The staff at this location is the best I've found in the Tricities area. There are many locations I've been to in the area and beyond. I've been to every location. The one in Richland, the one just off of 395 in Kennewick, the location near the rd 68 Walmart in Pasco, but, none of them. None of them! Can compete against this location in the same building as the Circle K on Court St. in Pasco. They recognize me whether I'm there every Sunday, or even if I take a break from them for weeks, or even months. The staff there is awesome, they serve up a more consistent product from order to order than I've ever experienced in my sampling of Jack in the Box'es across the US. Ended up throwing the food out. Nothing was fresh. Well maybe my wife's pop. It is not looking like we will back.

These guys are always upbeat, even if you come through the drive thru at 3 am. 24 hours they are smiles like Fantasy Island! Love that. They used to talk over me in the drive thru in the middle of me ordering. I understand they are trained a certain way but I just can't stand being interrupted. That has pretty much gone by the wayside now. Like all Jack in the Box franchises, they have their value menu and their higher priced selections, but they have enough variety in each that I always like them. When I have gone inside it is always pretty clean, even the bathroom. This impresses me even more because they share space with a convenience store, and this location seems to be a gathering spot for the Pasco teen car club. Cleaning up after all those folks running in and out of the store must be a lot of work. But they keep up. This location is close to work, and they never slow me down when I have a limited time for my lunchbreak. They even get the no tomato thing right ALMOST every time. In my estimation these guys are probably one of the best JitB around, and one of the best fast food places in the Tri Cities. read more

Stopped by here for breakfast around 10:30am I ordered the Extreme sausage combo with a small coke to drink. Customer service seemed a little rushed, lady handling to food to me at the drive thru did not make eye contact nor was she a people person. Hope I'm not expecting too much from a fast food joint. Got to remind myself that they get paid a minimum wage. The sandwich was great as usual. Nice and warm. Quality of the sausage and egg was better than I was expecting after thinking I was going to receive less than stellar food. The hash brown was a different story, saturated in grease and had to be thrown away. Overall it was what I was expecting to receive for a meal that cost me $5.08! Horrible place. Still no indoor dining and when asked why they called the police on me. They do not display their business license, in violation of RCW458-02-200(8). The manager has repeatedly refused to explain anything. I strongly suggest you eat elsewhere. read more

I was roadtripping back to Portland, after drinking my healthy juices while traveling I wanted curly fries. I wanted them now. Got gas at same location and popped in for some fries. The younger guy was extremely prompt, smile, nice demeanor, and I ordered. I got in the car and then decided to hit up the powder room (that's fancy talk for I have to pee) before I headed back to the big open road. They smelled amazing and any guilt I had was gone. Dude. The staff? Great. The burgers? OK. The breakfast menu? Best fast-food breakfast. The shutdown every morning between0400 and 0530? Sucks. Keeps me from enjoying their product 90% of the time. I tried to order a shake at 9:28pm in the drive thru and was told their machine was "being cleaned" so no shakes. This might not be a big deal except this happens literally all the time at that location, and seemingly at different times of the evening. This frustrates me to no end and is tantamount to false advertising in my opinion. They don't announce when their machine is "being cleaned" as a customer, I find myself leery of even going there at night for an ice cream dessert for fear of this same response. I can tell you McDonald's has never once told me their machine was "being cleaned". Save yourself the headache in the evening and go to McDonald's. read more

All of the employees are great, except for the manager. She's rude and I've seen her handle food without gloves on. I get chicken sandwiches there pretty routinely, basically everyday and today I found a bone in my sandwich. This isn't common, but it has happened once or twice. read more

Prices went up 20% today no longer eating at Jack In The Box. I have been back occasionally. The quality of tacos is still sketchy. The store precooks tacos to serve quickly. They sometimes sell a dozen at a time. You lose, when precooked tacos are either handed to you long after they are cooked and are warm and soggy or on other occasions dipped back in the fryer to warm them up and hardened to shattter when handled. Either way, if you got those tacos at the recent 20% increase in price, is it worth it? read more
