It was over a weekend and I wasn't able to find anyone able to help. Was able to get ahold of Jason and he got me back up and going despite working through a pretty good injury he got helping another stranded traveler a few days prior. He not only replaced my AC compressor but found a belt tensioner was shot and even had a friend bring the part to us to help save time.

I can't leave a performance review BECAUSE I have called them three days in a row at various times…read moremorning afternoon and evening AND sent them a written message on their website call me or email me. I left the address and phone and email. On the first call I got a robo text back asking what I wanted ( even though i left a message I said I had to speak to a live person to ask some questions about the car work I wanted to have done, not a text a live person. Despite the fact I have multiple things I could hire them to do, NO ONE has ever taken the time to email me or return the call and there are NO messages on my phone from them. If I have to hunt them down to take a job they won't reply to I hate to think what would happen if they did a job and there was a problem I needed to reach them on. Calling them if your suck on the road as their ad says you can is a joke, id have been there for three days now waiting for even a call. There is NO excuse for this if you're that busy hire a person to return calls . Also, every time you call you have to listen to a LOOOOOOOONG VM about how great they are and all they do and then every time for me all you get is BEEEEP , leave a message, ugg.
