Was able to get ahold of Jason and he got me back up and going despite working through a pretty good injury he got helping another stranded traveler a few days prior. So, I dropped my car off at Lithia for diagnostics. They weren't able to get to the car until the following Tuesday which was understandable because on the holiday. On Tuesday morning, I was given a quote from Lithia for $7,800 to fix my problem. I was charged $109 for the diagnostics. I explained to Lithia that I needed a second opinion due to the size of the estimate. I picked up my car and went straight to Babcock's Garage. They were so nice to me.
