The first meal we ate and for over 24 hours we have been sick having to cancel scheduled appointments and classes! I know there has been a change in management since the incident but I no longer have the receipt and everytime I try to call the corporate office it says that it is closed (during office hours). I am a huge breakfast person and I love that there's at least one fast food place that serves breakfast all day. I could honestly have breakfast all 3 meals. I had a supreme croissant combo which includes a hashbrown and a drink. I upgraded my drink for an additional charge to an orange juice because they have minute maid boxed juice. The drive through was pretty fast and food was great. The hashbrowns were a bit greasy for my taste, otherwise everything was nice and fresh. read more

Avoid this place like the plague or you might actually get it. Customer service? Think Walmart minus 50pts. Food quality? What quality, it's disgusting. The meat tastes like it's gone bad, and they can't follow order instructions at All. You will never get what you actually ordered. This is my favorite Jack-in-the-Box location so this visit was an extreme disappointment. When I entered the restaurant I went to the men's room and the trash bin was overflowing with dirty towels. The floor in the stall of the men's room was covered with toilet paper. There were no clean towels to dry my hands. I then went to place my order and the first thing I did was tell the clerk about the condition of the men's room. He thanked me (which was a good thing) and said yes they knew and we're going to get to it. While waiting for my order which took over 10 minutes I took pictures of several dirty tables plus the floor was dirty in front of the soda dispenser. My food tasted good as always but again as this was my favorite location it was a real disappointment. Jack, you let me down! read more

I was told after the fact, about this facility's reputation. Not the best. I ordered a Supreme croissant egg well done. My egg was running, the croissant was dry, bacon was so small, you barely tell it was bacon! I WILL NOT VISIT this facility again. The owner should be ashamed of his/herself. Our food was great I'm writing this review as this is the dirtiest Jack in the Box we have visited. There were no clean tables and no one to clean them. Outside there were homeless people three sitting to the right of the entrance with all their belongings. At the entrance and on the side of the building there were signs "no loitering" no was monitoring from the restaurant that there were homeless hanging outside on the property. A homeless lady ran into the ladies restroom and a team member standing at the sink just ignored the homeless person entering the restroom right behind her. Corporate needs to check this restaurant as it's not up to standards. read more

I do like this location a lot: it's close to home, their service is top notch, fast, & friendly, & the food is always good & fresh. I have never had bad service or an order gone wrong, which I have had at other locations unfortunately. The only sticky wicket is 50th Street gets congested, which makes trying to enter the property tricky at times. read more

First of all, my receipt says "Joana." I want to make clear it was a gentleman who helped me and it was the MANAGER! He was wearing formal attire dress shirt, short Hispanic male. I ordered 10 tacos, 1 Large curly fry and 1 medium regular fry. I then updated the order to make both fries Large. He understood as in 2 regular fries, no more curly fry. I never said that. Once I came up to the window and received my food, I looked inside and saw two regular large fries, no curly fries. He was rude when I brought it to his attention. He did not get my order correct and I was nice about it asking him to fix it at first. He did not fix it, rather he argued with me how he thinks I said the order wrong and continued to ARGUE with me for an additional 5 minutes. After the unprofessional arguing and lack of customer service- I demanded a refund and gave him his regular fry back. He could have just acknowledged the error, fixed it, charged me the difference, which I offered to do- but he did none of those things. He didn't give me a receipt until I asked for one, which was to do this survey. He refused to give me his name, which I did ask for. I asked him if he were the manager, he refused to answer that as well. He ignored me for the final 2 minutes as he processed my refund and no longer verbally responded as I repeatedly asked him what he was doing. Did not confirm he was refunding me until after he processed it and had the remainder of my food. Never gave me his name. He much rather give me a refund, than fix the order and sell the food. I love Jack in the box and I purchase it quite often. This has definitely made my decision to eat healthier and no longer come here a much lighter decision. the customer service from this gentleman was completely disgusting to me as I work in customer service myself. It was 7 in the morning, which I would consider too early in the morning o be in such an ugly mood. He needs coaching and he does not possess the customer service skills to manage a restaurant. I'll take a pass Jack in the box has been in the business of serving food for a very long time and their service is usually fast, friendly, accurate, and the food hot and fresh. However, on this visit that wasn't the case, actually the last several visits, have been less than favorable. On this particular visit the food was not fresh or hot. The burger patties at Jack in the Box aren't thick, however, the lettuce, tomato,onion, pickle, mustard, and bun usually makeup for it. However, this time I just wanted a hot fresh plain hamburger. What I received was a dried, burnt, piece of meat that looked like it was extremely old and NO amount of condiments would have made this food taste good. I'm not sure what was worse, trying to call the store and constantly getting a busy signal, the lack of customer service, or poorly executed food. If this is the first time I experienced poor service and food I would write it off. However, this is by far the first time, needless say, I will never come back to this Jack and the Box again. read more
