Pork is so easy to cook and get juicy delicious meat, but these were the driest carnitas I have ever had. Seriously. Bad batch? I only checked "onions" and even added a comment NO cilantro just to make sure it doesn't get missed. I picked up my order and all 11 tacos had cilantro on them. I went back inside to let them know. They took all of the tacos back and told me they would remake the ones that weren't supposed to have cilantro on them. She brought them out and told me it was all fixed. I didn't bother checking a second time to make sure my order was correct. I got home and they shorted me 2 of the no cilantro tacos. Giving 2 stars because the carnitas were good. The owner makes HOMEMADE tortillas. Not only are they homemade but she actually takes the dough ball, squishes it, and cooks it right there when you order it! The salsas also stood out as super flavorful. Not just your typical mediocre, passes as salsa, free salsa. Be careful with the red one though, that one has a serious kick to it!
