First impressions are everything, so it speaks volumes that when I first walked in this Jack on the Box, I had to wait five minutes for the girl at the cash register to stop fiddling with the receipt printer and actually acknowledge me. The food was about average for Jack in the Box restaurants I've been to. Despite a busy lunch hour, the food was out in a reasonable amount of time. However, I noticed that other patrons had to wait a very long time for their curly fries to be ready. Overall, the kitchen staff seemed very unorganized. I had to remind them about the milkshake I ordered. Next time I'm looking for a burger in this area, I'll probably try somewhere else. read more

We went through the drive thru and waited for 20 minutes from ordering to receiving it. The kid at the window was obviously new as we watched him being chastised by the manager at the drive up window. My boyfriend and I are visiting from out of state and we had always wanted to try Jack in the Box. We tried a location yesterday and it was so good that I wanted it again today! This location was right next to our hotel so we stopped in and got food. He tried the new Teriyaki bowl and I had a Double Jack with curly fries. Both were so so good. And the staff was super friendly and our food came out faster than I expected! We'll definitely be going at least one more time before we leave read more

Several very disappointing visits over the last year leave me going to other chains/stores, despite the convenient location. Food is often cold, employees inattentive/ unkempt. My last visit, was approximately 2 weeks ago. Despite having no customers in line, I waited 4 minutes before I was casually acknowledged by a passing employee, who said "has someone helped you?" No. "Well someone should be with you shortly," as he quickly walked away, again leaving the counter unattended. 4 employees in the back, several making eye contact, yet 5 minutes later, nobody had addressed me or taken my order. I do not eat fast good very often, but every single time I have been here including the times around midnight, the employees (always a different person each time)have always been so nice and friendly. It is nice when you go to a business where their employees seem happy with their jobs. It says a lot about the business. This is the third time that I have used this Jack in the Box and they have gotten my order wrong. How the hell hard is it to be a fast food employee? Seriously I can't understand how you can't figure out a good system for sorting orders correctly. The management at this store obviously doesn't give a rip about the customer and it shows. This specific Jack in the Box location has huge HUGE problems, outdated equipment and the staff is a mess, last time I came in was for a delivery gig, ordered 25 items and they had me move to the parking lot and wait, I noticed most of the staff was replaced and they hired a bunch of kids pretending to work, they made me wait almost half an hour and as I get out of my car and stand at the glass looking at them one of them walks out with what it seemed my order, just smaller that I would've thought. I ask him if everything was in there and doubled checked if he was sure about it while he claimed everything was in the bags. Drive and delivered and two minutes after I get a text saying that 9 of the 25 items weren't there. This is just an example of many times having issues at this location with both the delivery gig and my personal experience with my very own orders, this is the reason why I try to avoid this location as much as humanly possible. I went through the drive thru to get a quick bite to eat before going to work. There were 4 cars in line before me and more coming up behind me. I waited a half am hour before pulling up to the window. I dont hold high expectations to fast food restraunts especially when going through a drive thru. I want quick and easy food, But when i am paying roughly 30 dollars worth of food i expect atleast a friendly person or even a person that isnt rude all around. When we pulled up in the drive thru the lady who was speaking was a bit jumbled we couldnt hear her. My husband ordered my food and when he went to order his the lady disappeared from the other end so he sat there waiting to order, then a guy jumped on he ordered his order and some extras. The lady came back on the speaker when my husband paused she rudely asked if we needed help or what, it was the tone in her voice and how it came out that just was all around rude. We pulled up to the window and the guy told us the amount we paid and when he was handing back the change he handed it back pretty aggressive like slammed the window where it bounced back so it was opend again. We got the rest of our food from both man and lady, when asked about sauces it wasnt even acknowledged we had to ask twice. To make it worse neither workers were wearing any name tags. One was a team leader as well, found out the lady is named erica. And the man was oliver from the reciept being cashed out. I normally dont complain but seeing as i worked a late shift and barley get fast food made me even more mad because no one should be treated like that. Every time I go here at night when there's like only 2 or 3 cars in drive thru they always seem to mess up my order. I went tonight and when I got my food I left then I stopped and checked and I didn't get my fries and my brother got the wrong size fries and we went back to ask them and of course the doors are locked and I couldn't get them.
