The last three times it was subpar so today I decided to ask if they got new management and they said yes. Surprisingly, this place used to make really decent food. It was hot and fresh and put together well. Everybody was super nice. Now you pull up to the drive-through and you get a, "What can I get you. Go to the second window." Not even hello. Since I kept seeing the commercials for tacos $2 for 75 cents. I attempted to order in the drive-thru when the guy working there said the tacos for 75 cents were only good if you ordered on the App. So, I downloaded the App, went inside, and there was this guy working who was on the phone with someone who was trying to pull a scam with a fake order, he didn't even acknowledge me & keep his back turned while yacking until the end of time, and when he finally got done with the scammer, he said the taco deal is only available if you have the app and pay online! I couldn't believe this! What a hassle to have to first, download the app, trust giving them your credit card info just to get a deal on their lousy tacos! Ugh! I was so mad, I just said ". You should have told me that when I was in the drive-thru!" Forget about it and I left! I could throw down some sourdough jacks any day. This last visit in particular made me want to come back everyday. The employee working the window(Jonah) was so nice and polite when he was taking my order. You could tell he enjoyed his job, even if he didn't you would never know because of how nice he was. Ritu was also at the window and apologized for the delay in the register which I didn't mind. It actually didn't take very long anyway. Jonah seemed really busy working the window and the front but he still made time to help Ritu at the window without any hesitation and seemed to not mind helping her. She made sure I received all my order and drinks as well. However I didn't give 5 stars because I was missing tacos that I ordered which wasn't a big deal since it's a buck and some change. The food was good and fresh. Previous trips there it tastes like the fries were refried or the burgers were really oily. But this time it was enjoyable. I've gone here for breakfast as well and what I like most is how fluffy and fresh the croissants are and that they actually fry your eggs. I don't like the hash browns though because it tends to be extremely oily. The coffee isn't ideal either. Every time I've ordered coffee with my breakfast meal it tastes like it's been sitting there for a long time and has this burnt taste to it. I'll always come back for the sourdough jack, curly fries, and breakfast sandwiches. Be prepared to pay for a side of sauce cause they charge $0.27 for each of them. read more

I came Friday the 4th at around 1 am, i ordered a bacon Swiss smash jack and the meat that i got for the burger was not fully cooked i had to spit it out and throw it away, i came back to the drive thru window and the young man with curly hair and glasses was very respectful and replaced my uncooked burger with a freshly cooked one, i hope this jack in the box gets a new cook, i could've gotten extremely sick. read more

The drive through takes forever no matter the time of day, order, or how many people are in line. The manager Linda is rude and disrespectful. She doesn't tell you the price, doesn't give receipts, if you ask for the receipt she tears off the part with the rewards code. Your order will probably be made wrong too read more

This location has really turned around. There is a wait usually that is slightly longer than some, but it is not from a lack of working hard. The employees here are like bees. THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE in the country - possibly the world. My first visit was 6 months ago - it was in the morning and I had to wait for them to brew a pot. What restaurant doesn't have coffee in the morning? Supposedly, there was a so-called "staffing shortage" which was used as an excuse for slow service. I went back a few weeks later and had similar problems with poor and slow service. It's been almost 6 months later. There were 5 employees. I wouldn't call that a staffing shortage. Again, they didn't have the coffee prepared at 9:45am!! It took 10 minutes just to get a cup of coffee! It took an extremely long time to get our order (2 breakfast sandwiches). Every time I go into this place in the morning I get parked and told to wait and there's no cars in line. Today 2/9/23 was the day I got fed up with the wait. I walked in after waiting 5 mins to the drive thru cashier and cook standing back there just talking. I was so upset I asked them how much long I'm gonna have to wait because I have to go to work and the cook comes up and say "uh you only been waiting for 5 mins" well when I have to go to work and can't be late I shouldn't have to wait especially when there's no cars and the to see them back there talking. Yes I was raising my voice I asked for a refund because I was going to be late for work and waiting they said they can't do it without the receipt well I was the last car who went through and their systems can pull it up. So I had to go back out to my car and have to start asking again for a refund put receipt down on counter the cook slowly moves to the cash register starts doing this very slow motion and it was like she was doing it on purpose I asked her how long it's gonna take because I have a job to go to and she then shove la the receipt back and says "oh no u come back when my manager is here". That only stores the pot more and this girl needs an attitude change. She moved so slow like she didn't want to even be there and back when I was working fast food we took care of the customers first not stand around talking. My first time visiting this location I ordered a homestyle ranch chicken club and what I received was buns with an old and extremely dry spicy chicken patty with a small piece of lettuce that had an awful smell, taste and was slimy. I contacted corporate and I have not heard anything from them. I however did revisit this location five more times to give them a chance to redeem themselves however each time I visited this location my order was always wrong and the food was overcooked. My last time eating at this location My breakfast sandwich had a weird crunch to it as if dirt or sand was thrown into the sandwich after eating half of that sandwich I got extremely sick for five days and nearly had to go to the ER I will never eat at this location again read more

Just to get home to see that there's not hot sauce added to my tacos or bacon. I had asked for extra lettuce and it they didn't do that either. The order speaker had a difficult time understanding me and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I tried to contact the store but as usual, no one answer. I love jack in the box but this location has gone down hill over the year and each time I return, it's always a disappointment.
