This Jack location is my and the family's go-to "Box" spot in the neighborhood, especially when we are craving their famous (or infamous) "Grease-pit tacos"). Located in the Stater Bros. plaza on the corner of Highland and Palm, this spot has recently been renovated and has a clear, fresh look to it. The plaza its located in has seen better days, for sure; but its nice to see the company investing in renovations to make this location look nice. Our experience with the food has been pretty consistent in quality and taste, especially when compared to food from other JITB locations. Their food is always tasty and cooked through. I think they've only got our order wrong 2-3 times in the two decades we've been ordering food from them. And bonus! They are open 24/7!! To be honest, it's a pretty basic fast-food restaurant. We've all been to Jack in the Box, so we know what to expect. My one main complaint is they need to keep the dining area cleaner. There was one time when my brother and I went in and it looked like a milk-shake fight had broken out recently, and the staff didn't seem in much of a hurry to clean it up! Come on, guys! Appearances matter! It was pretty gross. So all in all, a good place to order food from, especially if you're going through the drive-thru. Your experiences in the dining area might vary, however. I'm rating 5 stars because of the employee Edna. She's been the cashier for the recent two times that I've eaten here and I love her! She's so kind and patient with my order. She also has good memory; she didn't forget about the two sugars and creams that I asked earlier for my coffee! Good job on whoever hired her. absolutely amazing service tonight. the team member taking my order at the speaker was so kind and courteous. she allowed me to take a minute to take in the massive menu and answered the questions i had about certain items. she was extremely patient with us. when we got to the window we paid promptly and were offered free shakes! they were cleaning out the machine and offered us free shakes. they're so sweet. our food came out perfect, all extra sauces and spoons for our free shakes! the order was correct, hot, and crispy. everything was perfect and then above and beyond. i was so amazed tonight by the team here. read more

Very poor service. They asked me what kind of sauce, I said bbq. I pull away and it's ranch. The coke tastes bad. They didn't say thank you it anything. Have gone here several times and when I order thru the drive thru my order is incomplete. I have called and left vmls to have a supervisor call me after last drive thru order and Erika gave me my order at 6:30am and it was incomplete. They have not returned my calls. Have not had a chance to go in. I suggest you check your bags before leaving drive thru. read more

I love this Jack in the Box. Cleanliness is consistent. The drive-thru is super fast. The employees are alllllll nice and happy and ready to serve you. Horrible. Just went through drive through ordered a chicken sammy chicken strips orange soda cherry soda and two orders of curly fries. Got 2 orders of regular fries a strawberry soda and diet coke. They did get the sammy and strips correct but it did take them over ten minutes and I was only person in drive through. Also manager, male Hispanic didnt get his name, grabbed the soda cups by hand no glove and dipped them into the ice without using hand scoop. Then he went to doing other things like walking out to help a customer grabbing door handle then comes back grabs another cup bare handed and scoops it into ice.
