    3 Quesabirrias Combo (beef)

the BEST quesabirria tacos i've had by far!! typically, other restaurants we've been to will skimp out of the cheese and/or the meat, but Birria Bite did not skimp out at all! my fiancée had her first bite and had an absolutely amazing cheese pull. we didn't get the chance to try anything else, but we would definitely come back just for their quesabirria tacos. staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they had 2 gender neutral restrooms!

You get complementary chips and some bean dip. It was good. I got 3 different tacos. The quesa birria, chicken and steak. I honestly thought the chicken taco tasted the best. The workers were nice.

So I've had this place bookmarked for a while and I drove past it all at the time Decided to come in on a Friday night with a friend of mine after we went to the terrible glow fest activity down the street ....... Sadly, the night got worse ! We were greated right away and the waitress was very friendly I ordered the quesobirria tacos came with three tacos ! My friend ordered one fish one shrimp and one marlin !!! I took a bite of one of my tacos and it tasted perfectly fine nothing super special but was good !!! no, my friend on the other hand, took a bite of their taco and instantly spit it out !!! Which is definitely something I've never seen them do or do you expect for someone to do at a restaurant? I asked what was wrong and they said the fish was bad. I proceeded to pick it up and you could smell the fish. It really stank like bad !!! Luckily, the waitress was nice when we told her and she took it back and she even said herself that it did smell and she nicely did remove the taco off of our bill as long as the extra order of chips that we had ordered which was very much appreciated which is why I'm getting it three stars because they were understanding I don't know if I'll be back based off of the fish incident. My friend had a hard time getting the taste out of the mouth.

I drove away from Birria-Bite Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant, heading to I-15 and then home, finishing my short vacation in Las Vegas. The reason I had breakfast at this Mexican restaurant was that I was hunting for food I had never tried or even heard of before. I chose this one. The restaurant was outside the main business district of Las Vegas, only several miles northeast of my hotel, but the traffic was crowded. It was located on a deserted street with only a few businesses near the intersection. The restaurant just stood there, looking lonely. I entered through the side door since the main door was closed. The interior was very colorful--the paintings, the chairs, the bricks--everything felt very Mexican. I studied Spanish with Rosetta Stone 20 years ago and took another year with Duolingo last year. So, I can speak a little Spanish, enough to greet and order food without difficulty. I greeted the waiter and waitress and placed my order. The waitress served me hot tortilla chips with a pink-gray bean dip. The dip was creamy, smooth, and delicious. I will try to copycat it in the near future. The entrée I ordered was Goat Birria, a dish I had never heard of or tried before. Basically, it's slow-stewed goat meat without skin. It's very similar to Chinese brown-braised goat, except Birria uses various herbs while the Chinese version uses soy sauce. It was just pure goat stew without hominy or other additions. The Birria was served with three freshly made corn tortillas, and I made my own tacos with the birria and pico de gallo (raw salsa) that came on the side. The corn tortillas were very good--soft and aromatic--but since I didn't eat quickly enough, they turned cold and hard. How fast should I have eaten? The portion of Birria was huge. Even though the bowl didn't look big, it contained a lot of goat meat. It had a slight gamey smell, probably because it was goat rather than lamb. The flavor was good, though the broth was a little too salty. Since the portion was large, I had at least half left over. I brought it home--I keep a frozen container in my car. I boiled it later with some added water and paired it with instant noodles. It tasted fabulous, and even the gamey smell was gone. But be aware, the dish had bones, tiny bones, so be careful. For dessert, I had churros--the best churros I've ever had. Honestly, I haven't had too many churros before. These were served as half-sticks, crunchy on the outside and soft inside, with a very good texture. A churro must have cinnamon flavor, and this one was perfectly balanced.

Nice little cool hidden gem in Las Vegas. Music is low and chill atmosphere. Chips and salsa while your food arrives and I ask for a side of refried beans and cheese. Food comes fairly quick. The quesa birria beef tacos are amazing. Has very good flavor and comes with the consomé. I get it with one tortilla each. Servers are very attentive and kind.

    3 birria tacos - delicious!

The menu has nice variety. The birria tacos I had were delicious. The server was friendly and helpful. The inside has tables with wood seated chairs, small bathrooms.

Looked up "Birria Tacos", and their Quesabirria Tacos DID NOT disappoint!!!! Would recommend going there over and over again!!! Will definitely be going back just try other items on their menu!!!

    10/10!!! The food was amazing

Amazing food! Delicious no complaints they attended us quickly and food came out in about 10-15 minutes

Ambience is really warm and inviting

Parking lot is a little small but there is street parking. The lot was clean. Seating area is small but very well done. This was my second time. The food never misses! This time the service started a little slow. Only one wait staff might be hard during busy times. I completely understand but there is people that don't. The ambiance is really warm and inviting. The restaurant is very clean. Chips and beans is good but a salsa would be nice as well. We ordered the Mojarra, Birria roll tacos and the El Serrano sushi roll! The Mojarra (fried fish) could have been fried longer to create an actual crunch. I'd give it a 8.5/10 the rice though was really good. The birria roll tacos were so good. 9.5/10 Definitely would order again. These are a great appetizer. The El Serrano is our favorite. It's so good. It had a little heat but it's an amazing blend of flavor. A must try! We love this place and will definitely come back. Suggest some help for the staff maybe a bus person that can help refill drinks. Besides that a must try! Don't miss on this place!

Lovely little spot with amazing Birrieria. I felt the portion sizes were big and filling . Service was excellent. Best part was the caramel churros

When you thought dining out got more expensive, this restaurant did get a newer menu and prices did go up a little. The food got even better imo. This is the first time I tried their lengua taco just for curiosity, it was wonderful. and it was stuffed with lengua. The regular order of goat quesobirria did not disappoint, the tacos actually got stuffed with more gost birria from what I could remember. I think they changed their consommé a little, it's much more hardy than before. I simply try to make a trip to this restaurant every time I'm in vegas. Definitely worth the trip here for their goat birria tacos.

If you want some good birria, this is definitely the spot!!! Staff is so attentive and really nice. Very welcoming vibe. We tried a few things off the menu and nothing disappointed. (I'm very picky btw) a must is the empanadas de camaron

Amazing birria spot here in Vegas! The service is always kind, fast, and efficient. You get to choose your table and get chips, dip, and water brought to your table. They have a variety of options on the menu from seafood, tacos, sushi, and many more! I got the asado tacos and the steak. The steak was a bit dry but still pretty good. The asado tacos were amazing! But they were very oily. The quesobirrias were the star of the show! It comes with a broth to dip in and it tastes amazing. A few other orders I like are the birria fries and birria nachos. The prices are great and the food tastes amazing. I recommend trying this restaurant and trying their birria!

I can't remember the name of my meal, but it had steak with chimichurri, fried plantain, pico, avocado, beans, rice and an egg. My favorite part was definitely the steak! It was perfectly cooked and the chimichurri added the best brightness that the dish needed! There are so many spots in Vegas so I'm not sure I'd come back but I definitely enjoyed it.

Every food item on the Happy Hour menu is $12, which makes it a great way to try a variety of dishes without spending a fortune in Vegas. We ordered the shrimp tacos, CHICA nachos, Firecracker Wings, quesa-birria empanadas, potato flautas, shrimp ceviche, and ahi tuna bites. Everything was absolutely delicious, and there honestly wasn't a bad dish in the bunch. One thing to keep in mind is that these truly are small plates. Don't expect a lot of food with each $12 dish. They're perfect for ordering several different things and sharing, but if you're really hungry, you'll definitely want to order multiple plates. The Firecracker Wings had a really nice kick to them. We loved the spice, but if you have a lower spice tolerance, be careful with those! Also, a heads-up about the shrimp ceviche: CHICA's version is more tomato-based rather than the bright, lime-forward ceviche you might be expecting. It was still really good, but if you don't like tomato-based ceviche, that's definitely something to know before ordering. For drinks, we tried the CHICA-Rita, Palomita, and Tommy's Margarita. They were running a 2-for-1 drink special for $21 total, which was such a great deal, especially for Vegas. Between the absolutely delicious food, fun atmosphere, and Happy Hour pricing, we really enjoyed CHICA. It's a great spot if you like ordering a bunch of small plates for the table and getting to try a little bit of everything.

Sayulitas has always been on my radar because they are open until 2:00 AM on Thursdays and 3:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. I finally got to try it on my most recent trip to Vegas, though I ended up going for lunch around noon on a Saturday instead of the late-night meal I had originally intended. I was surprised at how popular this spot was, given that it's all the way on the other end of the Strip. Note they do charge more if you use credit card so bring cash for a cash discount. They also have a handwashing station near the restroom which I appreciate alot since I always tend to wash my hand before eating. (Everyone should wash their hands before eating and dealing with food!) I ordered the Pac-Man Burrito, which comes with tocino, carne asada, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, Mexican salsa, chipotle sauce, and fries. If you're not familiar with tocino, it's a Filipino dish featuring sweet, savory, and garlicky cured meat. It reminds me a bit of Chinese char siu, but sweeter. The burrito is massive! The meats are packed with flavor, and I was surprised at how crispy the fries stayed crispy even though they were wrapped inside the burrito. My only complaint was that my burrito didn't seem to be wrapped very tightly and was falling apart as I ate it. Other than that, it was delicious! They also have a self-service salsa bar--the orange sauce is especially good and has a nice kick. The service was great, and the servers were all very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this spot!
