We stopped by to grab a lunch here and was pleasantly surprised. They have breakfast all day not till 10:00am like some places. Our server was very nice & full of personality. Restaurant was clean with no dirty tables. The sauces weren't just thrown in a bin but neatly placed in bin. I forgot to take pics of food but the ultimate croissant breakfast meal was very good! The Birria tacos are something special but I got loaded when I didn't ask for loaded so about 7 of my tacos in my order weren't edible. The staff is usually nice, longer waits but food is usually hot. Get the jack box - 10 bucks for churros, onion rings, fries and tacos read more

The restaurant itself was clean as well as the bathroom. We decided to grab a quick meal while in Cincinnati because we don't have a Jack In The Box where we live and had never been. The food was mediocre, my husband didn't finish his burger and I don't even remember what I ordered but I do remember that I only finished it because I hadn't eaten since breakfast (we ate around 6). There was quite a bit of a wait because there were people inside waiting for their food preventing us from even reaching the register and the drive thru was rather full. When the other people left we were asked if we had ordered yet and we were apologized to as they didn't realize we hadn't placed our order yet. Overall, this location seemed like the average fast food place with overworked employees but the food just wasn't something that would bring us back. read more

First time ever being inside one, it was very clean from what I could see. The prices were pretty good, the food quality was very tasty, fresh, and hot. The employees were kind and patient as I took my time looking at the entirety of the menu. I'd say it's definitely worth a try here! read more

Our experience on the day we stopped was not good. Unfortunately due to construction the highway exit near this location is closed. There was a large sign on the building that said "open during construction" but the building was locked and it turned out only the drive through was open. The pop we received was flat and the food taste was just OK. After we drove away we realized no condiments were given and we couldn't ask for them unless we went back through the drive thru. Staff was not welcoming and Harley acknowledged we were there. The entire experience was very disappointing and if the restaurant isn't going to open their dining room they need to take down their sign or clarify that only the drive through is open. read more

Just amazing customer service everyone was just great they all seem happy to be there. We don't have jack in the box where i live so this was a great treat for us. I'm not one to normally complain, but the service here was horrible. Cars all around the parking lot so you couldn't even get in and out of the parking lot very Easy at all. Once you did get into it, the wait was atrocious. No one should have to wait that long for fast food and I ended up pulling out of the drive-through after 15 minutes of waiting in line with no one in front of me or waiting. While I pulled out, the cashier stuck her head out and gave me a dirty look. Should probably work on the ambience your staff give off. read more

Management, When customers place an order, we expect our food to be hot, safely prepared, and edible. I'm sure you want the same, correct? There are plenty of options available, but we chose Jack in the Box. Do you think customers have money to waste, especially with doordash fees + tip ? The chicken tenders were fried too hard, dry, with no dipping sauce. Churros was burned, and mini tacos was soggy. I guess your employees assume I have almost $30.00 to throw away? I just want to say I was truly surprised to see this place. I'm originally from Arizona and these were the go to burger! My Jumbo Jack with cheese made me miss home. Definitely worth the trip. I went throught the drive through and no one answered and I could see 2 employees in there. As I pull foward towards the drive through window, the 2 employees went to go hide in the back and they turned all the lights off. It was my cheat day and I was craving a hamburger, however I only have a 30 minute lunch so I thought of Jack In The Box. Last time I hit this fast food chain restaurant was when I was traveling through Missouri. I got their tacos and really enjoyed them. My co-worker and I went inside to order. I was really surprised with how they keep this place really clean! The condiments section was not trashy and well stocked. The person who took my order was really friendly and quick. We were in and out of there by 10 minutes. I got the Jumbo Jack Burger with no tomatoes, extra pickles, and large fries for $4.98. My meal was really good and the fries were not cold or greasy. My hamburger was just the right size, not overcooked and not made sloppy. Private Parking and located across the street from the Shell Gas Station on Ridge. Not too bad for fast food! I have never eaten at Jack in the Box before today, but now it will definitely be an option for the future. I got the #1 - a basic burger with curly fries - and was pleasantly surprised. The fries were hot and fresh, so they were still crunchy, and the flavor was better than Arby's curly fries. The best part of the burger was actually the bun. It's a butter roll and is by far the best fast food bun I've ever had. The burger itself was good as well, but nothing super special, although the sauce they use is great- no need for ketchup here. Something that really set this place apart was how friendly the lady working the drive through was. She was soooo warm and happy to talk to, which is not my usual experience in a drive through, and it made my day better to interact with her. read more

Walked in and walked right out this late evening at 12:53 AM. One skinny, tall employee dressed in black uniform was on the bench inside sleeping, while nobody else could be found. I only regret not taking a picture of the sleeper. Also, if there was ever a chance to teabag anyone, this was the moment...just missed opportunity for some teenage to post on YouTube. August 12, 2:00am, went through the drive thru because it said it was open, was asking for service and no one was answering. I pull up to the window and the two workers were literally hiding in the kitchen. Pretending the place to be closed. Once we caught them we went back to order and after a minute of asking for them out-loud they finally answered. They messed up our orders of course, and they forgot an item we asked for. Management needs to fire/suspend these two workers asap. If they don't want to work just don't work and let other people work who will actually do their job. read more

They were closed with no notice anywhere. Not sure how I'm going to get refunded for the money, because customer service is also not answering. Sadly this isn't the first time I've had issues. Just do your organization a favor, save some money, and close this location. It's not like your selling food on the regular consistent basis to begin with. There is absolutely no reason to subject the general populace, to this nonsense. From the Top down, whomever the Owner or General manager of this location is, they dont care whats going on there, you'd have to be blind, deaf, and dumb to think there is nothing wrong with the food and service at this location. They hire people who don't want to be there, people who don't know how to interact on a base level with people just trying to get something to eat, let alone spell the words: customer service They don't know how to cook/warm up food, they don't want to cook, they don't want to be bothered, and don't want to work there, and a good chunk of the time they arn't there anyway, or "Im sorry the grill is down" The owner/manager can't even step up to be there to run and keep the store open when "they don't have the staff" and your suppose to be open 24hrs a day.
