So disappointed. Going thru the drivethru was my worst experience ever in my drive thru history & if it weren't for the fact that I was exhausted, it was really late, I was really craving French toast w/ a chocolate shake & my husband wanted their ultimate CB & tacos, & I just wanted to get my husband & I food & go home to bed, I probably would've just gone to Whataburger. I waited behind 2 cars for ~5m each noticing only one at the actual window. Got there right @11:00pm exactly so I knew the time. At this point I'm behind 2 cars to place my order with 1 at the window & none behind me. As one finished & pulled up, the next had to wait to place their order until the car at the window drove away (that's what I was noticing) As I pulled up to start my order, no one spoke, so I said hello? & waited another 3-4 minutes. Now another car pulled behind me. About to pull away the lady finally came on to take my order & let me get through one part of my order before she hurriedly gave me my total & said thank you please pull up. I said oh wait I still have some more & she sounded frustrated & said ok then please wait. Waiting another 2-3 minutes she finally came back on & let me start adding to my order that wasn't finished w/ in the first place, but when I asked for a chocolate shake she told me their shake machine was down for cleaning, disappointed I said that's ok but I definitely felt hurried through her irritated voice to complete my order quickly. I pull up behind the car in line at the window & notice the car behind me having to wait awhile before they could even start their order, so I'm assuming they're way understaffed & just gather patience knowing that's not their fault. I get to the window finally after 5 or so more minutes & smile in relief to finally get my food, giving the man my card to pay, he apologizes for the shake machine being down & I said that's okay I know it's late, as I get my card back I remember I forgot to add MY FOOD (French toast) to the end of my order that had been rudely interrupted. I gave him back my card & asked if he could please add that to my order & that I don't mind pulling ahead so that the cars behind me won't have to wait (there's now 5 cars waiting to even place their order when there had been only 1) He took my card & said sure thing, as he's about to run my card I see a woman come behind him telling him something then walking away. He opens the window & says sorry but my manager says I can't add to your order. We're too busy. My patience & understanding up until that point went out the window & I said but I've been waiting very patiently for so long, I just need to add 1 thing (I haven't gotten any of my food at that point anyway) your telling me I have to go through the drive thru again to add one thing to my order? (I have rarely had to ever add anything to my order once at the window but the few times I've done it, sometimes they had me pull up to wait & it was never an issue EVER no matter how busy i.e. chic-fil-a or Whataburger) He says I'm really sorry I would add it for you no problem but she's my manager and she told me no you can't add anything to your order. I asked the managers name & he told me, Deseree & then apologized again & I said it's okay, you've been polite, it's not your fault & I drove away. This whole ordeal took ~30m from the time I pulled into the drive through to the time I drove away. After the ridiculous wait (it happens in drive throughs, so I get it, I've waited in drive throughs many times) then after being interrupted in my order (& having to wait again) that was really rude but I brushed it off, then not having their shake machine up so can't get my chocolate shake (it was ok because being 24 hour they gotta clean the machine at some point so I was just unfortunate to come when that was taking place) BUT then to finally get to the window & to be told nope sorry we won't accommodate you whatsoever, clearly showing that my patience with them not having their shake machine up then being beyond slow & then rude is not appreciated. I could've complained several times before that point but I didn't. I got home and my husband asked hey where's your food? Did they forget it? I thought you were going to get a chocolate shake & try their French toast? I told him what happened & said I wasn't going to wait another half hour to get my food after waiting so long to get his, so I made me a sandwich at home instead. Usually I'm the one telling HIM to be patient with fast food service, telling him it's okay, it's drive thru, so for him to see me upset about it was a first. I've had bad experiences in drive throughs before, everyone has, brush it off as no big deal, but this one by far was the worst & to go thru all of that just to get home & not even get to enjoy what I went there for to begin with, that Jack In The Box will never get my business again. And that is a first for me. Hopefully your experience will be better than my last. read more

I ordered CURLY FRIES and got REGULAR STRAIGHT FRIES. AND THERE WAS no sprite. None zerooooo not even diet. Come on Texas Jack In The Box. Come on. But other than that chicken was great, thanks! read more

One star is too generous. This place is awful. Soggy, greasy tacos, inaccurate orders, and drive thru takes forever! Last time I drove off and this time I wish we had left. The restaurant was filthy. They haven't had apple slices any of the times three times we have been here. It has only been three times because my son loves Jack in the Box and he got to pick for a celebration but this is the last time. There's a reason it's never busy here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Inside was randomly closed for no reason. Went through drive through, took over 20 mins to get food. There were only 4 cars in front of me. Ended up being given the wrong drink and meal, but was running late so I didn't check before leaving the window. When I realized I tried to go inside, but couldn't since it was closed. Then had to wait 20 mins again to get it fixed. I know no one is really going to take this review seriously because this is the only jack in the box in the area, but it really should no longer be in business. I use to love jack in the box and now I'd much rather go anywhere else except here. read more

I decided to stop and get something to eat today and I wished I had driven off after 16 minutes in drive thru waiting for my food. When I placed my order, the employee really didn't know the menu, he stated that he didn't know how many come in a combo, its either 2 or 3. Well we got the order correct after asking a few questions. When it was my turn to pay for my order, I sat there another 5 minutes for a total of 16 minutes because I saw the clock above the drink area in drive thru. When I finally got my order, the tacos were cold, and the onion rings were burnt. I didn't notice until I got home, but didn't want the headache of going back and wasting time or gas. This is the 3rd time I've gone. The first 2 times I waited but not this long, and when I got to the window, the employee apologized for the long wait. This will be my last visit to this location or maybe Jack in the Box. Plus when I got home to look at the receipt, of course there wasn't one in the bag. read more
