Why, why, why do I keep coming here? Is Mama your mama? This is by for the slowest Jack-in-the-Box ever. Time after time I come here thinking that's gonna be different. Today wasn't that day! There were only two of us in the drive-through the guy waiting to order and then Me right behind him. Since I've always had trouble here with speed, I decided to use the timer on my phone. The guy in front of me was waiting at the order menu board when I got there as soon as I got behind him, I started my timer. It took six minutes for him to place his order and then it was my turn. 3 1/2 minutes later, I put it in my order. When I finally pulled forward, it took another eight minutes for them to deliver my food out the window. Maybe this time I will learn and not stop here again. Things haven't changed! read more

It was so cold in this restaurant, that we both left our coats on. Now I know why no one else was there. We both had the Sourdough meal. Both arrived stone cold. Absolute terrible experience. They were out of an item and let me know I'd get something else. I accepted and received the food. Missing the drink I ordered and was given syrup for my fries instead of ranch (they were out of pancakes so no need for syrup). They gave me the missing items and I left. Only to see they forgot to give me the extra hash brown they said they would and sausage instead of bacon. When returning the food inside they looked at me and said I ordered the sausage, not bacon. Wrong. They then went to the back to comlpete the meal. All while speaking, in Spanish. I let the rudeness go and then looked at them and announced I spoke Spanish. Here's the thing about this location. They actually make their food well. However they are sooo painfully slow For lunch twice this last week I had a jr bacon cheeseburger. Once through the drive thru and once inside. Through the drive thru there was zero cars in front of me. I ordered a soda, burger, and fries. Was at the window (already paid just waiting) for 11 minutes. Which is forever in terms of fast food. But decided to go back. This time inside. This time I ordered a drink and the same burger. They took my order at 5:44 and finally called my number at 6:03. Two orders in front of me (1 meal and 2 meals). Basically the food is on the great side (for jack in the box standards) but even when it's not busy you just can't count on getting out of there in any acceptable amount of time in fast food standards. read more

While waiting for exam eating lunch at Jack in the Box food is good for fast food. Was made fresh but the only thing that was wrong is I said for here and they put it in a to go bag. The cashier was friendly and provided good service. Prices are good. Good parking if it doesn't get packed. The dining was cleaned and a associate emptied garbage and swept the floor while I was here. Overall good experience. read more

If there's a lot of service or delivery trucks and crappy pedestrian access, JITB wants to be there. The food is of course the same as every other of Jack's colonies. You may not dig it, but I do. For fast food, this particular Jack In The Box is pretty exceptional....better than most fast food places, and better than most "Jacks" I've been to. The menu is standard Jack, but the service is exceptionally friendly, fast, and efficient. The food is always fresh, and they always get my order right. Plus, they're cheap, even for a fast food joint. Gourmet food? Not at all, but if you need a quick, decent burger, this is a great place to visit on Airport Way. read more

The service was rude and the two burgers were gross. The bread was soggy and the lettuce gooey and wilted. The top bun was drenched in mayo and ketchup. Since this is fast food we didn't bother driving back to have it fixed and go through the hassle attempting to have it fixed. I understand this is fast food but it was pretty nasty. I used to get really good customer service here but as mentioned in many reviews it's pretty slow lately even when very few customers are in the drive threw and also inside. I went threw the drive threw and ordered two cheeseburgers and a grape summer float.the float is advertised as being grape Sprite but when I ordered it the worker kept saying what flavor do you want and I'd say grape and she would say no what flavor do you want.then she started saying so do you want fanta. I said I'll take whatever the grape brand is. I pull forward and pay not knowing the total because I wasn't told.pulled over to give my young kids burgers and there was only 1 and no receipt. This review has NOTHING to do with the food. This is about the customer service I received. At about 12:20 pm today, I was having a bad day and began to cry while on the phone in line at the drive thru. The wonderful young lady at the window saw and gave me some napkins to dry my tears, which I thought was so nice. As she gave me my food, she also handed me a coupon for a free meal. Sometimes its just the little things employees can do to show you care. Love the chicken club with the grilled chicken. Yum. We went there this morning and the staff was having a rough time because their cook didn't show up and the guy working the front counter was new. Despite this, they did a great job and didn't make up excuses, just explained what happened and kept on smiliing. Really friendly staff and great food it's my favorite in the area I recommend the teriyaki bowl it's the best deal for $5 around!!!!
