Not recommended for dine in, probably ok for to go. Oh also, restroom is locked. So a as customer you need to request them to unlock the dock to use it. TERRIBLE! Went through the Drive Thru on a very busy Saturday night and they never even acknowledged me to take my order, after a few attempts to reach them over the order menu microphone, I proceeded to the main window to order in person. I was greeted by a very stressed out crew member (who I won't name) who told me that because I never ordered anything, that I have to go back in line and place my order, I couldn't make my order at her window. First off, the person taking your order from the drive through, very rude and cocky. 2nd get to the window asked how many sauces comes with mozzarella stixs, response from a smart a** manager said 1, so, I ordered a 6pc and said a 4pc comes with 1 why not 2 sauces for the 6pc, manager response it says on the board 1 sauce with an attitude. I think is ridiculous that you only get 1 sauce for a 6pc. Always trying to make people pay more for less service. First off.. no acknowledgement. Second, my 3 year old needed to use the restroom and they denied us. Although my husband was still in the drive Thru they still told me that I needed to buy something from inside the store. I tried to tell them that we are still in the line and instead of listening she continued to cut me off to tell me I needed to buy something. No complaints. Just average fast food. We get what we order, it tastes okay. [FOOD] Was actually surprised how good the Steak Teriyaki Bowl (available for a limited time) was especially coming from a fast food place. Personally I liked the sauce and thought it went well. Heck the steak being edible is a plus anything else like being tasty is just extra. Once again, this Jack's surprised me. After asking a question about why they couldn't find my mobile and feeling satisfied with the answer, the manager started cursing at me and told me not to come back. Coming here is always risky since the staff has a habit of yelling and getting into conflicts with customers. Also, it is extremely dirty since they never clean the tables and a lot of homeless people pass through and are not treated well so they tend to make a mess. There are other options in this shopping center that are safe and a healthier choice and you won't be called names or insulted. Don't say no one warned you. read more

My kids were super hungry, so on the way home I suggested we stop at the drive-thru for this Jack in the Box. It's always a gamble with fast food, drive-thrus in particular, because my daughter orders essentially a grilled cheese sandwich, but many places understandably mix the order up and she ends up with a cheeseburger or a burger and no cheese. When we pulled up to this Jack in the Box around 2 pm yesterday for a late lunch, a young man was outside taking orders directly into a tablet. I explained that my daughter wanted a grilled cheese, and he pointed to the different bread options on the big menu screen and suggested the sourdough. My son ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets combo and my daughter got the curly fries. Both kids got sodas. It was easy and to pay contactless by putting my credit card into the ordering tablet. The same employee who took our order was at the drive-thru pickup window and gave us our food and drinks promptly and we headed home. The grilled cheese was perfect-just bread and cheese! Got to the drive tru window and recieved a small coke. Lady at the window said they're using coke cans to fill up a small size cup. Asked her how much is a small drink, she said $3.45! Pretty okay experience. Ordered ahead of time using the Jack In The Box app, for pickup which is much cheaper option than ordering it through Third Party delivery apps that up charge each item and adds on costs for things such as service fees, delivery fees, and addition tax and delivery tips. The only down side- cashier still isn't used to people who want to check their orders to see if food is there. Obviously, it's happened to me before where I walk away without everything in the bag. I just stopped here tonight on my way home because they're "supposedly" open 24/7 and I was craving an oreo shake with fries. I pulled up, and found out they are CLOSED for cleaning, which the employee said will take hours(I called from outside). Should've kept it to a frozen treat but decided to order food for the family. First time eating at a jack in the box so I'm not sure if all of them are bad or just this place. It tasted like the oil the fries and nuggets were prepared in were old and had burned fry residue and we're all made together.... Just did not taste good. The bacon was fake bacon FACON. Gross. The burger had no flavor not seasoned. Not much to be desired. I wish I could rewind and only order their caramel shake which we ended up not getting. Overall very dissatisfied with this food we ordered from crispy chicken sandwich, sirachi burger, and nuggets. Not to mention they forgot to put our fries in the bag had to go back for them. Even though I should probably avoid fast food places like these It's hard to resist the BOGO coupons that are showing up everywhere(i.e. coupon books and fundraisers). The food here is no different from so many other fast food burger giants, with very few healthy selections. But because we are creatures of habit and have been exposed to so much propaganda the popularity of these fast food restaurants are unquestionable and almost seem to be the answer for our desire for eating on the run. With all that said I guess an occasional burger and fries should be OK......right???
