In my particular case, the problem is a water heater that doesn't function properly... The problem was well known to them, but rather than actually fixing the faulty heater, they simply lied to me saying it was serviced and now functioning like it should... Lie!... Also, I requested they email me copies of the photos they used in the listing so I could share my new purchase with friends and family before delivery, which wouldn't happen for another week... They never did, but said they would... They already had my money, so why bother... And what was I going to do about the faulty water heater?... Was I supposed pay another $1000.00 to have the RV shipped back, and then fight for a refund?... It became a no-win situation for me, one I'll just have to live with! From my initial contact with Third Eye, Marcus was easy to talk to and asked me questions to make sure he understood the situation. When he arrived, one could tell that Marcus was very attention to detail and approached the problem methodically. You can tell that he was very experienced in the workings of RVs. Thanks to this great service center…read more We've been on the road for more than a month and just out of the blue the directional signal doesn't work on travel trailer. We were able to find them easily on our way from Crater Lake to the Redwood National Park. Our service guy (sorry we didn't catch his real name) was diligent and kept looking for the problem. After several attempts he took everything apart and bingo.....two unattached wires. How these things happen who knows but the problem was found and we were back on the road. They were cordial and fit us in despite their all ready busy schedule.

I have experienced both to great satisfaction. I have every confidence they know what they are doing and can get the work done fairly quickly. I had to run an 8 gauge wire directly to the battery since it was not happy to share with the furnace since it was a bit of a voltage drop when blower starts up. Bryson and Brandon did an awesome job on installation. Should run separate circuit for refrigerator on future jobs.
