I can't leave a performance review BECAUSE I have called them three days in a row at various times…read moremorning afternoon and evening AND sent them a written message on their website call me or email me. I left the address and phone and email. On the first call I got a robo text back asking what I wanted ( even though i left a message I said I had to speak to a live person to ask some questions about the car work I wanted to have done, not a text a live person. Despite the fact I have multiple things I could hire them to do, NO ONE has ever taken the time to email me or return the call and there are NO messages on my phone from them. If I have to hunt them down to take a job they won't reply to I hate to think what would happen if they did a job and there was a problem I needed to reach them on. Calling them if your suck on the road as their ad says you can is a joke, id have been there for three days now waiting for even a call. There is NO excuse for this if you're that busy hire a person to return calls . So, I dropped my car off at Lithia for diagnostics. They weren't able to get to the car until the following Tuesday which was understandable because on the holiday. On Tuesday morning, I was given a quote from Lithia for $7,800 to fix my problem. I was charged $109 for the diagnostics. I explained to Lithia that I needed a second opinion due to the size of the estimate. I picked up my car and went straight to Babcock's Garage. They were so nice to me. I was treated with respect from moment one. My VW was completely repaired for........... $497.00. Need I say more? I would recommend this garage to anyone, especially VW owners.
