This is the worst JIB. Midnight, 9-21-20, van full of family waiting since it won't fit in the drive through so my daughters go through with her car, to order and while she is deciding what to order the guy stated "Are you going to keep wasting my time? I'm the only one working right now". Really! Needless to say this location didn't get our $$ and will not anymore! Where do you find these people. If management can't schedule properly and this guy had help maybe he wouldn't have reacted that way. Still not an excuse to chase away customers. read more

One of the worst jack in the boxes I've been too. I usually go late at night and order only fried foods. You can tell that their oil is old and unfiltered. The tacos are usually brown from the nasty oil. There have been any times when I've been there and their computers are down or they are out of sauces. The employees almost always mess up the order. For instance today I ordered a monster nacho taco, I got home and it were normal tacos covered in nasty old oil. read more

Absolute slowest drive thru line. Sat for 15 minutes for one car to get its order. Total wait time from speaker to window over 25 minutes.

We came in and the lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. She had a great smile. The food was good and we will be back.

I have been there many of times with with both great and bad experiences. Today was a bad one first off the cashier was short on change and the floor was sticky. The area where you serve yourself your drink there was a puddle of what looked like water and a couple of tables were not cleared off I would had overlooked some of those things but it was not even that busy yet. Will never eat inside again if I ever go back to that. There is a problem with that place keeping workers. read more

Update: 9/19/2017 I would like to update that over the last month and a half I have noticed some major improvements. The wait times have been shortened. If your order takes longer they will have you drive to the other side and will walk out your food. My food is always hot. Those working the drive thru are pleasant. I have not seen the lady who I mentioned in the previous review any more since that day... Maybe she was just filling in or is no longer there. At any rate, I appreciate the improvements. Ok I'm going to get straight to the point. This location when I arrived in the drive thru on a Wednesday around 2 pm with only 2 cars ahead i me. Why are we in this drive thru for 20 min?!?! I couldn't even back out the line cause another vehicle pulled up behind me. What happened to telling the one up front to pull up and someone will bring your order out? Whatever happened to real customer service where they offer you a freaking drink for your wait??? I ordered 1 small order of chicken nuggets and sat in a drive thru that took 20 min. The employee at the window non chalantly says "oh sorry for the wait". Girl it's 100 degrees and that's all you got and it wasn't even sincere. Totally unacceptable! read more

So I walked over to this location from my neighborhood nearby. The sign said the dining room was open from 6am-midnight. It was 6:15 pm. So i go to enter the dining room and all of the doors are locked. However, people are inside eating they see me trying to open the doors so they try to open it. To our surprise they are locked in! So we are all confused. The manager comes to let me know the dining room is closed due to severe flooding and to use my car in the drive-through. I tell her i do not have a car and walked over here. Does she want me to walk through the drive though? She says no and quickly ushers me in to order and tells me to leave directly after... what a odd experience locking people inside the dining room. The food is always cold at this location. I live in Greatwood and would avoid this jack in the box if I'm not absolutely starving. My husband also avoid this place but it's because of the rude service. He said he can take the cold food, but can't stand placing a order with rude folks. read more

SO disappointing. Every so often, I will crave Jack in the Box. It will be a long time after getting food from this location. So long that I forget it's always disappointing until I eat it again. My sour dough jack wasn't even grilled/toasted on the outside like it should be. Straight up tasted and looked like sandwich bread out of the bag. The potato wedges were 1 clump of fried potatoes stuck together with a blob of cheese on top. The 2 tacos come in 1 bag now (not sure how long that's been), and I'm not sure when they changed them, but the shells were HUGE compared to normal, so you just have this thick layer of empty shell on the outside. The only thing that didn't suck were the curly fries and soda. That's just sad! I wouldn't even eat this meal for free, honestly. Totally not worth the measly $13 I spent. I'll have to remember to not eat jack in the box next time I crave it - or at least definitely NOT at this location! Save your time and money and go to one of the MANY other fast food places around here because you'll just be out money and disappointed/still hungry from not wanting to eat your food. read more

Sat at the speaker board literally for 10 minutes to place an order. The young lady was not rude but had zero personality what so ever. Total order time was literally 27 minutes. Management/ownership has a lot of work to do here. Won't return. read more

I stopped here this afternoon and got myself the sirloin cheeseburger sandwich only. The woman verified that I wanted just the sandwich. She punched in the order and asked me to verify the total on the display. I did and then drove up to the pick up window. I took my order, got home and ate the burger. Next time I may ask for no pickles, which I found to be a bit too salty for my liking. Other than that a good burger at JITB. It was conveniently on the way home from Bryan Beach where we had a long enjoyable morning with our dog Bear. read more

If I could write this lower than one star I would. For starters it says both online and at the store that they are open 24 hours. When we pulled up to place our order the lady (later to be identified as Da'Shay) came on the mic and and with a horrible attitude said We're closed! First of all... what?!?!? And secondly when has Jack in the Box ever not been 24 hours?!?! I called to try and see what the deal was the lady not only was extremely rude and hung up on me not once not twice but 3 times. THEN to top it off my husband called about 20 minutes later and the lady answered again and said they were open but she only knew how to make "da fry stuff but none dem burgers.". This service is so ghetto I don't know how long I waited for drinks... DRINKS. With there crusty service I could literally see dust in the fries. The chocolate shake is fake as fake as my moms weave at the dollar store. Tell me why the cashier isn't happy she looks dead with a side of crust all over those fake make up she stores on her cheeks. She rolled her eyes as I ask for a water cup and I can find crunchy pieces of her weave in the cup. As she rolled her eyes her lashes got stuck in her unibrow . I used to love going here but it's been a while and tonight I was very diasppointed. Went through the drive thru and the person mumbled everything, got to the window and paid and waited about 20 minutes. The only thing I like about Jack-in-the-Box... their vanilla milkshakes, but it's funny how at this location, but I find it suspicious that their shake machine is only broken at night. This is not based on just one or two occasions, but every single time I have gone there past 10 except for once, they have claimed their machine to be down. It has worked fine during the day so I wonder if employee laziness has anything to do with it. read more

Their service is horrible. I went through the drive through and waited 35 minutes for 4 tacos. They were not fresh at all. I saw workers going through bags because they mixed up the orders. They need new workers. The management may need to be changed as well. Re-training is in order. read more
