Our old driveway had a big ditch at the entry, which is at the top of a hill. In the winter, we had multiple delivery trucks slide sideways and get stuck. They tore out the old driveway, filled in the huge ditch, and improved the overall look by bringing it right to the landscaping features which had been added after the original driveway. It was so nice to be able to have the entire project completed so quickly, and it looks great!

It was his explanation of the scope of work, and how they would ensure a quality finished product was the deciding factor in my choosing them, even though they were not the lowest price. I made a couple of changes between when I agreed to the deal and when they actually came to install. They were right there to help and get me exactly what I wanted. They were able to get our project done more than a week ahead of the promised time frame and the finished product looks amazing. I took the day off of work to ensure I was home and able to visually show him where we desired the fence to be placed. Tim arrived at 10:30am and after discussing the type of fence that best suited our needs, he assured me he would get back to us within a few days with an estimate and start date for some time in September (due to their schedule). Fast forward to today, August 31st, and we have not heard back from him or anyone at Finnegan Fence! Not one email, call, text message - NOTHING! We were completely left hanging. Essentially ghosted by a company that appeared to be reputable. Their actions have shown an utter disregard for the people who show interest in their services, as well as Tim's blatant disrespect for my time and effort in rearranging my work schedule.
