I have been to several Adrian's in the Katy area. Not sure if they're related or not. There's the one by Katy Mills. There's another one on West Green and Park Row. But the one in Brookshire is sooooo much better. It is always phenomenal. I think it's better than Tacos Frontera. Today I got the special new item. Mexico City Ribeye tacos. 2 flour, 1 corn. Another pastor taco on flour. I was worried the ribeye would have a lot of gristle. One thing I hate about the Frontera Asada. Too much gristle. But no. It was phenomenal. Clean. Great Flavor. Dirty, understaffed and the food was not as good as the Katy location that we have been to several times with no problems

I will never order from here again. Ladies were rude and one of them told me the wait was 6 mins. I went out to my car and came back 13 minutes later and they were still working on the order. When I came back in the ladies weren't even cooking but eating in the back. It's one thing to try to tell me they're hurrying but I can literally see you! And no one was cooking til I got back in. They were laughing assuming I didn't speak Spanish. Nothing to crazy was said so no need to repeat but definitely don't recommend and I guess since it's one of the few places that serve Latin food it'll do but I'd rather drive to the one by Katy Mills for the good service. read more

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Not the usual south-of-the-border eatery. We were on our way out of Houston wanted to grab some lunch. We were in the mood for Mexican and after some Google and Yelp searches spied this place and decided to give them a try. It's a small but cheerful strip mall joint next to a car wash, set up in the fast-casual style, where you order at the counter and they bring out the food to you. Alas, we realized with a bit of dismay when we spied the menu board that this wasn't the kind of typical Mexican joint we were craving, and vegetarian options were very limited. I think they may be Venezuelan, and the menu was very meat-centric. Nonetheless, we didn't want to try to find another place and just went with what they had. We ordered: Fried cheese quesadillas (kind of more like empanadas--tasty) Guacamole (good--what we were expecting) Enchiladas plate - (had to request just cheese as it comes with meat, and they were not your typical enchiladas. Good flavor, though, and the beans were especially great) The interior was pleasant, clean and festively decorated, and the server was nice and accommodating. Nice, casual, authentic Mexican place with regional dishes, agua fresca, and great salsa. We stopped in to break up a road trip and are glad we did. I would definitely stop here again. My spouse and I had deferent taco plates. Our oldest has quesadillas. All very good. The salsa served with the chips was warm. They also brought two chiles to the table - a read and a green. I prefer Taco Penalty, because Taco Corner has a much lower chance of resulting in a goal unless Trent is taking it and Virgil Van Dijk is on the end of it. This is a lovely tortoise shop... actually that's supposed to say Torta shop but my voice dictation really loves wild creatures... in the middle of nowhere when we're heading up to College Station. It's not far off the highway, just a little to the west of Katy, and so you can come out here and sample some supersecret hiddengem Mexican food anytime you want to. I am a frequent uber eats driver and this location has never given me a smooth experience. I have experienced 45-90 minute delays, incorrectly made orders, and incorrectly entered orders that lead to me not being able to pick up. The employees are lazy and slowly prepare food starting only when you get there. Also chefs do not wear hairnets, not sure how this place is still open. read more

If you're in Brookshire, you need to stop by this place and try a Pambazo sandwich. The French bread is coated with this great red seasoning, and I ordered it with a side of birria sauce. Although with their green and red sauces they supply, there was no need.. this thing was fantastic. read more

Delicious! I went there for lunch carry out, and i had to wait for about a half hour, but the two ladies preparing food were working hard, and from the front counter, i could watch them, which i enjoyed, and all the tables were full, all the chairs for people waiting for to-go were full, and the machine printing out door dash orders was in constant action, so i didn't feel like that half-hour wait was unjustifiably long. Ordered online thru Yelp - super easy! I arrived at the time stated (30min) and it was ready. Employee was nice. Super Adrian Tacos are amazing!!! You get 5 which is a lot! Their sauces are good! And my son ordered kids quesadilla - which it doesn't say online comes with beef inside but it's very small pieces not quite ground which I didn't know because he only likes cheese and I didn't say online that there was gonna be meat inside. So just a heads up if your kid doesn't like beef quesadillas might wanna call to place a special order. Their refried black beans are good and their rice! I've been here twice and each time the food is amazing. Our group ordered some chicken quesadillas, cheese quesadilla, al Pastor tacos, and beef fajitas. I like that the water they gave us was really good quality water as well as the two types of salsas they provided was fresh and it came directly from the fridge raider. The food came out quite fast as we were waiting at the tables and listen to some Latin music and enjoyed our time and looking at all the decoration in the restaurant. We stopped here on a road trip and was extremely satisfied.The location is right off of the 10 freeway and easy to find with a big parking lot and a decently clean bathroom. You order at the counter and then wait for your food at your table. There were a number of tables of different sizes to choose from (some were still dirty from previous guests) and the food came out relatively fast. They were out of the Tacos Adrian and so I had the pastor tacos. I was not disappointed. The meat was very "street" and the sauces so good. It came in a 5 taco increment and was fairly priced. It also came with a good amount of sides and was a lot of food! This would have been a 5 star review if the tables were cleaner and they were not out of some menu items. read more

Ordered my usual, caprichos, yesterday. Adrian's is dependably great! I've been to all three locations, but I do frequent the one in Brookshire the most. I usually order to-go from here. If given a choice, I'd prob take the Katy Mills location for the sole reason that they have margaritas and Brookshire doesn't. I've never had a bad experience with Adrian's. We've been getting tacos here for years, and the flavors keep us coming back. But what was lacking from us coming more frequently was the often negative interactions with the employees. We never really felt "welcome". But today, we decided to get some lunch and Hortencia took my order over the phone, and when we came to pick up she was absolutely the friendliest employee we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. We left the restaurant and both said "wow, she was the nicest person we've ever interacted with here". Absolutely delicious! The food here is authentic! My family and I are on vacation from California and stopped by here thanks to Yelp! We had Gorditas (handmade) of chicken and carne asada! Solid 3 Stars. Started with the complementary chips and salsa. Chips tasted a little bit stale, and the salsa was super mild - almost tasted like marinara sauce. I would have given the salsa 2 stars, but it was strangely addicting, and they did bring us 3 servings of chips for my husband, so I appreciated their generosity. We had a bit of a language barrier with our waitress throughout our experience, but she was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Adrian Supreme Tacos, and they were pretty good. Nicely flavorful, though not as flavorful as some other taco places. I'd give them 3.5 stars. A few more observations: the silverware came as a single fork wrapped in plastic wrap rather than wrapped in a napkin, which seemed odd to me. We had to ask for water refills, and our food came out at different times. It's a smaller place, but the ambiance is okay. Overall, not a bad experience, but if you come here, just set your expectations for a typical taco place. read more

I'm giving it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but I love this place. I lived in Mexico for a long time and I know what authentic Mexican food tastes like...this is the closest to it I've found in the 10 years I've been in Texas. The tacos, Caprichos on their menu, are the best I've had in the greater Houston area. The meat is well prepared and they give double corn tortilla like traditional Mexican tacos. The gorditas and enchiladas are amazing too. Don't expect your typical ground beef and cheese enchiladas, these are traditional Mexican enchiladas. Their Aguas Frescas are great too...Horchata and Lemonade are my favorite [or Limade I guess they call it in the U.S] They have 2 other locations in Katy. One is a "To Go" and the one on Westgreen is their largest and nicest location. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that's into authentic Mexican food. read more

This was my spot to go to when I I forgot my lunch at home two to three times a week and my breakfast spot on Thursdays but today was the last straw. The rudeness and constant changes in their debt card policies especially with Covid is ridiculous. The food is good but the service has always been awful. I kept going for the food but now, I will NOT support them when they are horrible to loyal customers. Continuing the path that they are on, they won't stay open. I used to recommend them to EVERYONE but now, I will refer to other places in town and around. I ordered catering for a birthday party. Ordered a couple days in advance and paid in advance. Showed up 30 minutes before the party as scheduled and they did not have anything ready. They even gave me attitude because they coud not find an order. Disbelieving me. So I showed the online invoice and they said come back in 30 minutes. We came back and the food was not even hot. I emailed the store and still haven't heard back. Truly disappointing experience. I would not order from here. read more

Five words...You gotta try this place! Ok, not perfect grammar, but really checkm them out. They have a dinner for 4 at $19.99. It is plenty of food and you have some choices. I've been there several times and each time the food was yumilicious. I have not had a bad meal at Adrians. I love the tortas, and so do my girls. The birria tortas where good, the only complaint is the freshness of the bread. The have a good selection of desserts.

I probably eat here once a month or every other month, and when I do the manager is RUDE! She definitely has here favorite customers, but every time I've gone in and she's there she makes rude gestures. As far as the food it's great! No complaint about that! :) read more
