This is like the 5th time I order food delivery from here just for them to miss my order and give me soggy cold food or half a**ed stuff even my door dash driver said the workers don't care if they miss food. I m always getting ripped off of 10 plus dollars of food not given to me. I hope the manager responsible for their employees at night get some kind of discipline cuz they obviously aren't doing their job. Also how they are wrapping their burgers and stuff is always sloppy like can anything they do at their store be any more bad? I do orders sometimes to see which shift is messing up the most and it always seems to be the night shift. If they keep messing up my order I'll just keep reviewing how bad it is and take it up with upper corporate. Jack himself slaved over a hot stove to make me this meal, this was unlike any meal I I have ever had. Mother's cooking wasn't this memorable. This was my first time at jacks and like god intended I went through the drive thru. This being my first and last time because I am visiting for a week and am broke now I can assure you that jacks is more then affordable. Uhhh don't go here. It took 30 minutes to get our food when we were literally the only ones here. Once we got it the jalapeño powers were small, over breaded and overall lacked flavor. There was weird substances on the basket. When we got our cups for the fountain drinks there was no ice and a LOT of the drinks were unavailable. The employees were loud and yelling in the kitchen the whole time. Overall not a good experience. To make up for it they gave us cheesecake... at least that's something. read more

On July 26, Thursday, we stopped at the JITB at 9:25pm unaware that they closed at 10:00pm. This JITB has a drive thru that once you enter it you cannot back out. The server said over the intercom that she would have to fill the orders of everyone in line ahead of us first there were six cars. So we wait. They did not say, we close at 10:00pm and so we have to stop taking orders at 9:30pm. We had four cars in line behind us. Even if we want to leave because it was going to take a while, we couldn't there is no way to back out or turn around.Then at 9:50pm, the server came back on and said, I told you I couldn't take your order. One of our staff was supposed to leave and hour ago and can't. I suggest that this JITB have a discussion with their staff about how to handle this situation. I also suggest that they use a sign to let patrons know that they will not take orders after 9:30pm in order to close by 10:00pm. And to tell the patrons clearly on the intercom that they will not take their orders. read more

Jack used to be my top fav for fast food but it has gone down hill in the past few years. The pita is supposed to come with grilled onions and every time I get it and specifically ask for the grilled onions, I get raw onions or no grilled onions at all. Also condiments should come standard. Even when you ask for them, you never get them. I've been by this location a few times since Covid began. They have a sign on the door stating their lobby isn't open due to Covid, so drive through is the only option. What's funny is the one off Powers let's you go in to order and take it with you, you're just not allowed to eat in the lobby which is fine with me. I'd rather take it with me anyway. I purchased a burger and asked that it only had mayo no ketchup or mustard, when I saw the lady making the burger I asked her again not to put ketchup or mustard and she said no worries that it only had mayo. As soon as we got home and opened my meal, it had ketchup and mustard, she looked my in the eye and lied to me instead of correcting the meal. Can't believe someone would treat a customer like that. Tried calling for 20 minutes but no one would answer. I understand people make mistakes but to deliberately mislead a customer is beyond bad service and we will never go there again. As a personal trainer, I choose how to eat/drink my calories wisely. I chose to spend time with my girls and enjoy a burger around 910pm which is very rare at that time for me. I was very much looking forward to it though. We order our food and receive it at a timely manner. As I'm eating my burger I notice my patty is cold which makes me upset but I kindly go up and request a fresh one. As they bring me a fresh one, they kept the old fries in there so now I have cold fries. At this point I'm not happy at all! When I think about asking for fresh, I look and my girls are almost done eating which means I didn't even get to eat my food with my girls. Ordered 24 tacos, 20 piece chicken nugget and 2 large curly fries to go. We were inside and noticed them cleaning the floor which was nice to see them clean. Pouring soapy water all over the floor and then taking a squeegee broom and SPLASHING that same dirty soapy water towards the drain. They had three employees doing this while only one was putting 24 tacos in the bags. I gave a two star because this jack in the box does not seem as "clean" as one would expect. Ambiance: Bright and cheery. This place is pretty clean and inviting. Has a drive thru that is open late during the week and 24 hours on weekends. They have a kiosk where you can place your order if there is a large line ahead of you. Service: The staff here are a notch above most fast food restaurants. Very friendly and with personality (wow, that is something that has also disappeared in most fast food places). If dining in, you are given a number to take to your table, and the staff will bring your food to you, rather than having you stand in the lobby area and wait for your number to be called (again something you don't find at many fast food places.) Self serve soda area. Food: This is my one guilty pleasure. For all accounts, I should despise the food here, but I am totally addicted to their fried creations. Their two tacos for 99 cents, with their mystery meat and American cheese, stand for everything I am against at Mexican places, yet I can devour a half dozen of these things easily (especially late at night). I also love their fried eggrolls and cheesy potato skins. Their breakfast burritos are also tasty. Not so much a fan of their regular burgers or fries though. Also real ice cream milk shakes. I am somewhat embarrassed to be caring on so about a fast food joint, but this is one of the few I patronize on a semi-regular basis when I have the "munchies". Very disappointed with this location. Their sign and posted hours said they did not close til midnight. My older brother and I went to grab a bite after I had gotten off work, around 11pm. We were told that they were no longer serving any more customers. When we asked why, we were told that there were only two of them working thus they "could not serve anymore customers" it was 11:20pm, 40 mins before they're close time. To me this is laziness, nothing more. There was no line ahead or behind us in the Drive Thru. I work in a deli, I have to work 2 counters and a sandwich bar, alone, during both lunch and dinner rushes. As well as load/unload rotisserie chickens. By a rush, I don't mean 3 or so people, I mean 20+ at a time. So I have to wonder what causes 2 people to be unable to serve customers, when a person working by themself can serve 20+. I will not be returning to this location aside from to tell the manager about this incident so that they may talk to their employees and let them know this was poor customer service.
