We put our trust in your hands for 26years. When "we" became "I" nearing the close of my refinancing you were NOT the least bit helpful. Customer Service? There is none. Just trying to talk to anyone was a joke, their answering machine was the only thing that works. When a representative Sean replied (original agent assigned on vacation) he called with a "no caller ID" which I just happened to answer - after confirming his contact number as noted on the answering machine and calling it "voice box full"...Really? Sean Brady did an insurance review for us. (I do a review pretty often and thought I was well informed.) Sean reduced the amount we were paying. Rearranged some of our coverages that were what I wanted and didn't recognize we did not have, he recommended a better rated hurricane carrier that actually cost less and is nation wide- not just Hawaii based (I lived through Hurricane Iniki and know that a big storm takes out local insurance companies too.)
