This is a pretty new In-N-Out location, so the building itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. As expected from the chain, the service is incredibly fast and the staff is great. My only real complaints are about the parking lot setup and the crowd. The exit lane is super narrow. It really should have been designed as a one-way street, because incoming traffic constantly clashes with the cars trying to leave the drive-thru. But oh well that is done! Also, this location has become the ultimate high school hangout spot. Teenagers completely take over the parking lot. You'll see groups on e-bikes everywhere, and another group of kids in big lifted trucks being incredibly loud honking at each other with what sounds like actual 18-wheeler air horns (white truck with the glowing rim lights, you couldn't miss it if you tried). If you want a peaceful meal, I highly recommend coming for an early lunch to avoid the chaotic crowd! read more

I'm generally a big fan of In-N-Out burgers. If I had a choice of all the main fast food burger joints, this would probably be my go to. This particular In-N-Out Burger was not the best I've had however. Usually I expect a nice thick slice of tomato onion and lettuce. We live close to this location and have been here many times. The quality is not to the level of what In N Out is known for. They almost always get orders wrong and their sandwiches look very scrappy. We ordered protein style cheeseburgers today and they looked like a car ran them over. I know it's a new location but this is still pretty disappointing. Hopefully they get their act together. read more

This is a nice location for an In-n-Out burger. They have a great service structure to help with increased orders. I arrived at 4pm on a weeknight and 2 drive up lanes were working with employees out taking orders on a pad. This really helped move things along faster. The food was good. The best part for me was the milk shakes. This was our first time having in-n-out. I am really happy they support fundraising for schools. read more

Of the hundreds of In N Out locations I've been to, this is by far the worst drive thru. Every night it's close to a 30 minute line! That's absolute madness, and it's consistently that way. Never seen anything like it. Update: 37 minutes still no food. Final update: 41 minutes! Yikes. read more

Quality and accuracy seem to be on the decline. Second time in a row the food quality was bad and my order was not correct. We've always went to In-N-Out in California so we were excited to try it here in Arizona. This location did not disappoint. The service was efficient, drive-through was clean, and staff were friendly. Most of all my burger was delicious. I've never been excited about their fries so I'm not gonna make a judgment cause after all they were fresh. Just being honest here. But overall great location great experience will be back. I will preface this by saying I eat inn and out a lot and have never had this issue. But it was a big issue.. I had my wife pick me up a burger around midnight last night.. it was the only thing I ate all day.. I woke up this morning projectile vomiting out of both places which started at 630am and I haven't been able to sleep one second all day.. I have been dehydrated because I can't keep any water down.. and I had to cancel my work trip out of town, flight car and hotel and had to just pay for today because it was too close to cancel and get a full refund. I won't lie this was probably my last trip ever to in and out which is wild to say. I wish this upon nobody. read more

I'm from California so this is my go to favorite. I always get the cheese burger meal. No onions, extra lettuce, extra cheese, with yellow chillies, fries and a Coke Cherry they offer now. The service is always good at all the in and outs I go to. Kind of sad though they make the kids stand outside in the heat in the desert but it is fall at the moment so it's pleasant. Crazy busy as you would expect but amazing how they can move people thru. I estimated 50+ cars in line around lunch time on day 2. I went inside and got my order right in... best to park and walk in for the first 1-2 weeks if you're in a super hurry. As I said, best burger in the US - which is why people will wait behind 50 cars in a drive thru for a burger. Luckily they move much faster than they do at Burger King or Micky D's (ha ha). The only draw back for this location is there is less outside tables as the store on Bell and Anthem. read more

Let me start by saying I have been enjoying In-N-Out Burger for at least 15 years and in numerous different markets. It seems that the entire Phoenix market has issues but this location that just recently opened is the worse I have ever visited. The 1st time I went here it was bad, fries were not cooked all the way (what's up there a timer) they obviously do not know what animal style is as it was a combo of animal style and regular, and the bread was stale. Now to my 2nd visit, the fries were very dry and chalkie tasting. The burger had a huge chunk of lettuce that only covered 1/4 of the patty and 2" thick. The bun was so stale after it was toasted it was hard as a brick. The person that made this did they just not know better (lack of training) or did they just not care (lack of supervision) I know I will never visit this location again and maybe not any In-N-Out Burger due to such bad experiences. read more
