We were in town, visiting our son at college, and went from UNT to Aubrey to visit family. We stopped at this location to grab a large order to feed everyone and somehow, my app got stuck on the location near UNT instead of this one, even though I was ordering in this parking lot. We are from the Fort Worth area and aren't familiar with the names of the CFA locations up north. I went in to pick up this large order and an employee got Cosette to help me when we realized what I did. Cosette was SO sweet. She kindly explained I had the wrong location and took my phone to see the order I submitted, put it in her register, applied the points that I had used on many items, and then CALLED the other location to cancel my order and initiate a refund on my behalf. I paid for the order there and before she got off the phone, an employee had my food ready to go. When she got off the phone, she even made sure I had enough dip and got another bag to fill up. She was an absolute sweetheart and deserves all the recognition in the world. People with a heart like hers make this world a better place. Little did she know, this was a really stressful day and my mistake was just the icing on the cake. Cosette saved the day and my sanity. I frequent this location, however tonight was crazy. Wasn't that busy but seemed like everyone was at a loss inside. I didn't get my kids meal and got no sauces. Food was ok but would've been better if my daughter could've ate and it came with the 5 sauces I ordered. Overall usually have a pretty good experience but extremely upset with the past one I had I understand mistakes are made but that doesn't negate my disappointment. I ordered a Cobb salad no bacon I always order that unfortunately when ordered it came with bacon I wasn't aware as I requested no bacon and ended up drizzling my dressing on top and didn't know until I tasted it. Stomach upset, literally feeling so disappointed in myself but so disappointed in the employee as food modification is important to remember!! Went inside and my family of 4 spent $56 inside while the kids were playing in the gym. Decided----well it's cold outside and colder inside so I'll think I'll get some coffee. (630pm). I ordered with the cashier and she was blank in the face confused and ask the manager! I'm like, you guys don't have coffee? It's on your menu! This new split drive thru system is stupid. Never had to wait long when both lanes were open. Now it takes 10 to 15 minutes sometimes to get thru, while the other lane is always empty. Change it back. You have mobile order pull up spots in the parking lot for that mess. read more

We always order from this one specific location, and it's not because it is extremely close and super delicious.. not at all! it's because they give us more than what we ask for. We usually have a pleasant experience but this time we got an extra topping on one of our chicken sandwiches. We found a hair. It wasn't a small one, it was a long thick, 18 inch, jet black, and healthy piece of hair (the owner must use a good shampoo). Anyway, Super inconvenient when you have a hungry husband. My son and I ate at Chick-fil-A on Dec 31, 2019. I had the chicken wrap, and he had his usual Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich meal. I've attached a picture because I was shocked at how thin the chicken is! I will say that this location gave him more fries than the Prosper location did recently. Their attention to detail is not very good, as I am always missing something... fries, ice cream cup, condiments, even sandwiches at times. They are responsive in offering items you were missing, but I expect more attention to detail from Chic Fil A, and this location clearly lack in that category in particular. Hands down, this is the crown jewel of the CFA family. When CFA first opened the location, many in the area were stoked as the choices at the time were quite limited. Little did anyone realize how involved, the owner-operator, Shawn, would be with the community. Each month, there are at least two events, one Do-it-Yourself with Dad, and the other being Mommy and Me. School spirit days, in addition to being observed on site, are also promoted at the schools. Additionally, events such as a Christmas Festival, Fall Festival, etc. are held, with the community at large invited. When Little Elm tragically lost Officer Walker, CFA stepped up to the plate. read more

The chicken was fine but my bun was a hard as a rock and my fries followed suit. The fries almost tasted like they had been twice by how hard they were. :( read more
