Firstly, we've been coming here since moving to Olympia, this locations had had its ups and downs but really the morning food is where it is at! The food at this time is more evenly filled and better quality. The evening is good as it has wonderful staff who just have great humor. The only thing is the food quality just isn't consistent with the morning. However, we love this Taco Bell team regardless because they are all unapologetically themselves! Kimberly served us today at the drive through in the morning and they were WONDERFUL. I hope this store reads its reviews because they were a good mix of funny, nice, genuine, and professional. The worst Taco Bell staff I've ever encountered. Hostile male worker and female worker both threatened me because of a problem with my 2 orders. Very unprofessional with the way they handled the entire interaction and when I asked for the 'managers' name, a younger lady told me it was 'Amy Grace'. I'm not sure if this is an everyday occurrence for others but whoever runs this location really needs to rethink who they are employing. The worst ever experience. The Taco Bell employees and especially the lady manager at the night shift were extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered through the app at 11:51pm. The app allowed in-store orders, where it's called grab-and-go, but the doors were locked. When we tried going through the drive-thru to follow up they brought hostile customer service. We explained everything to them peacefully, yet didn't the manager and employees didn't care or offer any help to resolve the issue. We asked for the managers name who was extremely impolite, but was met with a likely fake name as "Amy Grace". This location has 2 different women that take orders in a very time consuming way trying to upsell every single item you order, every time, except the nachos fries. It is so frustrating and exhausting! The younger woman that takes orders started saying for every item I ordered, that the item was gonna be a little bit empty without the sour cream. I can't believe that they would allow a person to say that they're selling things that aren't quite full if I don't add sour cream or extra meat. What does that say about the item they are selling? That it is a rip off unless I pay more for extra items to fill it? If I want to add sour cream or extra meat, then I will. I don't need to be asked on every single item making my order take three times longer than it normally takes. On some items I'm ask up to 3 questions. The only thing that should be ask is if you want it classic or spicy. The older manager female asks if it is alright to add sour cream or double meat which I have to deny for each item. Different tactics, but the same exhausting time consuming outcome. This Location needs to stop asking if we want sour cream and extra meat with every single item on our order. Whenever I order a bean burrito, I'm ordering it because there is no meat. I'm always ask if I want to add meat to my bean burrito, then of course I am ask about sour cream. Is the only solution to start out ordering each time saying "I do not need any extra meat or sour cream on any of my items that I'm ordering today?" If Taco Bell is requiring this of their employees it is terrible for customer service. I gave two stars though because their food is consistently good at this location. Yes they may be wearing hairnets so the only explanation is touching of the hair whilst makeing the food. Called just to let the manager know about it and she quickly got rude saying how she can't replace anything cause we just threw it out. I really hate to see what this taco bell has become. these guys were on fire with their old staff but now it's a bunch of kids in the back. the manager is nice and tried to stay on top of things but the staff in the back are just not working out. I've been charged for what order but when I get my food it's a hot sloppy mess, do not ask for extra anything in your taco or burrito because they will charge you and not put it on there. the cashier will ring you up and then the staff that is actually making the food is too busy into a conversation that contains vulgar language like the words "fuck" and "shit" and "goddamn" and also "pussy". This used to be a great Taco Bell (fast and correct) but the past two months' orders were not only missing hot sauce but my orders were just straight up wrong. Any substitutions and add ons have been ignored. It's one thing to get a refund for not adding guac and rice to a correct item but it's another when I can't get a refund for a soft chicken taco when I got a hard beef taco (can't even eat it or have anyone to give it to). The only thing correct recently was the drink. As someone who works night shifts and I want to treat myself every now and then, this is really disappointing. The first two times I just chalked up to bad days (hey, everyone has them). But five times in a row? Edit: Two to three stars. Let's be honest. I'm a fat guy. I've spent lots of time inside of Taco Bell's before, and this is by far the best. Unfortunately I don't live anywhere near this location, but just happened to be passing through on the way back from a vacation. This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst service I have ever received from any restaurant. After ordering from the kiosk, we expected a reasonable wait, as the order was fairly complicated, including a few substitutions, and the restaurant was swamped. But we quickly noticed that people who ordered 10 minutes after us were getting their orders first. So we politely asked them for an update and heard it was "on the way" another 10 minutes later (almost a half an hour at this point) they just asked us to describe the order, which we did, we got about half of it (with none of the substitutions) and just gave up. I understand that once in awhile orders slip through the cracks, but the appropriate response is to give the customer their food(with a strong apology), or give them a refund, or ideally both. read more

And I said my gas is worth more than your sour cream, I don't have time for that. but you need to tell your guys that if they're going to use sour cream as a way to get people to spend more money, that you give it to them. I would not have ordered sour cream if they hadn't suggested it, and especially if I'd known I wasn't going to get any. If I'm working at mcdonalds & say do you want to add two pies for a dollar, but I don't give you any pie aren't you gonna be pissed?
