When I questioned why it was not done rigjt the mechanic said he did not have time . I had to take truck to another garage . For one thing he put wrong size tires are on truck now and they where not balanced. My guess is that he does not have right tools for what he offers. I highly recommend going elsewhere for service , especially on a commercial company vehicle. Cost me a day of work and alot more on getting tires re mounted and balanced. Also now my speedometer is wrong due to wrong tire size. What a joke.

Was able to get ahold of Jason and he got me back up and going despite working through a pretty good injury he got helping another stranded traveler a few days prior. He not only replaced my AC compressor but found a belt tensioner was shot and even had a friend bring the part to us to help save time.

On the first call I got a robo text back asking what I wanted ( even though i left a message I said I had to speak to a live person to ask some questions about the car work I wanted to have done, not a text a live person. Despite the fact I have multiple things I could hire them to do, NO ONE has ever taken the time to email me or return the call and there are NO messages on my phone from them. If I have to hunt them down to take a job they won't reply to I hate to think what would happen if they did a job and there was a problem I needed to reach them on. So, I dropped my car off at Lithia for diagnostics. They weren't able to get to the car until the following Tuesday which was understandable because on the holiday. On Tuesday morning, I was given a quote from Lithia for $7,800 to fix my problem. I was charged $109 for the diagnostics. I explained to Lithia that I needed a second opinion due to the size of the estimate. I picked up my car and went straight to Babcock's Garage. They were so nice to me. I was treated with respect from moment one. My VW was completely repaired for........... $497.00. Need I say more? I would recommend this garage to anyone, especially VW owners.
