Top left: #2 cheeseburger combo with well done fries. Bottom left: #3 hamburger combo with regular fries.

I ordered the #2 and 3 combo with two pink lemonades and the food was flavorful. Service was good. The server who took my order understood my specific orders and was able to make sure it was clear to me. I was ordering through the drive through during the evening rush so the line was packed but moved forward in an orderly pace.

I never been is such a long wait for in n out. There's always alot of customers but there's not a lot of cars and the line IS NOT MOVING. Been in line for 45 min and havnt ordered yet. Go to the one down the street if you're trying to not waist your whole day getting lunch.

Where do I begin ......... It was a Saturday afternoon and we wanted a snack, and so it was In N Out Burger. As odd as it was, there wasn't a car line at the order window, check out my pic of the EV chargers and you won't see a car around! The staff here is a notch above ..... high energy and eager to get your order right. I was there for an "off" menu item, a type of not so secret fries - which took a bit of discussing, but we got it done. The restaurant was clean. This is also kudos to the staff due to the high volume of diners. We came for a snack. The worse kept secret in the restaurant world, is their "secret" menu. So check out the web sites and pics for your options. We came for the Well Done Fries, served Animal Style. So as you can see in my pic, the fries were very crispy, but not over cooked - that's the well done way. Even though they are on the thinner side, the insides were still soft and chewy. The Animal Style means you get a mess of diced grilled onions on top and that, in turn, is topped with their own spread (unchanged since 1948). The grilled onions were pretty good: not too greasy, a bit of onion flavor and moist. Their spread was very creamy (I'm guessing mayo based), rich and similar to a Russian dressing. Overall, it was nifty snack.

My meal cards did come in as promised and they gave me 4 so that's a plus. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long in line and have my order messed up and missing before work, granted I had no time to go back and get it fixed or a refund. But thank you to the In N Out company for providing me meal cards within days of calling. The card is good for a burger (up to a double double), fries and any menu beverage.

New in Redlands, you have to come try it out if you're in town! I came through drive through and the workers are super nice and helpful. You can tell they have great communication and camaraderie. I like that they tell you where to go; which car to go behind once you place your order. I hope they continue this organization because so many places are missing that piece in drive through. They also have another person reviewing your order and total to be sure before you pay which I thought was a nice touch. I ordered a #3 combo with animal style fries, grilled onions on the burger, and a Neapolitan shake = $12.29 The food itself is delicious! Great location and ambiance. Great for all to enjoy!

We ordered a shack burger with caramelized onions, a double shack burger, and the new west coast fries. I actually preferred the regular shack with crispy onions since the caramelized onions made it feel a little heavier. The west coast fries were good but it was a little heavy. The tropical mango shake was definitely my favorite. It was refreshing with the perfect amount of tartness. The tropical mango lemonade was also really refreshing. Shake Shack is one of the most consistent burger chains for me. The food is always solid and the service is quick no matter which location I visit.

Getting Right To the Point: - WILDLY OVERPRICED…read more- MEDIOCRE FOOD. I've said this before and it is worth stating again: I always have a problem whenever I pay for food that I could have made better myself. If it is a matter of convenience, I could even understand that you may pay a little more (e.g. Starbucks McDonald's, etc.). At Shake Shack, we paid $60 for a family of three. We ordered a Shack Burger, Chicken Burger and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Sides were a Onion Rings, Fries and a shake. For the same food at Red Robin, this comes out to approximately $45, for better food and larger quantities. My burger literally fit into the palm of my hand. The chicken sandwich was dry. The rest was OK, but not great. Overall - Red Robin, Famous Dave's and Applebee's easily win over Shake Shack. THE BOTTOM LINE: We would have happily paid $60 for the food. The problem being that, if you're going to charge premium costs, you had better "bring it" with the food. Mind you: right next door is Sosogu Ramen & Japanese BBQ, Amoi Mok Mok, J Riley and the Redlands Public Market - all of whom have better food for lower prices. With average ratings of 3.5 across the board in all locations, I just don't see Shake Shack keeping up with the competition - but this is merely a personal observation. Sorry - just being honest.

It's at Mountain Grove, which already has a fun atmosphere, but inside the restaurant it feels even more energetic. Pro tip: check their Facebook page before you go. They had a post where if you comment on it, you can get free food. They give you four different options and you can redeem each one on separate visits. That's such a great deal. My husband redeemed the large chicken sandwich (you can choose regular or large), and I went with the loaded fries, specifically the buffalo fries. Everything was really good. I personally liked the buffalo fries more than the sandwich, but my husband preferred the chicken sandwich, so it really comes down to taste. The portions are big too. The loaded fries could easily be shared between two or even three people, and the large sandwich is big enough to split between two people. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. Service was quick, friendly, and fun. They even told us we could come back three more times to redeem the other free items, which they didn't have to do, and that definitely went a long way. Five stars all around. Definitely worth stopping by if you're at Mountain Grove.

Here's a tighter version that keeps your voice:…read more Cuca's Mexican Food has become a regular spot for our family over the past year. I love their bean and cheese burrito, my son is all about the carne asada burritos, and my daughter surprisingly goes for the burgers and fries. The pink lemonade is always a must, and if they have bread, the tortas are really good. My personal favorite is the Rancho-style breakfast burrito. Only thing I'd change is I wish they offered grilled chicken instead of just pulled. Simple walk-up spot, consistently good food, and easy to keep coming back to.

As one can imagine, we have seen many changes over the years here in Redlands, some good, and some not so good. But ... we could always count on Cucas to be GOOD and consistent with their food. However, we both have noticed that lately the burritos aren't the same, specifically the red and green burritos. I've always bragged that Cucas has the best bean/cheese burritos hands-down! But we've noticed that the beans are more dry and pasty now. Cucas' beans were always a little on the runny side all through the years and they were delicious! When I would cut my burrito in half, the beans would come pouring out a little bit ... yum! Not only are the beans now more dry and pasty, but when I order a green burrito, there is literally NO green sauce! I started ordering EXTRA green sauce, and there was still LITTLE to NO green sauce! And I always order sour cream as well, but lately there is a small little squirt at the very top of the burrito, and a small little squirt at the bottom of the burrito, with none in between! What the heck?? I'm sure they wouldn't make their own burrito like that, or their family member's burrito like that! I even started ordered EXTRA sour cream as well, but still there was LITTLE to NO sour cream! The old Cucas NEVER made the burritos like that. Seems to be some "shrink-flation" going on ... ? And let's not forgot that we are charged extra $$$ for the "so called extra" green sauce and sour cream! Unfortunately I will no longer order burritos from Cucas. New people moving to Redlands do not have a comparison, so they just accept this. In closing, I would like to say that the ground beef tacos are bomb! Lot's of meat, not skimpy, and also not skimpy on the sour cream for the tacos, only the burritos. So sad, I miss "old" Cucas from days gone by ... sniff sniff :-(
