In-N-Out location was in point even though they were slammed. The staff were great. Usually they don't miss but they did this time. I had asked for grilled onions on one of the burgers which they didn't add, but she made it right and added them on to the burger. So I was driving home from Lake Arrowhead and was craving In N Out and I saw this location and decided to try it. So upon walking inside I saw that the ambiance was pretty good. I barely saw any trash and it was super clean. For food I got a hamburger plain, regular french fries not animal style, a medium Dr Pepper, and a water cup. Food came out nice and hot, and my Dr Pepper had just the right amount of syrup and was nicely carbonated. The service was amazing, they were really polite and food came out at the right time. Overall this place gets a 5 star review. And before this review ends I would like to give a massive shoutout to two US soldiers that ate here. Davis and one other guy I forgot the name of. This is definitely not my favorite location. I always expect the crowd, so that didn't surprise me. The bathrooms were so gross, and the people were kind of rough. There was a small female security guard, not quite sure what she would do if there was a problem. We sat outside by drive-through. Worst experience ever staff has no basic customer service skills. I was not greeted after waiting patiently to be acknowledged to have my order taken. Then waited for over twenty five minutes for my food. When I went to the front to ask about my order the young lady walks away and never comes back to give me the update I had to ask again for the status of my food. This is a really nice In & Out location! It's fairly new construction and super clean. It is located right off the 215 freeway on 5th Street which makes it very accessible and super easy on and off freeway access. My tip if you want to do the drive-thru is to keep driving past the H Street traffic light and past the restaurant since the entrance to the drive thru is located off of 5th Street past H St and past the restaurant. If you enter off of H street you're going to have to loop around and other cars will get ahead of you. The food is always delicious here. Love their burgers and shakes. Their fries don't do it for me I personally think they're gross but their hamburgers are my favorite fast food burger! read more

Always a classic choice, can't go wrong. Fries well done! Service was kind and welcoming with efficient service. Larger location with inside seating available for larger groups. Patio tables by front entrance. It is a little sketchy at night so there will be some animated characters but not to worry they have security present and they were quick to keep the surroundings safe. Not bad of a wait for the order cause I was just used to almost 30 minutes or more not eve including the length of time in line to order. Today Ariana who minds the dining area, manages to keep tables wiped after each use and sweeps off the floor anything that lands on it literally . No wonder the restaurant is so spotless clean. I gobbled on the double double animal style with toasty buns, so delish and fresh. Always have to have my strawberry milk shake. She was very short with me while I placed my very simple order. When I finished placing my order, she asked me "is there anything else?" I replied "no, that was all." One of my fave stops. Lots of good food and good service. They are quick to get fresh orders through. The drive thru may look intimidating, but it moves quickly. The dining room is bright and busy. We are huge fans of In N Out! We went to a different location on this trip and go to other locations back home 3 or more times per month. This location needs help. It was 10:45 on a Friday and the restaurant was empty. It still took over 20 minutes for our food be completed. We walked in to order from the counter. Once we got our order we discovered that instead of 2 animal fries we got one animal and one regular (we were charged correctly but we ordered 2 animal and the cashier read back that as well). The buns were not toasted at all and the fries were undercooked and limp. The diet coke was flat from both fountains. On a good note the restaurant was clean and inviting. Will not be back to this location and go inside, may go through the drive through as that was moving along well as I stood inside watching them go by. Came here on New Years Eve Day with the boyfriend after a tiring day of snowboarding. You see, we were starving when we started snowboarding. Imagine us after a few hours of snowboarding! When we got off the mountain road, we knew we had to find an In N Out. We dined-in because the drive through line was long. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very fast! We got our 2 meal orders in just under 10 minutes. Compared to the drive through, it may have taken longer in the drive through. We were happy sitting in our little booth with our filled ketchup bottles. Oh, the good ol days! I really love this place. I watched them build a new building in the middle of a parking lot to house this chain store. It is incredible the huge following this place has. Since day one it has always been packed with cars. And for good reason Best burgers in the desert. Never frozen, but always fresh meat. Well trained staff who are all very friendly. They are incredibly efficient. It is fun to watch them all working Much like a well oiled machine Each person has his/her one just to do, and they are very focused on what they do. My favorite is the double double, with a grilled onion on top. And those French fries are incredible. And each burger is cooked to order. Nothing is pre cooked. Ok I was at a construction job for 3 days We all love In-N-Out but our order was wrong when we got it. Had to go back in and reorder it all 4 orders completely wrong.. never have I over gotten an order wrong at any in-N-Out so I was shocked lol. Second day my hubby went in ordered same way for 4 and when he got back with our order it was all mixed up again. We unfortunately could not go back and reorder we have certain food allergies and couldn't eat them like we liked had to mix and match and eat what we could have to get back to work.
