Compared to all the other I contacted, he was very quick. I believed that my piano was extremely bad and needed repairs so we made a two appointment days in case we needed the second day. He came in and quickly gave me a quote which was a lot lower then I expected from his website's price listing and we didn't need a second day. While he was working on the piano, he explained to me a couple of his instruments about what they are and used for. I do not like to give reviews until I have tested the piano with a long term…read moreanalysis. Often, the piano does not hold the tuning or it takes awhile to determine if the tuning was suitable. In the case of my piano, the treble keys were not tuned sufficiently to maintain the effort. Initially, I had to request that the treble(highest) keys be tuned because the tuner tried to skip this important step. The middle keys were tuned well as he focused on them. The bass keys have held their tuning. I play all over the piano, so it is very important that each area is tuned to synchronize with the other. I cannot say this happened as the treble (highest) keys have not held their pitch and the bass is out there on its own! The outcome is that the piano needs re-tuning now but I will not use the same provider.
