy was standing at the window but did not take our order this just happened today at 10:20 pm. Worst costumer service ever. Went to Taco Bell the 2 times we did not get our order taken at this Jack in the box The Service at Taco Bell was quick and pleasant. Probably last time we try this location. The manager probably needs to visit this location at night, hopefully they will be surprised at the lack of customer service and the lost customers and revenue!!! read more

had to repeat my order 3 times to the guy working the window on 1/12/24 and still managed to get my order wrong cause he was busy on his cell phone the whole time. not to mention I only ordered two items off the value menu and had to go park out front and wait for the food instead of ordering and receiving through the drive through when i was the only one in line. this is a constant problem at this location read more

The most bizarre experience I've encountered in a long time. A mysterious person partially in drag either way of which I could not determine the gender of this person with manicured fingers, and a deep husky voice served us our meal at the drive-through. After waiting over 15 minutes we were brought our food....a hamburger, which consisted of two different types of bread on the top and bottom and half a bottle of mayonnaise along with tacos, that it looked like someone took dart practice with the meat that was positioned either on the total left or total right falling out of each one, as if someone had Wadded up the tacos and deep-fried them fried them. fries that were cold and two handfuls of ketchup, which is mysterious, because no fries were ordered. I know fast food places are struggling most of them aren't good anymore, ever since Covid I don't believe anything to be of any great value other than Chick-fil-A, which seems to have survived the pandemic. read more

Drivethru today. Ordered sourdough burger meal w/ unsweetened tea and breakfast croissant meal w unsweetened tea. Employee distracted and grousing about another drive-thru customer. I had to ask for straws. No biggie. But got home and croissant was a burger. Grrr. Not the first time this store got order wrong. read more

Billie was awesome and is so patient while my two brothers were going back fourth between what they wanted. 16 tacos a drink and a special treat for my little brother who's birthday is today. Jack in the Box food is hard to screw up. My only complaint is the sour attitude the teenage employees seem to exude when they take an order. One little brat gave me crap for ordering a jumbo jack without cheese. I'm lactose intolerant, but even so I shouldn't need to explain why I don't want cheese. The attitude she gave me was unnecessary. Just make it the way it's ordered. read more

This spot is okay during daylight, but that's all. Being a 24 hour restaurant this is unacceptable really. If you go overnight, be prepared to see nobody at the window for 10 minutes. Employees are often short with you and little effort is put into getting things right. After several experiences I avoid the place altogether. Just not worth it when there are other options around. read more
