I ordered 4 ultimate breakfast sandwiches but this is what I got for $38.00 4 sandwiches with sausage and cheese on a hamburger bun and on with ham on a hamburger bun. I go back through the drive through (front doors locked at 9:30am) I give the food back and ask for a refund. I wish I could give it a ZERO star rating. My son, who is disabled, went in to order his food while I ran over to the Safeway. When I went to get him he was very upset. He said the girl was very impatient with him and made him feel really uncomfortable. My older son has gone in with him and he said they were nice to him, but were rude to my youngest. They both felt like the two girls working were making fun of my disabled son as well. To make it even worse, one son's order was perfect.. but the other? You guessed it..WRONG. This Jack In The Box used to be poorly run. I only drop by once every couple of months, so change is easily noticed. They have GREATLY IMPROVED over the past few months. They are now very quick, polite, and I don't hear the constant griping of the employees while waiting for the order, which used to be really annoying.
