Damn if I'm beginning to like this place. They've been on a winning streak..the food has been very good my last 3-4 visits. They are a little slow in the drive-up ( I never use the lobby of fast food places) and they usually only take cards because it's in a high crime area (robberies), but regardless the food is good enough to put up with any inconvenience. Always out of tacos. Took forever just to even two tacos and a shake . The past few times we did go late at night but the fries are literally old and you can tell. It tasted like they just threw them back in the fryer to get them hot again instead of making fresh ones. At that time of night fries should definitely be cooked to order if there isn't a lot of drive thru activity. That's just being lazy, jack in the box prices are NOT cheap anymore in general . For the price of one meal I could at least get fresh fries and not greasy tacos. If we are paying up the ass for fast food at least make the quality better or hire a whole new crew if they can't do simple things in customer service job.. Whoa this place is awful now. A 30 minute wait is routine. I feel hypocritical as i decided to make this post after about 20 mins now that im at the drive-thru. Last time the guy was too dim to notice i gave him a coupon. 1. Stop hiring kids with no work ethic 2. Always have an active manager on duty to assist in refunds when these kids can't read a coupon you hand them before waiting 20 mins for a failed refund attempt and cold food. read more

I'm not sure of the managers name that was working day shift at 1:44pm on 11-14-25 but she is a African American woman ,very slim and has a terrible attitude. I stopped by here for a quick breakfast on the way to Maris Farm. Avoid this location and go to McDonalds nearby. Drive through only had 3 cars and I was in line for 15min. It's filthy outside and inside the store. The boba in the Iced boba coffee was stale and they forgot my sister's drink. I had to drive back and have my sister get her drink. I come here after late night shifts when I'm too tired to cook or there's not much open after midnight. I've been to this location a few times and have passed by it plenty. Club Jack is always popping. There's always a line for the drive through, but steadily moves. The exterior isn't so pleasing to the eye. It could use some remodeling, a nice scrub, and new paint for sure. The area is well lit at night too. Service there is about average. Only once did they forget my tacos that i ordered. Luckily the drive thru line died down and i circled back to get them hehe. Nothing too spectacular for fast food. I would vote this place a negative -4 if this option was available. Yesterday, I waited for over 20 minutes in the line for drive-thru, after which I gave up and parked the car to order inside the restaurant instead. Only one person working both the drive-thru window and inside counter. With a witch of a boss barking like a rabid dog at her fellow employees. If my blood sugar level wasn't so low, I would have left the place. But I didn't have that option. I used a coupon for my order, which nobody seemed to know how to enter it into the cash register, except the witch boss. I asked if I could have extra pickles on my sandwich, only for the witch boss yelling from the back of the grill area, that I was not allowed any extra pickles on my sandwich, because I used a coupon. And that that was Jack-in-the-Box's policy. Like the corporation is going to go bankrupt by giving me 2 or 3 pickle slices. I waited an additiinal 30 minutes to get my food, which was thrown together and barely edibile. So, I spent a little over an hour to get "fast food". Next time, I'd rather die than ever go to this restaurant. When you have diabetis, you need something quick and fast, not waiting for over an hour for disgusting, barely edible food. I came to get breakfast on the 4th of July. Ordered a burrito with no meat and the put meat in it. Drove back through the drive through and they made me a second one. Looked at it and it still had meat on it. The made a third one and when I look at it the sauce and cheese sauce was all over the out side of it. This location sucks, I was in the drive thru and was ready to order but the lady must have been deaf of something because she could not hear. I had to repeat myself like 6-8 times. She couldn't even hear what I was ordering and kept getting it wrong. I was going to wait and tell her my order at window with all the information being wrong and she said that I could not change it bc it was already done‍. There isn't a Jack-in-the-Box Locally in Salt Lake Utah so anytime we are in St. George or out of state we always go to Jack-in-the-Box. We love the tacos. This location has great tacos and the ultimate cheeseburger never disappoints. Or absolute favorite is the curly fries and the Oreo shakes. read more

I've been through this Jack in a box multiple times around 2am, different days of the week , etc. Every single time i pull through the drive through, they either put a cone blocking the drive thru, or they say, sorry, we're updating our systems, or, we're all on our lunch break. I've talked with other Tacoma residents, and they too have had the same experiences. There aren't many options for late night food, and Jack in the box is losing serious money because of their terrible employees who are doing drugs and hanging out with their friends instead of doing their job.
