ILLEGAL HARRASSMENT OF SERVICE ANIMALS. AIDAN at this location was rude, condescending and after being asked if they were service dogs, and looked pointedly at both dogs and scoffed, "Really?" When we said we actually had cards to prove SERVICE, he asked again, "Really?" and when we told him they are wearing SERVICE VESTS, "He finally said, "Fine". In the state of CA you may only ask 2 questions, "Is that a Service animal?" The other being, "What service does the animal provide?". We didn't need the attitude nor did we need the consistent questions. When we showed him the CA legal Service Card and confronted him, he stated that he hadn't done any of that and claimed that he never saw the vest when he was glaring at them the minute we walked in. The server who took my order understood my specific orders and was able to make sure it was clear to me. I got friendly fast service despite it being busy. I had no problems with my food and the staff did an excellent job keeping things clean despite there being many people there. I enjoy eating outside in this location as you can get a nice breeze in the back. People are pretty harsh on this location for some reason but maybe it's because there's not plentiful parking. Lowkey I would much rather go to Yucaipa or highland if I want in n out. This establishment is always lacking when it comes to the food. Either they miss something on my burger, fries are undercooked, or even the burger is undercooked. Mind you, my fries tasted like literal dish water. Overall, wouldn't recommend this location. Where do I begin ......... It was a Saturday afternoon and we wanted a snack, and so it was In N Out Burger. As odd as it was, there wasn't a car line at the order window, check out my pic of the EV chargers and you won't see a car around! The staff here is a notch above ..... high energy and eager to get your order right. I was there for an "off" menu item, a type of not so secret fries - which took a bit of discussing, but we got it done. The restaurant was clean. This is also kudos to the staff due to the high volume of diners. We came for a snack. The worse kept secret in the restaurant world, is their "secret" menu. So check out the web sites and pics for your options. We came for the Well Done Fries, served Animal Style. So as you can see in my pic, the fries were very crispy, but not over cooked - that's the well done way. Even though they are on the thinner side, the insides were still soft and chewy. The Animal Style means you get a mess of diced grilled onions on top and that, in turn, is topped with their own spread (unchanged since 1948). The grilled onions were pretty good: not too greasy, a bit of onion flavor and moist. Their spread was very creamy (I'm guessing mayo based), rich and similar to a Russian dressing. My meal cards did come in as promised and they gave me 4 so that's a plus. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long in line and have my order messed up and missing before work, granted I had no time to go back and get it fixed or a refund. New in Redlands, you have to come try it out if you're in town! I came through drive through and the workers are super nice and helpful. You can tell they have great communication and camaraderie. I like that they tell you where to go; which car to go behind once you place your order. I hope they continue this organization because so many places are missing that piece in drive through. They also have another person reviewing your order and total to be sure before you pay which I thought was a nice touch. In-n-out is the gold standard of "fast" food. The staff is always professional and friendly, the food always tastes great, and there's tons of options to customize your order. I usually get medium well fries and I recently learned that you can wrap the Flying Dutchman in whole grilled onions! Burgers and fries. How can you go wrong. This is a great place for an In-N-Out, the only problem is that there really isn't enough parking. When you go on a Sunday at about 12:30, this place is full. The person helping me was pretty friendly, and took my order. I did forget to add whole grill to my burgers, and it seemed like she walked away to tell the cook, however, when I got my burgers, there was no whole grill on them. Like I said, the restaurant was packed, no place for parking, and all the tables were taken as well. Luckily my kids are small enough to fit in a single seat, together. We went later in the evening and happy to find out that even though this location just opened today, they will serve anyone who is still in line after 1 am.
