This guy Teda is awesome and great at his job

So honestly everything was fantastic bc of one person which is not only greeting folks but also cooking and serving. No one else in the building but this young gentleman....not only is the food and service great he continues to have a smile and great attitude.. after being on the road for five hours and just tired his presence and hospitality was much needed.. Teda is an amazing guy and our food was awesome!!!!

12/24/24-the restaurant was filthy -- floor & table --greasy my feet stuck to the floor --- I ask d for chilli ( to go ) I just didn't want to eat in there.. the Chillyi was served in a bowl ICE COLD. The waitress asked to allow her to re-do it NO! My husband order some kind of hash browns with an omelette ! He liked the food-- it was hot -and well presented - 24 hours later he encountered the worst intestinal virus!!! WE HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE! Won't be back

I had never been to Waffle House before, so the fact that this location was a stones throw from the Red Roof Inn that I stayed it was a win-win. I walked in and seated myself because the original table I wanted to sit in was dirty and had not been cleaned. I ordered an orange juice, 2 waffles, steak, cheese eggs, and the meal came with toast and hash browns. The wait for the food wasn't long at all. Problem was the food itself. The hash browns were hard with no flavor at all. The cheese eggs needed some salt and pepper which made them okay. The steak wasn't tough, but I def needed some A1 steak sauce. The waffle itself was big and soft. The waitress was okay, but the food really ruined the entire experience for me. Being that there was someone who worked there standing around while tables were dirty turned me off.

So I went late but it was not to crowded. The young man who took my order appeared very new and had a tough time taking the order. After providing clarity my order was still messed up. The other staff attempted to assist him. I ordered the chicken meal with double chicken and hashbrowns. I realized after getting home my order was not complete. The hashbrowns were overcook to the point that I could not eat because it was so hard and not edible. I wanted regular toast (2) but got one slice of texas toast. The chicken was burnt as well. I usually love waffle house but this food could not be enjoyed. Brunt and overcooked food not good. I hope that they take more time to train new employees. I know the chain is new here in the area but this location has been here so I expected better.

I have always heard of the Waffle House chain but I finally had a chance to try a location........and gosh golly and gee I am sure glad I did : ) Friendly staff and seemed clean inside. (and the menus were not sticky because I hate when that happens at breakfast places) Tried the loaded hash browns with every topping available (Jalapeno pepper, onion, cheese, grilled tomato, grilled mushrooms, ham, and covered with both Bert's chili and sausage gravy). It's a meal by itself AWESOME !!!!!! The grits aren't that bad here either. Excellent biscuits and gravy. The blueberry waffles were just so-so. Side Note - They don't have rye bread. Just white, wheat or cinnamon raisin. Two Thumbs Up !!!!

After having gone to another location which was fulln I drive another 5 min to tgis one. Nicely greeted when I came in. Great customer care. Breakfast cooked to perfection! Sometimes scrambled eggs are dry-these were perfect! Wait staff could be a little more attentive, especially with half the space closed off. Very clean store. Overall, one of the better WH's I've been in. Would def recommend. Will be back.

I LOVE this place…read more They may single-handedly have the best margaritas in town. Tasty and strong -- just how I like them. Every time I go, the drinks are consistent and well-balanced, and they don't skimp. I usually pop in for a quick happy hour with friends or former coworkers, and it's perfect for that. So far I've had the deviled eggs and the potato latkes, and both were really good -- great little bites to pair with a margarita. The vibes are super cute, cozy, and welcoming. I cannot wait until the weather warms up so I can sit out on the patio -- it's going to be such a whole mood. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Pro tip: if you get there around 4:30-5:00 PM, you typically won't have much of a wait. If you're in Blue Ash and want strong margaritas, cute vibes, and easy happy hour energy -- this is your spot.

Unbelievable experience this morning at brunch. My friend and I each ordered a regular coffee and a…read morebowl of French onion soup plus a Croque Madame to share. Our server brought all three food dishes out at the same time, which we could not even fit on the small table without taking off some things to put on the bench next to me. The soup was tasty, but mostly large cubes of bread with practically no cheese at all. The Croque Madame had no discernible cheese on it at all. The worst part: we each requested a coffee refill (one was never offered), and our server poured half of my friend's topped up coffee directly from her cup into my cup! I was so shocked that I was speechless. To top off this incredible faux pas, she split the check into two without asking, and I was treating my friend. Instead of bringing a new check as I requested, she had me sign her tablet that just showed the total, with no breakout, had me fill in her tip, and then walked away with neither asking me if I wanted a receipt, which of course I did, nor providing me with one. The coffee thing was so gross and unsanitary that I never shall return.

The service is really good. Seated promptly, waters come out promptly, minor order modifications handled easily. We have really enjoyed the variety of food. My husband loves the salads and the bowls and pizzas are also good. Probably the favorite entree we have had is the fish and chips. We find the drinks particularly reasonably priced and the cocktails are good. We really like the blueberry one. The space is sunny and open. I forget our servers name, but the manager also came by to check on us and even got my food boxed. We got a burger and the chicken katsu and of course the famous biscuits to start. The biscuits were very good but also a bit buttery greasy for our taste. One was enough (we split it). I did take the rest home and add some eggs to it for breakfast which was good! The burger was pretty good. Nice and salty. Not dripping with grease. Soft bun! The fries were decent but not my preferred style. I like fresh cut and these were kind of a shoestring fry. The chicken was decent but a pretty small portion that left my fiancé hungry. He said the side with it was just ok. We got cocktails that I can't recall but they were pretty good. We would go back and try some other things. Probably on a less busy day earlier in the week.
