We often order 5 sandwiches but our wait is so minimal and we're back on the road to get where we need to be. I placed an online order and was there in literally 5 minutes. I drove thru and told them I had a mobile order... they immediately said my name, which I confirmed, and then they told told me to drive to the window. My order was already ready. The female morning manager -- the older one with the heavy accent and whiny voice -- accused me of leaving a negative review, which I hadn't, so I might as well now. Here it is. I used to love this location and ordered all the time -- often multiple times a week, sometimes even twice a day. The presentation was great, especially when ordering without buns. They rarely made mistakes, and the food, especially in the mornings, was always fresh and well-prepared. Whoever cooked the eggs back then was better than many sit-down breakfast spots. Nothing like the usual overcooked green eggs from fast food. It's close to me, but since I don't have a car, I use delivery apps. Then everything changed. Within the last 6 months or so, the morning shift declined drastically -- and that's when I believe this manager took over. The food went downhill fast. Eggs are now rubbery and green again. Everything looks pre-cooked and thrown together. The ham, in particular, is always dry. Every item is wrong -- either a bunch of stuff added that doesn't belong or key ingredients missing. My customizations are totally ignored. The manager always gives the same excuse: "Sorry, they're new," and blames the kitchen staff over the phone so I can hear. Despite all this, I was always polite when I called. Of all the mistakes and incomplete orders, I only requested two orders to be replaced. The manager said no problem, she'd write down my name and info, and that bringing a receipt would help but wasn't mandatory since I called immediately and she remembered. When I went in, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Claimed she never wrote anything down and said I needed a receipt. I asked a different employee -- a tall, super professional lady (who honestly should be the manager) -- if I could get the store phone number to look at my call logs, and pull up my Uber receipt. Once I did, the original manager then insisted she couldn't do anything unless I told her the name of who I spoke to. I explained it was a female morning manager on that exact date and time. She denied it, claimed no one remembered, I absolutely have to remember a name. I asked if they could check with the female morning manager -- then she finally admits she is the female morning manager. She says she remembered I wrote a bad review. So now she remembers!?! She spent five minutes lying to my face, because she thought I left a bad review, saying she didn't know who I was, then suddenly "remembers everything" and accuses me of writing a negative review. I told her I hadn't -- I thought I'd left a positive one on an app but couldn't find it on Yelp. She insisted I did and said I claimed I called "yesterday" (I didn't -- I told her the exact date and time). She just lies and blames the customer. I never wanted to leave a bad review, especially since I used to order all the time, but her unprofessional, dishonest behavior pushed me to this point. Instead of blaming the customers for bad reviews, why not just do better? This manager has clearly led the entire morning team into failure. They now can't make a single item on the menu correctly. She doesn't take responsibility, lies to your face, and brushes off concerns. This location used to be the best -- now it's one of the worst, all because of one person. Please consider replacing or demoting her. You need a real leader -- someone like the tall, professional lady I met that day -- who can bring the quality back. Whatever you do, DO NOT EAT HERE AT NIGHT! It is a worlds difference from the daytime shift. Seriously. I usually eat here once a week because I've always liked the mini tacos and they're usually hot, fresh, and awesome during lunch hour. But this time I suggested to my wife that we eat there for a quick snack tonight and it was a huge mistake. Everything was cold first of all. Second, everything was very stale and not even a full servings. My Dr. Pepper was at least 2-inches from the top so I got ripped off there as well. Just a horrible experience. The loaded mini tacos were old tasting, cold to the touch, not full portions and just horrible. Now on the flip side, daytime shift is very generous with portions and everything is crispy and hot. Not sure what's going on at night but it really should be investigated because the food at night isn't even something I'd feed my dog. Bad, bad, bad. What a huge difference a couple hours makes. Stick to the day shift because they are on top of their stuff. The last two times I've been to this location. I went through the drive-through the first time no one answered the speaker. I sat there for a few minutes before deciding just to leave this last time I went through it was about 10 PM at night on June 16 when I got to the speaker I was told that they are temporarily closed for shift change which I didn't understand. Rudest drive thru person by the name of Shauntreya. Not sure why she felt the need to stare at me meanly and be rude but her behavior will have me going to one of the many other fast food restaurants in the area. I do come here often but my order is always the same because I have learned what I don't like about this place. Their tacos used to be my favorite but now I can't eat them. Must be an old person thing. Their fries are good but my favorite thing from here is their jalapeño poppers. That's my menu favorite. I used to really like their chicken fingers but haven't ordered them in so long that I don't know if the quality is still the same. They have a large menu so definitely give them a try if you are hungry late at night. They are open 24hrs, I think, don't quote me on that. They always repeat your order and all the times I've been here they have never got my order wrong. I think one time they forgot to give me buttermilk even though I asked if but since I'm here often, I can't base my experience on that one time. I'm gonna be honest I gave this location more try's than it deserved, that being said this place is just low quality, staff isn't the best, not bad but def could use work. The food is the worst quality of this location, definitely need new chefs, food is constantly dry and terribly, had chewy bits in my burger? Not even gonna complain ab the chewy bits but that was disgusting not gonna lie. They just don't put the effort to satisfy their customers. I think they should re hire, and throw away the bad food sooner instead of serving it.
