I've given this place so many tries because of its convenience from where I live. But it's ridiculous, they automatically up charge you on everything even if you don't ask. They never give you a receipt or even ask if you want one. I payed for sauces that I never got. I tried to go in to grab them but for some reason their door was locked at 9:25pm and there was a line so it was pointless to wait 10 plus minutes in the drive thru. Sent our coworker to get us food nothing much just 2 tacos a few drinks and a chicken sandwich meal, and they tried to say they wouldn't take the order because it was big, like seriously??? It was a female I'm not sure of their name. My co worker may be white but can understand Spanish and they were giving him looks while talking about him in Spanish and ignoring him while he's in the lobby. Says they are open 24/7 online, they have multiple signs out front stating so, yet the man over the drive thru intercom told me they were closed. It is 445 am (drove out of the way a little bit after a night shift because I needed a snack) and was just thoroughly annoyed. I asked if they could please cut my burger in half for me in the drive thru and i heard multiple people on his mic tell him "hell na" "tell em we ain't doin it" then he said sorry we can't do that. The food is always so dry, cold, and stale. EVERY single employee is so rude and have absolutely no manners. One manager gave me attitude when i told her SHE got my order wrong. I waited in curbside for 15 minutes and it was STILL wrong. I saw an employee put her fingers inside my fry box. They must not be cleaning their soda nozzles either because the soda always tastes dirty. I was looking for breakfast and to use the bathroom. This restaurant was open so I went in to order food and use the restroom. After paying for my meal, I was told I was not allowed to use the restroom. I was told McDonald's restroom was open. Inside is clean. Usual tables and high tops. They even have a fireplace but I've never seen it used. Generally I use the drive though. Speedy service or as speedy as it can be with everything made to order. That's one of their things like Wendy's not using frozen beef. Always prompt to answer on the intercom. Order hasn't been incorrect and is always hot. Some recent reviews mentioned poor quality service and cold food. Fast food does get a lot of turnover but maybe this store is under new management. I know in Winter the hours change without much notice. Drive thru is open late. Posted hours state the lobby and drive through are open twenty fours hours so that's a great late night plus. Breakfast is also served all day. Otherwise it's fast food but a nice change from Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell, or Wendy's. Love it or hate it, you get what you pay for. read more

My family and I eat here a few times a wk. But the last couple times I was so disappointed and frankly disgusted with the food I usually love. Tonight my husband went to get jack in the box but when I opened the taco and the shell had broken open and I look in it to put hot sauce on it and the cheese was not melted whatsoever and their was no meat (I mean zero) but there was tons of a brownish sauce and lettuce so I can't eat the tacos which I bought 8 for myself and family then I got the cheddar bacon wedges that had maybe a dollop of cheese and bacon. Then I look and the jalapeño poppers are burned to where all the cheese had either ran out or burned up. I don't no who has taken over I management of this restaurant but it has gotten so bad I won't be returning and I would tell everyone to eat somewhere else! It's fast food, no big surprises. Ultimate cheesebuger was tasty.Salads were decent, filled mostly with iceberg lettuce. The fresh grilled chicken was good. The service was fair. The clerk took a while to acknowledge us and then didn't know about what each salad came with. Kinda annoying as this is your job and you should know. She even asked another employee who was standing around 2 others and none of the 4 had a clue. read more

This jack in the box was great. They always attend me with the best attitude possible every time I go here. The food is always fresh and made and given out quickly. The staff is very good as well because they will take their time out of the day to make sure you get everything you wanted the way you wanted it. I will keep coming back to this place! read more

This place is miserably slow and dysfunctional. Food comes out cold and greatly delayed. I recommend avoiding this location unless there are zero cars in the drive through, even a couple of customers will challenge this operation. Recommend Culver's across the street which is new and efficient. read more

I waited 15 minutes until finally the store manager yells at me from the back of the kitchen "what do you want!" then I tell her what i want and she just throws my change on the counter! Last night I ate at Jack in the Box. I had the Jr. Jack and a small fry. The fries we so delicious, they were fresh. The Jr. Jack has lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, ketchup, and pickles (plus the hamburger/chicken patty). What I like about the Jr. Jack is that you can even have a hamburger on it or a chicken patty. For all the deliciousness taste of it, it wasn't that expensive. Once I took the first bite I could tell it was going to be very tasteful and yummy. When I finished the Jr. Jack and the small fry I had an after taste in my mouth that made me want more, but I was already full I couldn't eat more. read more
