The Second time around at this particular JIB was fantastic. The teamwork I witnessed was exceptional. The food was exactly what I ordered & made to perfection. (I recommend the sourdough Jack) Top 10 in my own burger list for sure . Rings were cooked very well & really complimented the burger. Service was spectacular & the lobby was SPOTLESS. the people who work drive thru literally act like they hate life and never get orders correct

I ordered what I thought would be a double cheeseburger and when I got my order my ...well I'm not going to call it a cheeseburger was damn near white it had no grill marks or pan marks from being fried. It was probably some frozen crap they nuked in a microwave. I went to the web and found out they don't use 100% beef. It's a nasty mixture of soy, grain meal and a little beef. The manager at the North May Avenue, Oklahoma City location is awful. What's worse is you cannot file a complaint. Jack in the Box needs to train their managers on customer service. I went to go into the dinning room, and Jack in the Box is not allowed to close their dinning room, even for Christmas. The manager decided he was going to violate this policy. When asked if he could put up a sign, the manager said, "Call and complain." Jack in the Box decided to ensure no one could call and complain, since they turned off their phones. read more

Unbelievable! This place was pitiful in all aspects of the word. This is the kind of service, attitude, and poor food that makes me want to avoid any fastfood chain. I know, I get it - what do you expect from a Jack in the Box? Lets start with not having to pull forward when there is nobody behind me in line. Next, I do expect that since I am waiting my food would be hot. I took my egg rolls back since they were cold inside and the next batch came out the same way! I'm not one to leave a negative review... the only reason I am now is because this feels personal. Ordered Uber Eats, the option was "ranch" or "extra ranch." I choose "extra ranch" thinking it meant sides. Granted, that's my fault. I shouldn't have assumed that. But there's just no way they thought I meant this much ranch. Like it's basically a bowl full of ranch with tiny tacos drenched underneath. At least I could use it as a dip for the other things I ordered. read more

Since the COVID19 situation all fast food restaurants I've visited have been very helpful to truck drivers who cannot enter the drive thrus however, I've visited this Jack in the Box on three separate occasions and every time they have refused service to me. No curbside pick up or anything, just refused service to me. I've been visiting this store for years but I'm done now, please let them know that should at least try to be helpful. read more

I just love the food here especially the new nacho tiny tacos, with its delicious cheesy flavor I could definitely taste it in every small bites I made. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The boy that took my order wouldn't let me order. He was irritated that I was even ordering at all. Then after giving up on ordering, I proceeded to make my way to the drive thru window to see the boy that took my order lean all the way out the drive thru window and scream at his friend all the way in the other parking lot and ignore his customer in front of him. When I made it to the window he proceeded to text on his phone with his back turned. I sat there for a few minutes and then tried getting his attention so I could pay for my food and be on my way. He continued to ignore me til I drove off. Thank God McDonald's is right down the road! I also called to speak to a manager... They don't have one. The fucked up part was i was watchIng them make the food and my burger was just sitting there for a good 10 minutes then I saw the tacos and waited another few minutes for the fries. It made no sense why there were orders lined up when there were only three people I the drive thru including me and three people inside. Wtf man pick up the speed.
