Then in 2021, with their encouragement, I opted to augment my life insurance with a policy from State Farm. It has been convenient for me having the monthly premiums consolidated and charged to my credit card. Throughout, KC Balboa has been very helpful and patient. Often, when I had to contact the office in the past, it was because my landlord at the time was requesting a timely response from me. Recently, when my renters insurance was coming up for renewal, I was surprised and pleased that Mr. Miyashita's office had proactively sent a copy of my updated policy to my landlord. I didn't need to request that they do this.

The shop refused to fix the car, despite being part of the insurer's preferred network. Communication was abysmal, transparency nonexistent, and any attempt to move the process forward was met with apathy or deflection.
