The customer service was an absolute zero. I placed a mobile order. There were three cars in front of me when I got into the drive through line. It took 25 minutes for them to get through all of the cars in front of me. It took them 3 minutes to (when prompted) to answer the microphone in the drive through. I had ordered a large drink in my app and got handed a small drink. I didn't get offered any sort of compensation for the up-charge issue. My food also looks terrible. So disappointed:/ read more

Went door dashing a while ago and we accepted an order to jack in the box when we arrived they said our order had been picked up. We called the customer to see if it got double dashed . It didn't as we said we were going to pay for it and get our refund through DoorDash a worker keeper say no no no not understanding that we're paying for it not asking for it to be free. They told us to pull up and wait for the food which took 30 mins which is crazy for a fast food place. Then a worker comes out yelling saying how it's our fault that they gave the food to the wrong person and how the managers are going to get mad cause they're short on inventory and that we should have just left??? How is that our fault that yall didn't check right? I feel they didn't handle this right and would advise not to order door dash here read more

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Jack in the Box drive-thru recently. The service was abysmally slow, with a long wait time that seemed never-ending. To show corporate that they don't have slow service they make you wait to take your order. The staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional, making the whole ordeal frustrating. Terrible. Staff definitely doesn't want to be there, and it shows for sure. Drama, people arguing in the kitchen, which makes the service really slow. There's a guy that's made pretty racist comments. Not even worthy of 1 star. Managers don't care about there employees. Every time I go here there is always a problem with customer service and staff with attitude problems. When I received my food it was cold like it had been sitting on the counter for awhile. I constantly here yelling about non work things. Don't feel comfortable even goin inside. Major issue with managers in position I see there not worried about the employees or customers . i was at the mcdonald's drive thru off rosenberg (36and 59) i was grabbing my kids some nuggets but my wife wanted to jack in the box tacos, so after leaving mcdonald's drive thru i was gona run and get my wife her tacos. after sitting on line for a while i finally go over next door to jack in the box, there was no line i figured i be out in and out. i see the guy running the drive thru outside taking a break. he sees me pull up and i hear him complain since i cut his brake short. he tells me his just taking a short brake because they had gotten hit hard. so by now im irritated, anoyed and tired because not only had i been waiting in line at mcdonald's waiting for my kids food but also i had been awake since 6:30 and had been at work all day. the last thing i needed was someone to tell me theyre tired and need a break while im trying to get something fast to eat, specially after sitting on that long as line and him to tell me they had gotten hit hard when the entire time i dint see no cars pull up, even the parking lot was empty. i wont ever go to this jack in the box again. if they gona keep employees like this working there they might as well close it down. read more

I said i would never come here again once but lo-n-behold here I am. I had complained there was no ice, sodas, Mexican music blasted out out and staff on their phones texting. Today was a different story thought. Staff was friendly, nice easy low key music, the cashier (ms kennedy ) was awesome and the food itself was not messy and well put together however !!!!!!! The line too verryyyy long for a car in front of me only got two things because they gave me his receipt too.. I ordered the curly fries with cheese , and the guy thought I ordered tiny tacos ... I did get the curly fries but they weren't even the right ones, they gave me the ones with jalapeños.. this place is always so slow when we go .. they never ask If we want sauce or anything. The last time we went inside to eat there was only 2-3 options of drinks to choose from because apparently no one knows how to restock the drink bags I'm guessing.. read more

I love Jack in the Box, from the Ultimate cheeseburger to the tacos...but I have had rude service from time to time. USUALLY it is all good and they are very very nice. I chalk it up to a bad day and always return. I have gotten a bad drink once in awhile when the mix is off on the soda machine or the tea is awful but, the tacos are addictive and I always come back. read more

The service was horrible, I asked for a large curly fry and asked them can you make sure the container is full. The lady showed me but at a tilted angle so I thought not was full got home, and saw container was barely half full. It was none inside the bag. read more

You can go to this location any where from 1:30 am to 5:30 am and the guy working the window will usually say the computer is updating and he can't sell anything. Now I understand they go through updates but to go every other day various times of night and then to always use the same excuse that the computer is updating just seems ridiculous to me. It can be 2am 3am 4am and regardless the computer will be updating and the guy working the window will say he can't sell anything. Maybe management should check into their nightly sales and see that even tho the location is open 24 hours they probably don't make a single sale from 1am to 6 am. Couple times he said it will take 10 minutes and I come back maybe 20 or 39 minutes later and they will still be updating and it will take another 10-20 minutes. But to be honest I can guarantee that whoever is working that shift just chills and collects a paycheck off absolutely 0 work. They probably sit in the back all night telling people they are updating computers instead they should just say they are closed. read more

This was one of the worst fast food restaurants that we have ever visited. If someone isn't sick from being there soon, I would be surprised. There was a swarm of flies hovering over the full trashcan, food on the floors and tables, the food tasted stale, and the tea tasted burnt. On top of that, the servers were extremely rude, as if we were a huge inconvienence. We had to wait for our order to be taken until the front cashier got off the phone. Horrible experience. read more
