We've been going to this Jack-in-the-Box for so long all the staff there is very friendly. We always get the same thing there two tacos well done extra crispy they are so bomb when their extra crispy! The food is always hot and fresh our three-year-old loves too tacos well done extra crispy. Beside McDonalds, Jack n. the Box is probably the fast food place I most frequent because there are tons of them around and, unlike McDonalds, they are open all night. I don't eat at fast food restaurants as often anymore because they are fattening. When I used to eat at Jack n the Box all the time, I would get the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the curly fries. I also love their cheesecake and Raspberry ice tea. They have a lot of yummy different things on their menu like the Fajita Pita and the Bacon and cheddar wedges too. I also like their commercials. They are probably some of the funniest out there. The people at the drive through are exceedingly nice and always ask me how my experience was. They probably have some of the best customer service people of any fast food chain. All the locations I've been to, they are fast, friendly and efficient. read more

worst fastfood restaurant ive been too. ive had too many mishaps. okay, 3 to be exact. first, after ordering, i left for the restroom, next thing i knew, they already discarded my order since i wasnt there. i wasnt even in the restroom for too long. second, i waited around 15mins for my salad. they probably got confused and skipped my order.good thing they refunded. third, i got an unsweetened tea instead of a coke. they didnt even say parting words after they handed me my drive thru order. i have experience working with customer service, i did my best to provide excellent service, now i expect to be treated the same. but since i got a refund for the 2nd one, i'll give it 2 stars instead of 1. read more

I've loved the breakfast burrito at Jack in the box in the past. However, this past Sunday it left my stomach grumbling for more than 10 hours and it was very uncomfortable. This was the only thing I ate that day so I know it wasn't anything else. This hasn't happened in the past so either the food quality at this location needs to be monitored or you have modified this burrito in a way that is no longer healthy. My 5year old son worries every time we go to Jack in the Box he asks "Are we going to the BAD one??" Referring to this specific location. We never do though because of the unbelievably horrible customer service. Stuck right in the middle, 45 FREAKING MINUTES (I wish I was exaggerating) in the drive through with a screaming baby only to have our order completely screwed up and our soda spilled all over our car cuz the kid in the window didn't put on the lid right. came here the other nite and ordered a 7 piece jalapeno poppers and cheddar cheese wedges. The poppers were overfried (to the point they looked like raisins) and the cheese with bacon topping was very skimpy on the tato wedges. This jack in the box is a hit or miss. Great lobby and guest service is okay. I eat here often and notice small mistakes being made here and there with my order but that is to be expected with such customer volume and an understaffed crew working the floor which is often the case. I notice wait times for food are very long through out the day, although drive thru is relatively quick. I give this jack in the box a 3 stars. It's not a bad place to have a meal and convenient location make it a choice for me. read more

Way to slow for a fast food place. Ended up walking around the corner and up the side of Montague Expressway to go to Carl's Jr instead. I was there with my little sister for about 15 minutes standing at the counter waiting for a cashier to take my order and never got any service. There was a line of about 3-4 other customers. I can't say if the food was good because I didn't even get to order, there was a drive thru attendant walking back and forth that just looked at us without ever helping and only one other person was at a table eating. I've heard bad things about this Jack in the Box but I really wanted my sourdough jack combo so I gave them a chance. It is close to my house so I will probably come back and try again, but this was a bad experience, probably the worst Jack in the Box in the area. read more

To my surprise when I went to this place. The drive thru service at the grave shift was a bit better. When I drove up to make my order...the board lights and lights in the back lot went out...huh? Then thought to myself...here we go. I've been to place before and it's a hit or miss with customer service..especially..when came to this Indian lady who had such bad customer service. They forgot to give me curly fries but when i went in to complain, the manager was extremely polite, de escalated the situation and had me walking out with extra food in seconds. So 5 stars from me. If you can give a fast food restaurant zero stars, that would be this place. We've been here 3 times. The first they were closed. But it says 24 hours. Second time, they messed up our order and took about 20 minutes in the drive thru. Third time, they took our order and then gave us half our meal. The lines here are notoriously long and they are notoriously slow. So I banged on the front door, and then called them. The girl who answered said she would get my meal...and then decided it was a good idea to take a smoke break with her friend. I walked up to her again and asked where my food was because I was on my lunch break, not just some drunk person wanting food...she was like "call and complain" and I have the previous two times. She said she would make it herself. Two minutes later, she was back outside with it. I never really give bad reviews but since I work in a fast food industry too I am little disappointed on the service I received tonight. So my boyfriend and I went in this store just to grab something to eat. We went through their drive thru and the person on the window is really mean. She repeated the order (which is really nice) however she said it too fast in a manner that sleepy people wouldn't gonna catch. My boyfriend asked if he had one of his order and then the lady said in a very annoyed tone that she already said it. And she was asking if we wanted ranch. I asked for a carrier for the drinks and she is barked at me like "I asked you if you wanted a cup holder" yep she did gave me one. But it's broken so one of the drinks did spilled. By far this is the worst customer service I had received from this store. They just remodeled! And it looks spectacular! They also have a new ordering machine. Yes, it's a lazy way to "provide" customer service, but hey, if it gets me in and out faster, I'm all for it. So I used their new machine to order today and everything is broken down into different categories (burgers, combos, and chicken meals and extras). It makes the process faster and less painful having to deal with mind numbing, non-English speaking people sometimes. I'm all for diversity and equal rights and all, but I just want to be able to come to a fast food place and order my meal in under 5 minutes without there being an misconception or miscommunication somewhere along the process. Anyway, we were offered TWO FREE TACOS at this location through the automated machine. I just moved to the area of Milpitas and had not seen a Jack in the Box for a long time. I wanted to try it out. The food is good but what caught my eye was the manager Servando. I see him multitasking all the time. When someone forget a straw, he hands you one, When someone forgets to clean the tables, he goes and cleans them. He is everywhere making sure he gets his hands dirty like all the other employees. He is really nice and friendly and very, very courteous. I will continue to come because I like the excellent customer service that Servando offers. He should get a pay raise. We need more workers like him who truly care about people and who has a passion for his job no matter how hard it can get. read more
