We tried out this new location today. We loved the food at the former location. The service was very good from Donna. She was fast, efficient, and very nice to us. Our food was fantastic and tasty!! The host was nice, but needed to follow up on the people he seated. Things would have run more smoothly if he paid attention to detail. We think he will do fine with a little more training. All in all, we were very satisfied with the service and food!!

Delish as always! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The patio was set up for winter and looked great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We enjoy that we can still have our favorite marg (the margarita with the Coronita inside) to go! This time I got the Camerones Guadalajara, and the bacon wrapped shrimp were XTRA cheesy...mmm!! We also love the enchiladas and got 4 beef from their ala cart section. Everything was packaged carefully in a study bag, and we received silverware, napkins from the server staff. We always tip just as much getting Togo here as if dine in because the friendliness of the staff translates just as equally either way! We are sad we moved farther away from this restaurant, we used to relish in eating here 3-4x a week! Enjoy; the secret is out.

One of my neighborhood, favorite spots to go to the food has always remained excellent, and the service is above and beyond The margaritas are bomb ! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great atmosphere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and prices are reasonable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathrooms are clean and stocked[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]! So if you're in the area stop by and give it a try see what you think... Thanks For The Read Until Next Time

Prices are reasonable and you will leave full trust me on this. This unassuming Mexican spot whips out tasty meals at reasonable prices. Be sure to go with an empty stomach as the portion size is rather large. The variety that the larger plates offer is comforting in a homey type of way. The server was a little rude- but that doesn't make me shy about recommending this spot. The three percent credit card fee is a little tacky.

After reading much positive reviews about Guadalajara, I was pretty excited to try out some yummy Mexican food. Came here for dinner and overall, it's a solid joint for anyone craving familiar Mexican food/dishes (i.e tacos, burritos, rice and beans... etc) Things to note: Parking - There is a lot available for parking on the side and back of the restaurant Wait Time - If you come during peak hours, make sure to put your name on the wait list. You'll get a text when it's your turn to dine. I waited around 20ish min during dinner hours [[HIGHLIGHT]]Eating Area - There is a patio and restaurant. Got to dine in the patio and it's a wee bit chilly if you sit next to the windows/wall area where the wind drafts can get in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food - Tried the following: 1. Tigre Blanco: New item on the menu and it's a white cheesy dip with chips. Overall, pretty tasty if you add the cheese onto other foods :) 2. 14oz T-Bone Steak: Overall, meat was cooked ok, but could have used a wee bit more seasoning. Good value if you're hungry and craving meat at a reasonable price 3. Tampiquena: If you're indecisive like me and want to try a bit of everything, this is a good dish to try out the following: -- Chicken Flauta: Crispy and yummy with the seasoned chicken inside --Enchilada: Sauce was tasty by itself but the enchilada didn't have as much flavor on its own --Thin cut steak: Average steak and not as memorable 4. The sides: Tortillas on the side were ok... didn't taste as fresh and hot as I was hoping it would be. Rice and Beans = so so without much flavor 5. Service: Had a lovely server who was nice and attentive. While this place wasn't the best Mexican I have tried, it does the job in offering a nice variety of food for all to enjoy at reasonable prices and nice service.

Good food and good service, and the price was great. My son and I were able to eat dinner for $25 before tip! The chips and salsa were great and the salsa had a nice kick. I had the combination #1. The green chili is good. Not as spicy as I like, but not bad. The burrito and chili rellano were great. The rellano was very crispy. The tostada was good as well, but it was falling apart so I had to eat with with a fork and a knife. My teenage son, the quesadilla expert, ate the entire chicken quesadilla which means it was good. I had a bite, and I liked it too. Overall, good restaurant, but with so many option out there, I will likely go to places with spicier green chili. This is not a complaint, everything was good, just a personal preference.

We've been searching for a great Molcajete place and we were delighted to find a great place with gems on their menu. The staff were kind and extremely efficient for a full house on a Friday night. The molcajete was amazing and the camarones Guadalajara was just superb! It was shrimp stuffed with melted cheese I never had anything like it before and I can't wait to come back for more! Also get the xangos as dessert, you will be blown away. Great place highly recommend! - from extremely food spoiled individuals

Our group was craving something close to authentic Mexican food, so Yelp brought us to Guadalajara. It was right on one of the majn roads, and easy to find. We got here and were seated right away. Our waitress, I believe her name was Maria??? I could be wrong, but she was super nice and great with the recommendations and answering all of our questions. We sat on the exterior seating, which was cool, and spacious enough for our party of 5. The ceviche oyster was soooo delicious! It was my first time having this style, and I must say it was fresh and savory! The chips and dip were complementary - chips were crispy and freshly made, while the dip had such a nice kick of spice! I love spice. I had the 3 taco asadas, and they were able to sub out the beans for more rice instead. It was really good and they packed it with the asada which I really appreciated. I also had a horchata. That drink was one of my faves! I love how it was perfectly sweetened and it was smooth, not grainy at all. The cup was as huge as my face too, which was shockers, because it was a really good portion. Anyway, the service was awesome! Our waitress was friendly, and easy to talk to. We even told her to come down to hawaii one day to visit us so we can point her to some good food. I would love to come back to this joint again one day!

I was told this place was amazing and had great reviews so i ventured out here and its tiny place with like a covered patio in lot for more seating. I got the Cheese Enchiladas and they were pretty good. My friend got the caldo de res and said was food. They dont have homemade tortillas which is how I measure greatness. Would i drive out this way again just to eat here - absolutely not. Was it ok? ... sure

This place has the best Mexican food in the Denver metro - hands down! The food is always amazing and the service matches. The house margaritas (big fish bowl glasses) are perfect. The molcajetes are the chefs kiss! Don't miss the carnitas, fajitas, and Guadalajara Special platter! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I don't really care much, but the only thing missing is music (they removed the tvs when they remodeled).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not a huge dining area and the music would add some ambience to all the restaurant 'noise'.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Yall. Take the drive out here for this Mexican spot. Found this gem on Reddit as I was looking for great Mexican food and stumbled upon Guadalajara. Large outdoor and indoor spaces. Started with the Queso Fundido, sizzling with chorizo. So good and flavorful. Chicken enchiladas were good but the tortillas were a bit tough. Rice and beans were delicious. Chicken fajitas were large and came with all the fixings. Highly recommend!

How are their margaritas? Good? Strong? Worth going for just a drink?

    They're delicious and HUGE

    Any gluten free options?

They don't have a gluten free section. My boyfriend is gluten free and hasn't had any issues. The best way to find out if it's gluten free is to ask your waitress if it contains gluten.

Does the green chili have pork in it?

We spoke with David and learned about their food and how much love they put in each dish. They have only been opened for 2 years. Service is friendly and the restaurant is very clean and modern. The food was phenomenal and Itacate is added to our list now. For starters, the fresada was delicious. It is a strawberry lemonade. I also ordered a Mango version to go. Very refreshing. We started off with the Queso Fundido with chorizo. It was hot and the cheese was just so good and stretchy. Such a nice find - we don't see it on menus in Colorado so must try. We ordered several tacos - birria, cochinita, shrimp, and fish. Every taco was delicious and full of flavor on its own. The rice and beans were also very well made. Each bite just bursts in flavor. David was kind enough to also let us try the Pambazo which is kind of like a torta but they grill it with the sauce on the outside. And if you put an egg in it, it can be fantastic breakfast sandwich. For dessert, we ordered the deditios con nieve which is funnel fries with sauce and coconut ice cream. It's deconstructed funnel cake essentially which my bf enjoyed because he can eat just the fries and ice cream. All in all, 10/10 experience. We will def be back
