Went here for the curly fries and and Oreo shake, which I know to be amazing. It was completely empty (fantastic) and the cashier barely talked (even more fantastic.) I decided to try the "tacos" and they were the worst tacos I have ever had in my life. Soggy, tasted like dog food. But somehow exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 However, realistically, it was quite terrible and I don't know how it stays in business save for the curly fries. When I pulled up to the location there was no one working the drive through and so I drove off and when I pulled out to the exit I saw the workers asleep on a table during business hours. I had not been to this location in a while so my son and I decided to get some food. I went through the drive through last week and an employee came on saying she was "not taking orders because [she was] alone and [could not] do everything by [herself]". I understood it is not her fault, a lot of places are struggling with short staff. Last night we tried again; ordered our food and went on to pay in the window. After I paid with my card and got it back with my receipt, we sat in the car just waiting for our food, so long that the employee herself came back to the window and said "oh shit" and returned to grab our order to give to us. My son ordered tacos and I ordered what I thought was supposed to be a teriyaki bowl. What I got was chicken drowning in teriyaki sauce over uncooked rice with a finger nail size portion of broccoli. (As shown in the picture) I honestly was too hungry to head back out to the restaurant to show them what was given to me so, so I ate a portion of it and tossed the rest because my stomach was starting to turn. Their customer service skills are not the best. The last few times that I have came, the person on the microphone taking my order could not really hear me and just sounded very rude and rushed when I was trying to order. Seeing all the bad reviews prior to coming here was a shocker because I just left the place with fabulous service, I placed an online order and was informed 1 item isn't available when picking up. I was able to get a different item in replacement, she even threw in some fries for the inconvenience not only that, the employees all used ma'am and sir when communicating with you. DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE!!!!!! I HAVE to give it star because I can't give it no stars. I have been there so many times for so many years and kept giving the so many chances because they are always messing up but the last few times we went (a lot of time between visits), I said that was it. He placed the order, let them know we were on the way around 7:13 and waited in the drive thru to pick it up and all for them to tell us that we had to wait because the bacon was taking awhile to cook. Another worker came and told us that we had to wait because the eggs were taking awhile to cook, I mean really, make up you mind. This is happening while another worker that looks like a manager was out in the front pacing on the phone. No masks, no covid precautions at all, SUPER SCARY! Get home and the food isn't warm, there's hardly any eggs or bacon on the sandwiches, you know, the two things we were supposed to wait on!!! Love jack in the box but this is the sorry-est location ive ever been to. 4 of us fresh off a 16 hour shift wait an hour+ to get our food only to listen to crew members shout recipes across the restaurant off the register, and then completely fail to follow any of said instructions. This location always messes up my order. I ordered a sourdough jack and they put the burger on sourdough bread but didn't even toast the bread like they are supposed too. This use to be a great place to grab a quick bite. Not so much anymore. Be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time (45 minutes with cars ahead and behind me) in line regardless of what you order. Also, why is it so difficult to put the whole order that I paid for in the bag? Maybe if management trained the new employees how to do their jobs properly (how multi task and not socialize when you have people waiting) and communicate with the customers in a professional manner the service would not be where it is now. Please don't use Covid as an excuse, being short handed or not able to get product in. This started well before that and it's not effecting Chick-Fil-A when it comes to quality and customer service! Terrible service from the drive thru, had a similar experience before at this location. They need to get a better manager and staff. The only reason this location stays open is because it is the only one in the area. Six cars waiting for their orders from the drive thru. It took also 15 minutes to get the order and once we got it home some of the food was over cooked and they gave us chicken when we ordered egg rolls. I walked in trying to pick up a delivery order, I was completely ignored, not even looked at. I stood at the counter for 2 min before the lady in the back acknowledged me saying your here for the delivery order. I said yes. I then took a seat to wait for the order. The lobby was empty except for one other employee off the clock who was making death threats loud and openly in the lobby in direct earshot of me. He said he was going to kill me, and that there was a problem because their was no blood on the ground. He got up and was pacing around the lobby with his fist balled up. He then said he dared me to take the order, and see what happens. I was not going to stay around and find out, I didn't say 2 words to him or anyone else. This is a safety concern at this restaurant and the people behind the counter appeared to be on drugs. It was sad and I couldn't believe these types of conditions were allowed to persist.
