Every time I go here the food is so good! I usually get their Cluck sandwich combo (chicken sandwich with pickles and their sauce I think). Their fries taste awesome but the only thing I would say negatively is that their release of boba drinks really weren't that good. I thought the coffee one was good but honestly too sweet. Ordered a cheese burger, a sourdough jack and one fry. Not asked plan or curly. Charged extra for cheese and lettuce. Take it to go. Ge t down the road and find it's a Jr. Burger. Ok so we just stopped here after church to grab some Combo meals hence the word "Combos!" Food was handed to me. With No I drinks, (2nd time this has happened here btw) I mentioned we had a coke and two sprites.... Combo meals x 3. So I was handed a dripping coke and a sprite. I said - I'm so sorry - um a coke and Two sprites. He said not by the ticket I'm reading. He said I guess I'll GIVE THEM TO you! So I was handed the 3rd drink also dripping. Excuse me sir - I paid for them.. they are on my paid ticket. Rudely I Was told I GUESS they would JUST GIVE THEM TO ME..?? Kids in the car.... I may add. Needless to say. The dripping drinks - had holes in the bottoms! Dripped all in my new car! Knew I should have gone to Whatabuger!!! We Won't be back EVER! This happens too often at this location. service was terrible!!!! we pulled into the drive thru at 9:42 pm and finally left at 10:29 pm. We could have went in and ordered and sat and ate our food at another location. We were 1 of 4 cars that whole time and the inside was closed to the public. So it isn't like they were busy. read more

I have pulled through this establishment a few times, the people on the talkbox in the Drive-Thru are always extremely rude, the first thing they say when you drive up, is "what do you want?!" and they rush you through everything from there. they have nothing nice to say. You say thank you to them they roll their eyes and give you snotty looks. I will not be going back, it's a shame because there's only five fast food restaurants in this town and they have to be the crappiest one! You need to get some manners in that place. I think the employees forgot that they are there to work. They act like it's a huge inconvenience to stop goofing off and assist people. read more

The only reason I gave this place a single star is because there isn't a lower rating. Sunday Feb 24 2019 we stopped to get a quick meal, as we were parking there was a guy standing there rolling a joint. There were others standing & sitting in the parking lot just loitering. Once inside things were not much different. We were second in line to order and the woman behind the counter was in plain view of us talking to a guy. After standing there being ignored, I finally asked if we were keeping her from something important? She told us she was waiting for us to decide what we wanted. Our orders were placed and out in good time. The burger I got had to be of the worst quality of any burger I have ever had. While we ate there was a steady traffic of people coming in and out, purchasing nothing. One guy asked if Would give him money to buy food for him & his kid? I would highly recommend anyone to drive past this place, there are several other places nearby that are much better. read more

Sidewalk & restrooms set up for wheelchair users, but entry door does not have an electric assist to get it open. Has GRILLED chicken available for those allergic to wheat & corn. Soft drinks & tea available in lobby area. Use restroom before midnight, since lobby doors lock between midnight & 6am. read more

Lmao how is place rates 4+ stars??? Always mess up your order and takes 15 min per vehicle. They fit get the concept that if take the next order they could begin that one sooner and keep the line moving. NOPE. They take em one at a time from ordering to handing over the food then on to the next one. Still tastes food tho so deserve Guess they don't get paid to decrease transaction time to increase profits. Food is wrong 100% of the time at night. I can't think of a time in my recent or distant memory where an order was correct here. The employees would rather smoke outside and be on their dirty cell phones before making my food and not washing their hands. read more
