Worth service ever !! They have 5 people 2 in the grill area one in the fryer one in the drive thru and one at the front counter . It took them 5 min to take my order because they all attending the drive-thru . If you don't know is jack in the box main money maker . After I order my food I waited for 10min . How do I know because I saw the timer in their little window I asked the girl that took my order if my breakfast sandwich was done ? because there was one sandwich that they made and no one was taking it . She went look at it and told me no . So she asked her supervisor that was at the grill if my sandwich was done and this Caucasian girl responded in a very angry voice that she was waiting for the meat !! If I could give this place no stars I would have. Waited in the drive thru for a few min and nobody was moving so we backed it out and went inside. I ordered a ultimate cheese burger on sourdough. 15 minutes later they hand me my food and the bun is soggy and not even grilled like it's suppose to be. So I bring it back up and simply ask them to just put it on the grill for a minute. The employee told me that the bread crisper was broken. I mentioned that it's cooked on the grill and she just shrugged. My fries were also just a huge clump with no salt. I understand that you were busy and I patiently waited but when I pay for something it better be made correctly. No excuse for such bad service. read more

The place was dirty, A gentleman was standing there before Us and We waited for 10 minutes before the manager came up to take our order. There were two ladies and a male working there, calling each other bitch, shut the fuck up and yelling at each other. I ordered $25 worth of food Stephanie prepared my order. I asked her for a cup of ice for my bottle of water I ordered and she asked me to wait in line again and re-order. I said can I just please have a cup of ice and then she finally gave me cup of ice but with attitude. I drove off and I realized she forgot my bottle of water I ordered so I came back and it was a man in the counter. I asked for my water and I asked who the manager is and who was the woman serving them Stephanie came in the window and I said she forgot to give me water and may I add that she was very rude. She said because I had to take more orders. I told her that I just ordered $25 worth of food and she shouldn't be rude to her customers. I told her that I just ask her a cup of ice and she thinks she should be rude to me. No need to be rude. I told her that being kind is free. Then she walked away and rolling her eyes at me. 3/25/2020, @ 10:39pm, drive thru order #103, my credit card was returned back with bunch of oil grease. This means you touched the food and collected payments with the same hands with out washing. This Jack in the Box is terrible. Today I ordered a jumbo jack and they only gave me meat and cheese. It's supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Another time I ordered a grande sausage burrito and got no sausage only eggs. Both times I didn't notice until I got home. Dine in or check your food before you leave. read more

There's this one worker whose name is Jose. This employee had the friendliest attitude I have ever seen in any drive thru. He cracked jokes and had us in good spirits from the menu to the window. It's my second time leaving disappointed drive through takes forever and poor service

Came here at 11:00 pm. A woman (obviously a staff member) was holding the door open. When I was 20 feet away, she muttered something... her lips read "oh no" and closed the door before I got there. It was locked even though the sign said the dine-in closes at 12:00 am. I had to knock to get her to open the door, which was when she told me they were closing the lobby early due to being under-staffed (people were still eating inside, but ok fine). I was holding the door open with my hand but she forcefully shut it. pretty rude imo. Yeah it's JitB and I don't expect excellent service. But I'm going to complain about it when it's this bad. read more

Worst experience ever, puked up to the drive trough to order, waited there for exactly 5 minutes and no one ever took my order, I drove up to the window and let them know that no one took the other, note this was during lunch hours so the drive trough line was very long. The lady in the window asked me to go circle back around! What kind of service is that? I come here a lot since it's like 2 minutes away from my job and because it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants but with employees like this I rather drive 5 miles. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 happy meals on the menu one was for $2.99 the other said 3.29 but on the screen they had different prices $1.50 more per happy meal when I confronted them they had no explanation and was talking to me like I was stupid saying they don't get it and what do I want I simply said for your menu prices to be accurate. Who doesn't love Jack In The Box? This place's drive thru is 24 hours, I believe. It's crackin during the weekends on late nights so the line could get long. The staff here is also very nice and funny. One of them tried to joke around with me and my friends while ordering. In the end, they hooked it up with loads of buttermilk. :D read more

I swore I would never eat at this Jack in the Box again but foolishly went back. Wanted to try the new Blazin' Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was so overcooked that it was shrunk down to half the size it should be and was some dark shade of burnt brown. The soda syrup mixture wasn't tuned right. Great for a quick snack for a very low price. It has it's own very secluded little spot behind some houses and a gas station. If you don't look carefully, you won't be able to find it. I stumbled upon this place a while back when I was getting some gas but also somewhat hungry before I headed off for a little road trip to Sacramento. This place is quite small but it makes due. It used to have a working kiosk machine but now it only accepts credit card which is a bummer; have no fear! They still have human to human cashiers so if you only brought cash or card, this place will still take your order. As far as fast food restaurants go, this place is decent enough if you don't want to spend more money than a few bucks. Inside, it is very clean but also somewhat dark but that is because they are covered by towering three story houses. The cashiers and workers are very courteous and do their job to help you through with your order. The workers change so often so sometimes you may get the most courteous and helpful employee but other times you may get someone who is very grumpy who just wants you to order and leave. I say come here if you're in the area for a quick fix. Parking wise, its small and there is one way in and out so if there is a line at the drive through, you might be waiting a while before you are able to leave the little restaurant. read more

This is literally the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever been to. Every single person that works here has always been so rude and so disrespectful. It's the closest one to my work which is why I keep coming back, but I'm just going to look for a different one at this point because I'm so tired of getting my order wrong and dealing with rude people. I used to come here at late night. There's 2 Indian ladies worked here. There was no car behind me, but one of the lady told me to pull up to the front and wait for her, ok, right when I just get to the front, all sudden she walk out and give me my bag of food, and tell me I supposed to park at the one right next to the drive thru exit next time. I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants because they are all pretty much the same in service and food quality, but this has to be the best Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Customer service is awesome. Food comes out at a reasonable time. Most importantly, their food is so much better than the other branches I have been to. I have to compliment their tacos because they have so much less grease than the others and filled with veggies and meat. They actually fill their curly fries in the case it comes in. If I can give this place a negative star I would. I came here with my fam 12/14/17 and ordered 2 jumbo jack, a sourdough jack, and we had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 rib eye sandwich free.
