It's my 3rd time getting food from this Jack in The Box and the food is always warm to cold. The chicken is always cold,hard and dry. Fries are warm to cold as well. I got a shake and it was WARM?... Ordered a Grande Sausage Burrito, received a Meat Lovers (not my favorite). Asked for no cheese-sauce (because they put too much and it's gross), was told they'd put shredded cheese on it but it had no cheese at all. Pretty boring. At least they got the OJ right.... I've been going to this Jack in the Box for years. Today when I ordered my usual regular (medium) box combo the lady at the counter argued with me for over 5 minutes trying to give me the smallest size drink they had DESPITE ordering the medium. I don't know what crack she was smoking or who taught her how to be a manager, but a mini size is not a medium, especially when there are 3 drink sizes larger than that. Her behavior was rude and the service was terrible. The restaurant had dirty tables and floors, everything looked and felt covered in grease. I'm done with this place. read more

I ordered through Uber Eats and kept seeing my driver change. Come to find out they didn't even have my food started/ready. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since the last time I ordered from there they messed up my whole order. I highly do not recommend eating/ordering from here. I got a 5 piece chicken tender combo, large curly fry, and drink. also an order of Tiny Tacos. The customer service is usually spot on. The food is always good and fresh tasting. Where I have the issue is that they close when they want and say they're short staffed. As I see from past posts on here that this has been going on for over a year. I don't buy it. It shows online they are open 24/7 and to not be is very off putting. I am a doordash driver and I went to pick up my customers order and when I arrived and talked to the lady she said it's already gone. I contacted the customer and told him about the situation and then headed back in the jack in the box and showed her proof that I was the one that was supposed to get that order and she refused to remake it she said "I already made it not making it again" having to cancel the order and leaving my customers unsatisfied. horrible service. read more

Mini tacos with three dipping sauces have been advertised everywhere so we called this location to make sure they had them. They said they did so we drove all the way out there for two orders and all the way home. They never mentioned they were out of the dipping sauces it comes with which is the whole point. When I called to speak with a manager she stated that they knew they were out and that I didn't ask if they had all the sauces only if they had the tacos. When I asked for a refund since it was not what we wanted or expected, she said I can "bring those tacos up here lady if you want a refund". Horrible customer service, won't be back! read more

This is by far the worst Jack In The Box I've ever gone to. Every morning we go through the drive thru for breakfast. We order the same thing: egg & bacon croissant. Simple huh? Wrong! I like Jack In the Box food but everytime I go here they screw something up on my order ... it doesnt matter if I go inside or do the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken sandwich from this location on my way home. I explicitly asked for no tomatoes as I am allergic. I made the importance of this very clear. I'm used to doing this. I was in a rush, so I didn't check it after I ordered it. I bit into it while I was driving and I knew I had to pull over when I felt the tingle on my lips. Luckily, it was mild, and I only had a bit of a tight chest, but I thought it necessary to call them anyway, so that maybe they would be more careful next time. I did after all have a $4 sandwich that was worthless, and I was still very hungry. At this point I would have given them a 3 star rating, but when they finally picked up after I called the third time, I asked for a manager, and was told that there was none on duty. This didn't surprise me, so I asked for anyone in charge. The person put the phone down, and I could clearly hear the conversation on the other end. Ambiguous Employee: Mark! Phone! Mark: You answered the phone?! Ambiguous Employee: Yeah, it was ringing off the hook. Mark: You never answer the phone this late. Ambiguous Employee: What? Why? Mark: Because we don't have time for it. They're probably just calling to *expletive* at us anyway. At this point, the receiver was picked up, and I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes.
