I usually stop by here to grub on something on my way to Chukchansi or Table Mountain. This last time, I came through the drive-thru with my family on our way to TM on Thanksgiving 2024. To be honest, our car was pretty annoying in the way that we were ordering. We couldn't make up our minds and kept changing our order. Magale and Marina were helping us at the window and they were so patient, accommodating, and nice with us. They even wished us good luck at TM, which I really really appreciated. We left TM in the green that night and I sincerely believe that the staff's good vibes here helped contribute to our overall win. Will continue to keep coming here on my way to gamble! read more

I went to the Howard Rd., Jack-in-the-Box about four weeks ago. After I was halfway done with my salad, I found a clump of long hair in it. I called the manager and explained what happened. She told me next time I needed to check my order before I left the drive-through. I asked the manager to give me credit for next time. The manager then told me two other times the same thing that I should check my order before I leave the drive-through. I advise the manager that I would be calling her manager. The regional manager never returned my call after me calling her twice and leaving a message. read more

I arrived and entered the lobby at 9:25pm. It's usually my put stop going to Coarsegold. The sign on the door said open until 10pm. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen. But I would definitely not try to come to grab something quick for lunch here. I was stuck in the drive-thru line for 30-40mins!! They are new so I am going to do an initial review and then another one when they work out the kinks. At any fast food restaurant the fries are everything to me. Soggy fries can make or break a meal experience for me and unfortunately they served me slightly soggy fries. In their defense it was late at night but for a restaurant that advertises a "late night foodie call". You gotta have hot crispy fries for your customers!! I'm also taking a star away because I strongly oppose those darn electronic coke machines!!!! All the flavors end up tasting the same! It's just not a good invention. Stop trying to make fetch happen...it's not going to happen. The drive through was fast and my burger was well made. The staff at this location actually thanked me for my patronage and wished me a nice day...a lot more than I can say about the other location in madera where they throw the food at you through the drive-through window lol. All in all it was a solid 3 star experience. I'll try back in a few months and see if they have worked out the kinks. read more

Drive thru. Four cars, mine bringing up the tail end. I'm not always proud of my last second dining choices, this location is slightly better than the average place I visit with these shameful cravings. Clean, efficient, and friendly. WOW!!!!! Don't order shakes without whip cream and then request they remake instead of scooping some of the whip cream off and covering it up with more ice cream.
