The food was absolutely AMAZING. Truly, Raising Cane's never disappoints when it comes to the chicken, fries, and sauce. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. If I were rating this location strictly on the food, it would easily be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different experience. We asked a worker for three straws for our drinks, and instead of simply grabbing us some, she very rudely snapped at us and told us that there were already straws in our bag. Respectfully... we would not be asking for straws if there were straws in our bag. But we double-checked because maybe we had somehow missed them. Nope. No straws. Not one. So we went back and explained that there genuinely weren't any in the bag. At that point, we apparently had to wait until she decided she was ready to provide us with the incredibly difficult and apparently highly valuable item known as... a straw. And when she finally did, she gave us FOUR straws. Four. We asked for three. I'm not sure if the fourth straw was a peace offering, a warning, or part of the ongoing psychological warfare, but we appreciated the generosity. The interaction ended with what can only be described as a full-on stare-off. At this point, I wasn't sure if I was at Raising Cane's or accidentally competing in a Western showdown. I want to be clear that Raising Cane's itself is an AMAZING restaurant, and the food was genuinely excellent. But customer service matters too. One employee's attitude can completely change the experience for customers, and unfortunately, this interaction left a really bad impression. I don't expect anyone to roll out a red carpet because I asked for three straws. I simply expect basic courtesy and someone to hand me a straw when I ask for one--especially after confirming that there aren't any in the bag. Raising Cane's deserves better than this kind of customer service, and honestly, this employee is not representing the restaurant well. Hopefully management can address the situation, because the food deserves 5 stars... the straw situation, however, deserves its own documentary. read more

Delicious fries and the sauce is simply fabulous just like I remember when I was little! The fries were crisped to perfection and I got them with no salt and they were heavenly! I had another great experience at Raising Cane's. I am always impressed with their service. They move the order line along really well, and your food is always ready in a short time. This is probably like my fourth time coming to a Raising Cane's. I do admit when they first open they were pretty good. After the 3rd or 4th time, the batter off the chicken started falling off really quick off tenders started falling off, the flavor just wasn't there. Located in the old Sweet tomatoes building and I believe they took out a chunk for outside seating- super smart (but then what happens when it becomes cold?). They have a drive thru with 2 lanes to get orders started. I went inside and it's very lively, and love the decor. Very clean and lots of tables to choose from. The chicken is good if you get it fresh. I got two baskets and the one had really cirsoy chicken. But the other basket was a oily and not as crispy. My guess is that they were slammed and the frying oil wasn't hot enough so the chicken didn't crisp up in the allotted cook time and absorbed more oil. The sauce was fantastic. Might be my new favorite dipping sauce. The servers were all really friendly and helpful. One saw that I failed to get myself a fork for the coleslaw and went inside to get me one. I arrived around 11:30am, so I was fully prepared for a lunch rush to begin but I was surprised to find that there were a couple parking spots left! Wooo! I got 2 combo boxes (one was from a yelp event). I'll put into parts my thoughts on each phase I went through today below. Parking- A little hectic. I came at a time where there were still a handful of spots left, but moments after I parked it got super crowded and people were having a hard time passing each other, and getting in and out of spots, and getting to the drive through. I can see going through the drive through being much easier than parking and going in (so if you don't mind not seeing the inside, I'd drive through ) Inside- Super clean and bright (I know it's new, but so many people come through everyday that I'm sure it's still quite a bit of work keeping it so clean!) Service- Upon entering, a gentleman greeted me with a very happy attitude. He guided me to where the line was and which was helpful because there were some people waiting for their food but it looked like they were in line too. The person who took my order was helpful, and very professional too. When I got my order, I asked if the canes sauce was inside (I have been told you NEED the canes sauce, so I had to make sure it was in there) the girl who was giving out the ready orders said yes, and asked if I wanted to try the hot sauce too (I have never been to a canes until today, so I wanted to full send it since I was trying it) she said to mix the hot sauce into the canes sauce, and I must say... Great recommendation! Soooo tasty. (If you haven't done this, I recommend!) Quickness- It was decently busy inside, and from ordering I think my food came out within 5min at most. Food- Chicken was crispy and battered well! The fries were a little soggy when I checked them in the car (which is fine! I went home to eat, so I popped them into the air fryer for a couple min, and they were perfect!) the fries were not seasoned, which I actually liked a lot. This is because the chicken and toast were already salty, so it was a nice change to have plain fries that I could dip into my hot sauce/candied sauce mixture! The toast was soft and air like (legit can't go wrong here). The coleslaw was tasty! (I love coleslaw!) For my drink I got an unsweetened iced tea (I'm so sorry, I cannot do sweet tea ). It was good, standard ice tea! I will say that they have the little tiny snow ball ice chunks (like chick fil a) and I loveeeeee those little ice chunks hahaha Overall great experience. The reason I am giving 4 stars is for the fries being a little soft/soggy. They were pumping out food, so I am not upset about it at all. We've been craving Cane's for a while (my kids grew up eating it). We haven't had any in years. We got in the drive through line and waited 40 minutes to place our order (yes, I actually timed it). Cane's is decent, and this location being quite new, does it well. The tenders on their own are decidedly flavorless, but I think it's at least better than if they were unbearably salty. The sauce is good, and I always use a lot. Everything else is just bang on average. You could get these crinkle-cut fries by the pound at any Walmart and still air-fry them at home better. This place was definitely unique. They have a very tiny menu. The crust on the chicken was perfect, but I feel like it had less flavor than I'm used to the staff was excellent.
