The only thing I can say is when I wanted to collect money for a program they were advertising, they thoroughly researched it and then declined me. So it doesn't work both ways. There was another time when I had damage to my house from the wind and was also denied coverage. I rarely ask for compensation, maybe once every 12-15 years at the most, so Atlas is sure tight about compensating their customers.

I eventually called to end my policy with them and that's when I saw that the only insurance card I had was digital and it was from August to September. I called the insurance agent Kaina and I asked if the insurance card was supposed to be like that and he said "we give insurance cards for every month due to people lying and fraud of using expired insurance cards". Thought that was weird. They said they mailed out an insurance card every month but that wasn't true I didn't get any. So I had to ask them to email me all the months. Anyways I wouldn't go with State Farm for these reason. It was too much and weird for me.
