I just wanted to give a shoutout to this place. I always come here, but i've never been when it is SUPER busy. I ordered a cobb salad and a strawberry hibiscus lemonade. Even though it was really busy I still got my food fast. They all worked as a team to get orders moving fast and it was sooo great to see the teamwork. My wife and I just moved to Star, ID, from Southern California. Today, when we were nearby at Home Depot, my wife wanted some sweet tea from Chick-fil-A. It was over 100 degrees, so we opted for the drive thru. They were very efficient, with two lines, and workers outside with their tablets taking orders and payments. The petite young woman with glasses that helped us was extremely nice and professional. We asked for a couple glasses ow water, and she provided it a no charge. She took excellent care of us, and wished us a good day. Though the line was fairly long, they efficiently handled everyone and we were on our way surprisingly quickly. A great experience! read more

Have been to this location many many times usually the inside of the restaurant is jampacked as far as the decor inside of the Chick-fil-A. It's pretty basic to a normal I guess fast food chain facility. Now we usually go through the drive-through and that usually moves pretty fast, they usually never get our order wrong And the service is always friendly and genuine. The food itself usually taste fresh and the fries are crispy and they're not stingy with sauces like other places. The chicken is so tasty and juicy and flavorful. I would definitely recommend Chick-fil-A as a whole and especially this location. It's a fun, easy fast and delicious place to go. Hope this review helps! read more

Disappointed. I usually love this restaurant wherever the location, but this location was disappointing. Ordered grilled chicken chunks, 3 count chicken strips, and a diet tea/ sun joy lemonade along with a couple honey BBQ sauce and 4 Splenda. Received really small chicken strips, unsweet tea with no lemonade and no Splenda packets. I didn't know the problems until I was well down the road where I stopped to eat, so I could not ask them to fix it. Luckily, I had stevia in my van and could sweeten the drink. It was then I realized it was only tea and not really good. Kinda like old tea. Not impressed. Probably go to another location when I want Chic fil A. read more

Stopped by this location today 12/17/2024. I went through the drive thru, and I felt extremely rushed. I asked for a drink carrier, was pretty much thrown one, and as I was putting my drinks in the carrier, the young woman was pushing my food at me through my window. To top it off, the bottom of the cup exploded in my car, causing a huge sticky mess. I was given 2 napkins. They overfill there drinks and are extremely pushy. read more

I decided to give it another shot for my company lunch. I communicated that my co worker has a corn allergy and even double checked it again. Now for the second time it's gonna get thrown away and my co worker doesn't get to have lunch with the rest of us. I have never experienced such poor quality at a restaurant before, the people were extremely rude to me and the food was not edible. I was very ecstatic when I saw there was a Chick-fil-A we could stop at along the way, but my food was worse then something I would cook in an easy bake oven. Food was okay I guess, for fast food. Staff are bone heads though. Teenagers seem to be getting more dinghy then in the recent past. Reflection of their fascination with cell phones instead of human interaction and face to face communication. It seems to be difficult for the young staff to connect simple tasks that need to be completed. If this was the only option for food I'd suggest you stay home and open a can of soup. I suppose that's why the drive through is so busy. I wonder how many orders are wrong or incomplete when the customers get home? Instead of my pleasure it should be my condolences. The quality of their food has gone down. I haven't eaten here in several months but did not taste good. They seemed a little cold and this might be the first time I have ever felt like it took a long time to get through the drive through of a chic fil a. I'm sure it has to do with staffing shortages or something like that but the long wait time seemed to impact the warmth of our food. I was so busy with my cousin's wedding here in Nampa that I needed somewhere quick to eat in between planning. It's only a few miles from the wedding venue, so it was a very convenient location for me. I order the number 3 (chicken nuggets) meal, which includes their world famous waffle fries and a drink. This is one of their best items, in my opinion. Chick Fil A also has a lot of healthy options. Their salad and grilled chicken options are fresh and very tasty. I would highly suggest coming here, not only because of the clean staff and service-but because of the reasonable prices. An 8 count chicken nuggets meal is like 7.00! Maybe it's because I'm from Washington, but these are unbeatable prices. Will be coming back here on my next trip to Nampa. read more

I placed my order before the 10:30am ending time for breakfast. However by the time I got to the store they told me they wouldn't serve me what I ordered because it was a few minutes after they finished breakfast. I requested an exception and they wouldn't simply heat up a breakfast meal. I don't appreciate the lies they told about the food now being unsafe to serve... but the app saying they wouldn't start making my did until I arrived. That's not consistent. They just don't want to be understanding. Disappointing but possibly consistent with over-priced food. The manager also told me they were busy getting ready for the lunch rush. I have always LOVED Chick-fil-A and was beyond thrilled to see them come to Nampa. The original and spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites and pair it with some grilled nuggets and lemonade along with their Chick-fil-A sauce, Mmm mmm, so yummy. I'm a little disappointed to see this particular location get so many negative reviews. Personally, I don't share the experience many of the one star reviews allege. Quite honestly, I have experienced the exact opposite and I've been going to this location at least 3 times a month since they came to Nampa. Most recently, this store has gone through some major upgrade and construction to upsize their drive thru space and the construction has created limited parking/space but that sandwich and meal is so worth the lines. I always look forward to Chick-fil-A and WISH they would open on Sundays. Their customer service is top notch and I'll be honest, I say "thank you" a lot, just to tease and see how many times I can get the staff to reply with, "my pleasure." I love chick-fil-a- and eat at their restaurants often. I work near the Meridian location but live near the Nampa location. I have only received amazing service in Meridian. The Nampa location consistently makes errors in my order. I've learned to stop and go through the order before leaving the drive through. But I didn't this evening, made it home to find they missed part of the order. I had to drive all the way back, wait in line again. And they wanted to give me a free cookie. I don't usually review a fast food joint, I rarely eat at one, but this was a memorable experience, so here we go. It was a busy lunch hour, 1 pm, and there were two lines for ordering, something I have not experienced before at a fast food place. There were roving employees with iPad thingies, and my order was taken, and I gave my name. Then the lines went under a giant curving carport, and I was met by an employee who called me by name and took my cash and gave me change. The lines were moving steadily, and soon someone called my name and gave me my order, and I drove to the hospital parking lot across the street to have my meal, as I had an appointment coming up there. This was my first Chick-fil-A experience, and I ordered "the basic sandwich", as I described it to the order taker. And basic it was, a thin piece of breaded chicken, fried, on a bun with some pickles. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and hit the spot. I had also ordered a medium fries, and Chick-fil-A sauce. The fries were waffle cut, and they were not too greasy, nor were they limp, and it was easy to dip them into the containers (2) of sauce with the peel-away top. The sauce was a smokey honey mustard, which was a surprise. I assumed the sauce was for the fries, because I don't know how you would get the thick sauce out of the plastic container and apply it to a sandwich without making a mess or wasting it. I would think that honey mustard would be for chicken nuggets. So four stars because I got what I expected and I got it quickly even though it was busy. read more

Would give this place a 5 star but today was brutal. We ordered our order for 7 people at 6:10 pm and our food arrived at our dine in table at 6:57. We asked where our order was twice and the employees said they would look into it. Service was slow and the employees were not particularly friendly nor competent, which is unacceptable considering Chick-Fil-A above all else is known for their great customer service. Met a friend here this afternoon for lunch and to let our children play in the play area. When I arrived the dining area was mostly full of happy looking friends and families enjoying their meals. I felt like I had gone back in time. My order was taken by a friendly young man. Each time I went back to the counter for a refill the employees were helpful, friendly, and eager to serve. The staff behind the counter are always nice and polite. At a recent visit, the management staff was sitting in the middle of the dining area. They stared at the customers that came in and made it very uncomfortable. If you're going to have a management meeting during business hours, you should sit somewhere besides the very middle of the dining area and act all Mean Girl-ish when people walk in.
