Visited Jersey Mike's to get a sub. The restaurant was clean. I placed my order online for in-store pickup. I arrived at the store and it did not appear that my order was ready. There were two other people in the restaurant. One was having a sub made for him and the other was waiting on a large order. My order pickup time passed and I hadn't received my order. A few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, my order was handed to me. It appears that it had been sitting in the back but the employees were too busy to hand it to me. First time I've ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's, although everyone else in my family apparently has been here before, on multiple occasions. How was I left out of the loop for so long? This location is close to home, and makes for a quick dinner stop. The manager here, whose name I didn't catch, is extremely friendly and personable, and made the entire experience pleasant. She helped guide me through the menu and made a few suggestions as well. I ended up ordering the Big Kahuna cheesesteak sans mushrooms, my wife had an Italian with jalapenos, and the kids ordered a tuna and turkey & provolone. The cheesesteak was surprisingly solid; my only improvement would be to add some steak sauce, which I could have remedied at home, if we'd taken our order to go. I had a bite of my wife's Italian, and I'd give it two big thumbs up, based on the oil & vinegar combo alone! Everything about it tasted crisp and fresh. I can't comment on the kids' sandwiches, but there were no complaints, and nothing left behind, so I'm thinking they went over well. In short, quality sandwiches and excellent service. The only downside would be the price, as our order came to $45, which seems pretty steep for two medium and three small sandwiches, with no sides or add-ons, but I guess that's the price you pay for quality, reasonably "healthy" fast food. read more

So I decided to order a celebratory meal for my mother and I. Yeah we don't need anything special and we love a good sandwich. I have the application so it makes it easier to order, as the location close to us is pretty busy. I placed an order to go with 2 sandwiches and mom wanted a bag of chips. The order was placed around 4 pm in hopes it wouldn't take forever as we eat early. 45 minute wait was the estimated time (3 miles away) . The food took well over a hour and the delivery kid was very pleasant. Excited I didn't have to cook, opened the taped shut bag to see 1 sandwich and 1 chip. The receipt said 2 and chips, so I ordered right. I called and was told I needed to call the delivery company ( DoorDash) because they were the ones who picked up the order. I asked why, when it was them who didn't add the correct sandwich's and they said it falls on the delivery company. I asked if I can get a replacement as we waited well over a hour and they said sure if you want to come pick it up but I would need to reorder and wait for the estimated time for pick up ‍ so you mean I have to wait another hour. Nope not happening for their mess up. The sandwich happened to be mine, so as I cut off a small portion, took a bite into the driest sandwich. They didn't put sauce ‍ so not only did you mess up the order you messed up making it correct ( I didn't ask for anything special, just made mikes way). This was our 2nd time ever eating at this company and we will never be going back. read more

WOW! A family member recommended Jersey Mike's, as it's their favorite sub shop. So, I thought I would try it out. I order the 'Califonia Club Sub', and was not disappointed. It was so good!!! I feel confident in my review of five stars, even though this was my first order. You guys take care of my family. If their happy, I'm happy. I have no complaints, and no reason otherwise to downgrade this review. Everything on the sub was fantastic, and up to my standards. From the sauce, to the crispy bacon. It was all yum yum. Me and family will be coming here often. Jersey Mike's is now our whole families favorite sub shop. I did not interact with the staff as we ordered for pick up due to COVID, but the staff sounded really friendly, and were engaging with others who were in line. Really good vibes! WORST JERSEY MIKES EVER. I love this chain and this location is beyond awful. I don't think the service could be any slower if they tried. I waited 20 minutes for one sandwich due to an online order. The online order was 3 sandwiches. The guy stood there for 20 minutes making 3 sandwiches while another guy stood there staring out the window. The place is also always freezing. Feels like they're running the ac in the dead of winter. Then as I was leaving some lady came in to pick up an order she had placed online, and they couldn't even find the order. Well, I'm disappointed to say this will most likely be my last visit. I ordered lunch for my team at work through the Jersey Mikes online order system, and received the complete opposite service and food quality than I have in previous experiences in person. There was literally no meat in any of the cold subs (see picture) to speak of.
