Picked up some lunch for my son this afternoon. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and substituted the hash brown for french fries. Once we inspected the bag we realized they forgot our fries. So we turned back and went back through the drive thru and advised that our French fries were forgotten. Their employee,Bernice, immediately went into defense mode. "The meal comes with hash browns". Our response was that we asked for a French fry upgrade and was even asked what size French fry we wanted. So clearly our order was heard correctly. Bernice then proceeded to argue about the price and was charging us the full price for a French fry instead of upgrading to the difference. We wanted to speak to the manager, and she stated that she was the manager for that day. Then she proceeded to yell at her staff to hurry up with the fries. Once we finally received the bag of fries, it was already leaking with oil once we drove home 2 minutes away. This was a disturbing and disappointing customer service experience especially coming from a lead team member which shows lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. read more

If I could give this location zero or negative stars, I would. We had a busy morning planned so we stopped here on our way home from church. There were a few things wrong with our order, even after we waited about 15 minutes. Our fries were cold (how??? We just waited forever, our food should be HOT!!), items missing, and items prepared wrong. I actually had to go in twice, and my husband the third time after we left and had to go back again. The "manager" on duty, Olivia, told me that i had no reason at all to be upset and was completely dismissive. She told me to bring my receipt in and she'd give me a refund and sarcastically asking "what will make you happy?!" She ended up refunding a little under half my money. She was SOOOOO rude! I asked for my receipt back because i wanted to call customer service. She replied, "you don't need it. I already took care of your problem." My problem was her attitude!! Anyhow, I ended up emailing them, whoever I spoke with mailed me coupons for a few free meals. We decided to stop in again, against our better judgement. This time my husband was driving. AGAIN they screwed up our order, even after seeing we had coupons from customer service. My husband went in and the same lady was there. Before he even got to he counter, she said, "yeah yeah yeah. We forgot your curly fries. But your wife is stealing from us. She got here coupons and I already gave her part of her money back." After working an 8 hr shift this was my first meal of the day. Jumbo Jack was actually good, seemed freshly made. Curly fries seemed petrified, had to go back through drive to get my tacos that weren't put into my bag. So by that time they were cold. So disappointed! When you go all day working with no breaks and you're craving something, so dissappointing to waste $13 on a very sub par meal. I went through the drive thru after ordering 2 sandwiches, 6 tacos, onion rings and a drink. When I got home, there were no sandwiches in the bag. When I called the store, the 'manager' insisted that he saw the bag handed to me and I got the sandwiches. Yes a bag was handed to me, but it only had the tacos and onion rings which cost me $21.73. Interesting that this is a 24 hour drive thru yet I see multiple reviews of people experiencing the same problem I am, the girl saying the system is down at 3:30 in the morning and can't take any orders right now. RUDEST lady in the drive thru at 11pm. Worker yells at me about my order through drive through speaker after i told her i think she didn't hear me correctly, after i drive up she continues to tell me that i need to go back to school and " learn better" and implied that i was fat and eat there everyday. i asked to speak to the manager and she hesitated and said she wasn't there saying she was in charge, i asked to speak to the other worker and she would not let me and refused to give me my correct order and serve me. read more

I redownloaded this app just so I could leave this one star. Horrible service. I pull up, the guy can't even hear me on his headset as I'm screaming my order to the box, and he cuts me off and says pull up. So I think "sure, I'll just tell him at the window". He reads me my order back, I correct him, he yells to the back for them to fix it. He tosses the bag to me with not a word out of his mouth, and I take a look in the bag -order still wrong. I pull back up to correct him for the 5th time, and he yells to the back for them to make another one. He then takes the sandwich, opens it up, walks around the corner so I couldn't see, (only for me to assume he probably spit on my food), and came around and handed it back to me. Really bad service at this location very bad attitude from Bernice and the manager Lettica. We went through the the drive thru and order 5 meals when we got home we were missing one of the order, we called the store to tell them we were missing a order, the manager Christine told us that they would replace the missing order, just come back next time and mention her name and that she would leave our name on a board for us. When we went to order our replacement order we talked with Bernice at the counter and asked to speak with Christine and that she had promised to replace the one order that we paid for on our last visit. Bernice told us that there was no information that she could not find for us and that she could not replace the missing burger, I did ask to speak to the manager, which Bernice told us that the manager was busy, I did then ask her for a district manager name and number. Which she refused and walked away from us. The manager Lettica did finally came out to explain to us that they have homeless people trying to get free food from them, I was not looking for a free meal, I was looking to pay for 4 meals and see if I could get the meal I paid for on the last visit. After being compared to a homeless I then took my business elsewhere. I still would like to hear from a district manager to let them know how disappointed I am with this store. i can now say with confidence this place rips people off. After last night, I have now been charged for food and not received it multiple times. Usually when I come to this location, they miss a small item that doesnt cost a whole lot of money. Last night, there were multiple items missing from my order and when I went back to get my order filled correctly, i was charged AGAIN for those items. We really do not eat a lot of fast food, but we do like the taco's from Jack In the Box. I have not been there in quite awhile, & today when I went thru the drive thru the BEST EMPLOYEE OLIVIA is back working at that location. I could not hide my excitement when I seen her come around the corner. She has to be the sweetest & best employee Jack In the Box has ever had working at this location.
