    Curly fries $2.59
    Susan A.

Not specific to the location but just $2.59 for the tiniest amount of fries is crazy. Do better Jack in the Box, potatoes cost nothing.

Double Jack, meaning I had to suffer through two of the worst beef patties I've ever had. Accoutrements were perfect, though.

This is a tricky one. I hadn't had Jack in the Box in probably 20 years. I don't remember having an opinion one way or the other about it. But it is currently the closest fast food spot to our house, so I decided to drive through the other day and see if it was worth the stop if we were in need of a little QSR noms without driving too far. It was...a mixed bag. I got a Double Jack combo add bacon with regular fries and Dr. Pepper. The Dr.Pepper was perfectly iced (I'm trying to work with you, Jack). The fries were, and I know what's at stake here, officially the worst fries in fast food. They were stiff and unpleasant and if they were McDonald's fries I'd say maybe they were overcooked, but I think they're just inferior fries. The burger was more complicated. The bun was fluffy and soft. The bacon, lettuce, and pickles were all crisp. The tomato was one of the only red, ripe tomatoes I've had at fast food since forever. The sauces were in the exact right amounts and the American cheese was melted perfectly. That brings me to the actual burger patty. When I was a kid, I had this fake rubber pizza slice that went with a Ninja Turtle costume. I would chew on that fake pizza slice making believe I was eating real pizza. The burger patty from JitB tasted as much like a real burger patty as that rubber pizza slice tasted like real pizza. In fact, it's not even fair to insult non-beef burgers, because Beyond and Impossible burgers taste more like beef burgers than this supposed beef patty. It brought down what were essentially perfect accoutrements with its rubbery blandness. It is literally the most important part of a burger and it had all the flavor and textural appeal of a Nerf product. Seriously, this burger looked as close to the picture on the menu as any burger I've ever had and tasted like the picture, too. Not tasted like the picture looked, but tasted like the picture would have tasted if I'd eaten it. The line was short and fast, the staff was friendly, and the food was packaged well. So kudos to everyone at this location unless someone there was the reason I had to put this abomination in my mouth.

Now charging for curly fries, not posted anywhere. And pop prices GOUGING! BT JITB
    Cherie S.

Now charging for curly fries, not posted anywhere. 3.49 for a small pop when you guys could have said "hey we have this value pop for $1.50 cheaper!" When I said something. I just got a blank stare and told the prices are set by corporate. Bad customer service. Hated JITB to begin with. Said I would try one last time and yep. Never again. You lost the WHOLE families business folks.

Medium curly fry, home style chicken sandwich; medium sweet ice tea.

Food is for the hungry great food in a quantity amount ... prices depending on the burger can get expensive! Costumer service is a hit and miss really the quote is "costumer always right" but everyone's human so everyone has a bad day!?.. tables and floors are usually clean bathrooms too; !! Would go back again.

Is this supposed to be my 7th jalapeño popper? A fried piece of skin?

This was my first experience, and I will say the food is extraordinary. Very welcoming server who seated us right away. Restaurant was very clean and in good order. They have a bar area, but it was closed as they were still waiting on liquor license. Very tasty homemade tortillas chips and salsa to start off with. I ordered Chicken Enchiladas and wife ordered Chicken Fajitas...DELICIOUS! Very attentive server who checked in with us periodically. We ordered a Chicken Quesadillas to go for our daughter (she thought it was super good). I think the three meals, drinks, and refills came to around $70 (not including tip). Each meal was ~$20 and it was a good amount of food. Overall, a really good experience. Please support this local business - you won't be disappointed!

There were approximately 3 pieces of chicken- it was stuffed with refried beans and what appeared to be French fries? It lacked flavor and was just meh. My easy to please husband said, "that was the second worst burrito I have ever had". To add insult to injury when I ordered it the person working charged me 4 dollars more than what the menu listed. When I looked at the menu confused he changed the price to the correct price. Not impressed. There are too many good taco trucks on the area to be ripped off like this. Won't be back.

We walked in and were told pick any table, waited around for a menu... which never showed up. It was a quiet / slow afternoon, with only a few customers in the place. I went and got my own menus moments later, someone brought some ice water to our table. No real greeting or welcome to our establishment. While perusing the menu, took a sip of the water, I gotta say, this had to be the worst tasting water my son and I'd have in a long time. His comment, was it tasted like a mud puddle in a glass. We should've shifted to a beer and a soda, but we were just looking for a glass of water to rehydrate. OK, now under the food. We both ordered, I ordered the fish tacos with rice and beans, my son ordered the Birria Dilla tacos with rice and beans. The food took a while, but Dog gone it, it was totally worth it. My fish tacos had to be some of the best I've ever eaten. My son really enjoyed his Birria tacos too. Wish I would've taken a few more pictures, but I was kind of annoyed after the process of getting a table, getting nasty water, and that. I'll do better next time. 7-Eleven had great drinks across the street!

My friend and sat outside. There was ONE server working for the entire restaurant which resulted in her taking over 30 minutes to come take our order. Another 15 to get our drinks and another 30 to get mediocre food. I had a burrito and it was almost all rice and beans with probably less than an ounce of meat on it. The menu is very expansive and there are some unique things I would like to try but based on my experience I don't know that I will be back. They need to hire more servers, and stop being skimpy on protein.
